A new concept contributing to global governance in the era of globalization,“A Community of Shared Future for Humanity(CSFH)”boasts rich philosophical implications and values connotations despite insufficient research toward it in academia.This study seeks to analyze the philosophical significance of CSFH and concludes that it is a new practice of Marxist“Anthropological Philosophy”,a reserved development of“One Unified World under the Heaven”and“Supreme Harmony Consummated by Coordination of Varied Interests”in traditional Chinese philosophy and a dimensional transcendence over the western“self-reliant”national state system.

Characteristics and trends of integrated ocean management under the framework of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea

As the international community place high value on the ocean,protecting the marine environment and promoting the sustainable development of the ocean have become the consensus of all countries around the world.Integrated ocean management,as an important part of the ocean governance mechanism within the framework of the United Nations,have approached to the scene view of human gradually.Taking the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea as the framework,the current international integrated ocean management is summarized and the future development trend of ocean management is analyzed,providing reference for China to build a maritime power and a maritime community with shared future.

The Discussion of Connotation and Denotation of the Consciousness of the Chinese National Community

In order to promote research of the Consciousness of the Chinese National Community(CCNC),it is essential to unravel the historical logic and practical foundation of the concept of Chinese National Community(CNC).This necessitates a thorough analysis and contemplation of its connotation and denotation.The CCNC gradually emerged during the continuous development of the CNC.It connotes that all members of the CNC can consciously recognize the objective existence of the CNC and they cognitively,psychologically,and behaviorally have a sense of identity with and belonging to the CNC.From the perspective of the denotation of CCNC,its structural basis lies within the plurality and unity in the configuration of the Chinese Nation.The consciousness of national identity serves as its political expression,the Chinese cultural identity as its spiritual foundation and the consciousness of a community with shared future as its inherent attribute.

Overview of the Symposium on Human Rights Cause in China in the New Era

The symposium on the "Progress of Human Rights Development in the New Era in China" was jointly hosted by the China Society for Human Rights Studies and the Publicity Department of the Guangdong Provincial Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and organized by Guangzhou University Institute for Human Rights in Guangzhou on 19 December 2017. Scholars and experts from more than 20 universities and institutes, as well as delegates from over 10 ministries and commissions under the State Council participated in the symposium. The symposium explored four themes: "Human Rights Connotations in Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era", "The Progress of Human Rights Development in China after the 18 th National Congress of the CPC", "The Prospective of Human Rights Development in the New Era in China", as well as "Building a Community with a Shared Future for Human Beings and the Progress of the Human Rights Development of the World". This Paper is a record of the important opinions articulated during the Symposium.

在中国古代正史的记述中,中国疆域内的民族为海内民族,而在中国疆域之外的民族为海外民族。从司马迁的《史记》开始,在中国正史中就有了对海外民族进行记述的传统。中国正史对海外民族的记述表现了中华民族对世界的认知,在时间上具有阶段性特征,在空间上具有方向性特征。系统研究中国正史中的海外民族,对于丰富中外交流史和世界史的研究意义重大,特别是在“一带一路”建设倡议和构建人类命运共同体的当下,加强对海外民族的研究更具有重要的学术价值和现实意义。
