Analysis of standardization of community security fund management-Taking practice of community security fund management in Wuhou district of Chengdu as an example

The Chengdu community security funds refer to the special security funds for urban and rural community development and governance in Chengdu.At present,there are some problems in the use of community security funds,such as low participation of residents,and low efficiency of fund use.Taking the exploration of standardization of community security fund management in Wuhou district,Chengdu city,as an example,this paper suggests further strengthening the use and management of community security funds by means of standardization,ensuring the democratic,open,and transparent use of funds,and effectively enhancing the supporting role of community security funds in community governance.

Enhance product development capabilities and standardized management of enterprise

Standardization is the fundamental guarantee of the enterprise to ensure product quality, and improve market competitiveness; an important means of increasing economic efficiency and improving enterprise management level. Since the reform and opening, the adoption of international standards and foreign advanced standards as a major technical and economic policy and active promotion of it, has played a significant role in promoting economic development and improve our products competitive in the international market. Some of the industry increased awareness of the standardization in the fierce competition in the market, making the standardization as a competitive means to promote industrial upgrading and technological progress.

Discussion on the Standardized Management of College and University Students＇ Electronic Laboratory Operation

At present, all aspects of China have entered the era of a rapid development, while the development speed of digital electronic technology is especially outstanding. This is a new way for China＇ s new personnel training, and also proposes higher requirements on this type of personnel training institutions. In view of the demands of society and different majors on personnel, an enhancement to the standardized management of electronic laboratory operations becomes one of the important tasks for personnel training institutions. In this paper, how to practice the standardization management in an all-round way is discussed centered at college and university students＇ electronic laboratory.

Assessment of the effectiveness of standardized infusion devices for healthcare management

Since standardization is an important safety measure in healthcare systems, it is essential to systematically assess the effects of introducing new and increasingly complex medical equip-ment, such as infusion devices. In this study, we compared the effects of standardized polyvinyl chloride (PVC)-free closed-system integrated infusion devices with conventional infusion de-vices. Specifically, we assessed the safety, work efficiency, user-friendliness, and cost effec-tiveness of these devices. Compared with con-ventional infusion devices, integrated PVC-free infusion devices were more expensive to pur-chase and dispose, but were safer and more user-friendly and efficient. Although it would be preferable to use standardized infusion devices in all hospital departments, their cost may limit their application to departments that use high-risk treatments, where they would be most beneficial.

Promoting standardized management of loaner instruments

Objective The purpose of the present study is to provide scientific evidence for the implementation of standardized management of the loaner instruments by examining the process of receiving through issuing steps and analyzing challenges encountered by the CSSD of our hospital. Methods The loaner instruments were collected and categorized into the control group( 2 639 pieces during the period of January 2013 to December 2014) and the observation group( 2 418 pieces during the period of January 2015 to December 2016). The possible causes of the challenges were carefully investigated and analyzed. Results After the implementation of standardized management procedures,the efficiency and qualified care of the loaner instruments was significantly improved by measuring qualified rate. The difference in the qualified rate between control and observation groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The implementation of the standardized management procedures is important for central sterilization supply departments in guarantee of safe supplies of the loaner instruments,reducing operation risks,and ultimately ensuring patient safety.

Exploration and Practice of Training for Management Cadres of Standardized Nurse Training

We have made a summary for Chongqing Standardized Nurse Training Class at several aspects, including the basic information of trainees, the configuration of teachers, the setting of courses, and the effect analysis. Meanwhile, some improvement measures are proposed according to the comments and suggestions. This study provides a reliable basis for cultivating the management cadres of standardized nurse training.

信息资源管理学科标准化人才培养模式研究——以“N+2+3”培养模式为例

信息资源管理学科与标准化领域关联密切,随着信息产业规模的不断扩大,标准化工作的重要性在信息资源管理领域逐渐凸显。本文旨在基于当前标准化人才培养的经验,优化信息资源管理标准化人才的培养模式。通过文献研究、网络调查对国内外人才培养的现状进行调查;采用访谈法和参与式观察对信息资源管理标准化人才培养的典型案例进行实地调研,继而进行案例分析。该典型案例中,信息资源管理标准化人才培养采用“N+2+3”模式,即“标准驱动、两层培育、三维协同”。通过比较该模式与国内外标准化人才培养的经验,发现该模式存在教学主体不够多元、忽略产业和市场需求的问题。基于此提出了优化模型,以促进更加全面的信息资源管理标准化人才培养。

类风湿关节炎治疗达标率的影响因素

目的:基于智能疾病管理系统分析影响类风湿关节炎治疗达标的因素,为进一步调整慢性病管理策略提供参考。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月—2020年12月在重庆市某三级甲等医院风湿病科接受慢性病管理的471例类风湿关节炎病人,根据是否达标分为达标组和未达标组,收集性别、年龄、病程、是否因药物副作用调整方案、是否规律用药、是否有经济负担、是否受其他疾病影响、是否受行动不便或路途远影响、是否定期复诊等资料,并分析其影响因素。结果:基于智能疾病管理系统对类风湿关节炎病人进行慢性病管理总达标率为57.3%,不同年龄、规律用药、定期复诊病人类风湿关节炎病人治疗达标率不同(P<0.05)。结论:应加强对老年病人的关怀,提高老年病人的依从性,指导病人规律用药和定期复诊有利于提高类风湿关节炎病人治疗的达标率。

“临床营养”团体标准在提高神经重症患者肠内营养治疗全流程管理达标率中的应用

目的提高神经重症患者肠内营养治疗全流程管理达标率。方法对照中国医院协会中国《医院质量安全管理》“第2-29部分患者服务临床营养”团体标准中肠内营养标准条款,对神经创伤重症科住院患者肠内营养治疗全流程管理达标情况进行调查,通过现状调查、原因解析,制订针对性方策,从组建肠内营养治疗全流程管理“医-护-营-康”多学科团队、构建基于“知-信-行”理论的肠内营养治疗培训闭环管理模式、建立以肠内营养治疗数据精准分析为基础的质量改进体系3方面予以改进。结果科室肠内营养治疗全流程管理达标率由改善前33.9%上升至改善后62.5%。结论开展“临床营养”团体标准实践可有效提高神经重症患者肠内营养治疗全流程管理达标率,规范肠内营养治疗操作流程,减少并发症,保障患者安全。

确定生态流量的准则与方法

基于反映河流生态系统自然属性的生态水文季节概念,构建了多参数生态流量体系并分析了其内涵;提出了生态水文危机管理模式下的生态流量确定准则,以临界水文条件定义生态流量,形成“生态标准河流”;研发了具有明确物理意义、规范、客观的分季节生态流量计算方法,并以黄河流域、松辽流域为典型案例进行了分析说明;确定了我国非季节性河流的生态流量管控指标,提出生态流量与河流安全管理建议。

关于高标准农田基础设施建设投入问题的思考——基于河北省农田建设多元化投入的实证

本文基于对河北省农田建设项目现状以及财政投入情况进行实地考察,系统总结了中国当前农田建设投入管理的特点、存在问题及其根本原因。借鉴日本在农田基础设施建设方面的经验和做法,提出了一些政策建议,例如最大限度发挥参与农田建设的实体的作用、制定合理的投资标准、优化财政资金补助方式以及增加项目收益渠道。

住院医师规范化培训师资队伍能力提升路径探讨

住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)指导医师的综合能力和素质是培养优秀住院医师的重要保障,也是影响住培质量的关键要素。随着我国住培管理制度的不断完善,住培师资队伍能力提升最主要的途径已不仅限于师资培训,骨干师资培育计划也逐渐成为高效提升住培师资能力的创新途径。骨干师资培育计划将住培师资培养目标进行了更加细致的划分,指导医师以自身教学业绩及教学能力水平等为基础,通过开展一系列的教学活动逐步提高综合教学能力。教学管理部门组织专家通过遴选体系、培训体系、考核体系对骨干师资培育对象进行严格的三级培育体系管理,严把入口、过程、出口三个关键环节,强调过程管理和目标考核,并引入住培督导反馈机制,同时配套资助及激励政策。骨干师资培育计划的开展探索了住培师资队伍建设的新途径,对逐步分层次提升住培师资能力提供新的思路。

6S管理在医学机能学实验室中的应用

教学实验室是高校开展实验教学的重要场所,其管理水平直接影响着实验教学质量和学生的培养质量。针对医学机能学实验室管理存在的问题,浙江大学基础医学实验教学中心将6S管理理念引入实验室日常管理中,着重从实验室仪器耗材、实验室环境和实验室安全三个方面进行管理探索。实践表明,通过实施6S管理模式,实验室资源分配更合理,实验教学环境极大提高,师生的安全意识更强,实验教学效果更理想,学生的实验素养得到较大提升。

尿路造口患者全程规范化精准化管理方案的实施及效果评价

目的:探讨全程规范化精准化管理方案在尿路造口患者管理的实践及效果。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,选择重庆医科大学附属第一医院2022年1月1日至2022年12月31日按常规护理方案行全膀胱切除术+回肠尿流改道术的12例患者作为对照组,将2023年1月1日至2023年12月31日按全程规范化精准化护理方案的13例患者作为观察组,比较2组患者Kris-tensen泌尿造口自护量表(the urostomy education scale,UES)和肠造口接受度问卷(stoma acceptance questionnaire,SAQ)得分。结果:试验组较对照组在尿路造口自我护理能力及尿路造口接受度方面均有统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:全程规范化精准化管理方案有利于尿路造口患者的管理,值得推广运用。

油田开发中精细油藏描述成果平台建设研究

精细油藏描述是油田开发最基础的工作之一,历来受到研究者的高度重视。目前精细油藏描述中存在的突出问题主要包括研究成果继承性差、基础资料存储不规范、专业软件需求缺口大、成果应用需加强和成果存储管理不规范等5方面。文章通过精细油藏描述成果平台建设,可以从基础数据的整理准备、专业软件共享和协同研究、成果标准规范化存储管理等方面解决上述问题。精细油藏描述数据管理主要包括项目整体数据信息的统计和分析、项目研究数据的整理和统计、成果平台与其他数据平台的对接和数据调用等。精细油藏描述协同研究过程主要包括专业软件的平台实现和使用、不同专业软件之间中间成果的转换和调用、研究工作的自动化实现和完成。精细油藏描述成果存储和管理主要包括成果上传管理中格式的统一规范、成果存储上传中的质量控制、成果生产应用中的跟踪和更新。

标准系统理论下医院制度管理体系建设实践

建立完善的现代医院管理制度是推进公立医院治理能力和治理体系现代化的重要举措,是推动医院高质量发展的重要基础。对医院来说最重要的是完善内部管理制度建设,建立以医院章程为核心的制度体系。滨州医学院附属医院将标准系统管理理论应用到管理实践中,开展了现代医院制度管理体系建设的探索,逐步建立了一套系统、协调的制度管理体系。文章阐述了标准系统的相关理论及医院制度管理体系建设中的问题、建设原则,从完善管理机制、健全体系架构、规范制定流程等方面总结了医院在制度管理体系建设中的实践做法,为医院的制度建设工作提供借鉴。

地方管理视角下国土空间规划技术标准优化策略

国土空间治理现代化的重要手段是通过国土空间规划有效落实国家重大战略,而央地协同、因地制宜的技术标准则是支撑地方高质量国土空间规划编制、审查、实施等管理工作的重要保障。结合地方国土空间规划管理工作,梳理“多规合一”新时期地方管理对技术标准的新诉求以及现阶段技术标准对其的支撑状况,提出了构建条块协调、动态优化的“三维”技术标准体系和研制内容精细化、传导标准化、审查智慧化的技术标准,对加强技术标准在地方管理工作中“实用、管用、好用”有所参考。
