基于GIS(Geographic Information System)和DSS(Decision Support System)技术,建立人机交互子系统、模型库子系统、知识库子系统和数据库子系统有机结合的铁路绿色选线决策支持系统。系统在图层叠置中引入权重,对各影响因子进行综合评...基于GIS(Geographic Information System)和DSS(Decision Support System)技术,建立人机交互子系统、模型库子系统、知识库子系统和数据库子系统有机结合的铁路绿色选线决策支持系统。系统在图层叠置中引入权重,对各影响因子进行综合评价;系统在分析线路对环境的影响时,以缓冲区体现线路环境影响范围,以环境敏感等级体现各区域的环境特性,以因子预测值体现因子对拟建线路经过区域的影响,并从线路自身和沿线区域2个方面综合体现环境影响状况。将线路方案的综合环境影响面积作为衡量选线方案对环境影响程度的指标,并纳入到方案比选体系中,有助于更加科学、合理地决策线路方案。展开更多
