The Effect of Comfort Nursing on the Compliance and Efficacy of Treatment for Children with Acute Otitis Media Caused by Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of comfort nursing on children with acute otitis media.Methods:62 children with acute otitis media caused by upper respiratory tract infection who visited the outpatient clinic of our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected for this study.They were divided into a study group(n=31)and a control group(n=31).Children in the control group received basic care,while children in the study group received comfort nursing along with basic care.The hearing thresholds,body temperature,treatment compliance,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of children were compared.Results:After the nursing intervention,the hearing threshold and average body temperature of the children in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the treatment compliance of the children in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort nursing can improve the treatment effect,treatment compliance,and nursing satisfaction of children with children with acute otitis media caused by upper respiratory tract infection.

Analysis of the Effect of Comfort Care in The Perioperative Care of Patients with Hysteromyomectomy and its Influence on Self-Care Ability

Objective:To analyze the effect of perioperative comfort care for patients with hysteromyomectomy(HYS).Methods:Seventy cases of HYS patients admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were randomly selected and divided into Group A(control group,35 cases,conventional care)and Group B(observation group 35 cases,comfort care).The effects of the two groups before and after nursing care were compared.Results:The self-rating anxiety(SAS)scores,exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)scores,and nursing satisfaction scores at the time of discharge of Group B were better than in Group A after nursing care(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative comfort care for HYS patients improved the patient’s adverse emotions,self-care ability,and nursing satisfaction.

Application of ERAS Concept and Psychological Guidance in Nursing of Patients with Laparoscopic Urology

Objective: To explore the application and effect of the enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) concept combined with psychological stress intervention in laparoscopic urological surgery nursing. Methods: 100 cases of urological surgical patients according to the nursing way, each 50 cases were divided into observation group and control group, and control group routine nursing, and the observation group implement rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in combination with psychological nursing, the comparison of two groups of patients with stress index, immune function, mental health, postoperative recovery index and the effect of complications. Results: There were statistically significant differences in stress index, immune function, mental health level, postoperative recovery index and complications between the observation group and the control group after psychological nursing (P Conclusion: The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with psychological nursing can help relieve psychological stress, restore immune function, reduce psychological pressure drop, speed up rehabilitation and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients undergoing laparoscopic urologic surgery. Psychological nursing plays an adjunct role in laparoscopic urological surgery, so it is worth promoting.
