The chromaticity of light emission can be tuned by adjusting the concentration of the dopants. White light with the Commission Internationale de L'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.33, 0.34) is achieved by mixing the yellow electromer emission of TAPC and the blue monomer emission of perylene from the device ITO/PVK: TAPC: perylene (100:9:1 in wt.) (100 nm)/tris-(8-hydroxyquinoline aluminum (Alq3) (10 nm)/A1. The device exhibits a maximal luminance of 3727 cd/m2 and a current efficiency of 2 cd/A.展开更多
Physicians often observe patients’ complexion (their natural skin color) as an indicator of health. The complexion may depend on the internal environment, however, very few researchers studied its evidence. We previously reported various benefits of a mild hyperthermia treatment on human health using the nano-mist sauna (NMS), including acceleration of gas exchange (O2 and CO2) in the venous blood, enhancement of immunity, and the modulation of autonomic nervous system. However, the effects of NMS on skin appearance are unknown. There is a historical and widespread belief that mild hyperthermic treatments such as hot springs are good for improving skin appearance. However, the effect of NMS on the skin appearance has not been examined. In the present study, we examined the color of venous blood using the CIELAB (a color space specified by the French Commission internationale de l’éclairage) method, and then compared the color changes before and after NMS stimulation. Next, we examined correlations of blood gas parameters with color elements of the venous blood, which are highly dependent on oxygen. Our results suggest that the colors and appearance of the face depend on the internal environment, because there are numerous vessels under the skin. Thus, the color of the venous blood may provide medical evidence of changes in complexion. This new method may be useful for assessment of medical complexion by physicians, for use in determining internal health based on skin color information.展开更多
目的研究全身麻醉(简称全麻)对海姆泊芬光动力疗法(PDT)治疗葡萄酒色斑(PWS)的效果和安全性的影响。方法以2017年12月至2021年3月浙江省人民医院整形外科符合入选标准的PWS患者为研究对象,所有患者接受以海姆泊芬为光敏剂的PDT治疗,对...目的研究全身麻醉(简称全麻)对海姆泊芬光动力疗法(PDT)治疗葡萄酒色斑(PWS)的效果和安全性的影响。方法以2017年12月至2021年3月浙江省人民医院整形外科符合入选标准的PWS患者为研究对象,所有患者接受以海姆泊芬为光敏剂的PDT治疗,对其资料进行回顾性分析。采用国际照明委员会(CIE)的L^(*)a^(*)b^(*)色彩模式数字化描述PWS病灶颜色变化,以治疗前和治疗2次后的L值、a值、b值的变化评价疗效,治疗后L值升高、a值降低提示PWS病变改善。比较全麻状态下和未麻醉状态下PDT的疗效。采用调查问卷和门诊、电话随访等方式调查治疗后不良反应发生情况,对全麻和未麻醉状态下PDT治疗后的疼痛程度(采用视觉模拟评分法)、皮肤损害(水疱、结痂、瘢痕)发生率进行比较分析。L值、a值、b值以x±s表示,组内治疗前后比较采用配对t检验,两组间比较采用独立样本t检验;疼痛的视觉模拟评分以M(Q_(1),Q_(3))表示,采用Mann-Whitney U检验进行分析;皮肤损害发生率比较采用卡方检验。结果共纳入62例PWS患者(134次PDT治疗),男17例,女45例,末次治疗年龄(27.5±6.7)岁(14~46岁);其中每次治疗均在全麻下进行的患者(全麻组)6例,每次治疗均未进行麻醉的患者(未麻醉组)47例,全麻和未麻醉状态下PDT治疗均经历过的患者(部分全麻组)9例。(1)疗效比较:与治疗前相比,全麻组治疗后的a值下降了5.63±2.51,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007),未麻醉组治疗后的L值升高了3.39±5.16(P=0.035),a值下降了2.12±3.28(P=0.039),b值升高了3.05±3.92(P=0.016),差异均有统计学意义;组间比较,全麻组的治疗前后a值变化幅度(|Δa|)显著大于未麻醉组(5.63±2.51 vs.2.12±3.28,P=0.047)。(2)术后疼痛比较:全麻下和无麻醉下PDT治疗后第2天疼痛评分的差异无统计学意义[7(6,7)分vs.7(6,8)分,P=0.653]。(3)皮肤损害发生率比较:全麻下和无麻醉下PDT治疗后水疱[0 vs 4.7%(5/107),P=0.252]和结痂[66.7%(18/27)vs.51.4%(55/107),P=0.064]的发生率差异均无统计学意义。结论在全麻下行PDT治疗可以增强疗效,改善患者治疗中的感受,具有一定的优越性,但在术后疼痛的缓解和降低术后皮肤损害的发生率方面并无明显优势。展开更多
