Analysis of Commuting Modal Shift in Consideration of Social Interaction of Consciousness for Environment

It is the matter for achievement of the low carbon transport system that the excessive use of private vehicles can be controlled appropriately.Not only improvement of service level of modes except private vehicle,but also consciousness for environmental problem of individual trip maker is important for eco-commuting promotion.On the other hand,consciousness for environment would be changed by influence of other person.Accordingly,it is aimed in the study that the structure of decision-making process for modal shift to the eco-commuting mode in the local city is described considering environmental consciousness and social interaction.For the purpose,the consciousness for the environment problem and the travel behavior of the commuter at the suburban area in the local city are investigated by the questionnaire survey.The covariance structure about the eco-consciousness is analyzed with the database of the questionnaire survey by structural equation modeling.As the result,it can be confirmed with the structural equation model that the individual environmental consciousness is strongly related with the intention of self-sacrifice and is influenced with the local interaction of the individual connections.On the other hand,the intention of modal shift for the commuting mode is analyzed with the database of the questionnaire survey.It can be found out that the environmental consciousness is not statistically significant for commuting mode choice with the present poor level of service of public transport.However,the intention of self-sacrifice for the prevention of the global warming is statistically confirmed as the factor of modal shift with the operation of eco-commuting bus service with the RP/SP integrated estimation method.As the result,the multi-agent simulation system with social interaction model for eco consciousness is developed to measure the effect of the eco-commuting promotion.For the purpose,the carbon dioxide emission is estimated based on traffic demand and road network condition in the traffic environment model.On the other hand,the relation between agents is defined based on the small world network.The proposed multi-agent simulation is applied to measure the effect of the eco-commuting promotion such as improvement of level of service on the public transport or education of eco-consciousness.The effect of the promotion plan can be observed with the proposed multi-agent system.Finally,it can be concluded that the proposed multi-agent simulation with social interaction for eco-consciousness is useful for planning of eco-commuting promotion.

Emerging Phenomenological and Biological Principles of Consciousness: Top Insights of Prevailing Models, Concepts, and Observations

We are all aware that our experience is structured into left and right, up and down, and we can understand from our own experience that consciousness is unified into a singular whole. Although we can understand such basic phenomenological axioms of experience, there are many more principles that we cannot elucidate from our natural perspective alone. In this article, we review potential principles of consciousness revealed by prominent consciousness models, theories, and experimental observations such as the Default Space?Theory, Operational Architectonics Theory, and Integrated Information Theory,?which reveal biological and phenomenological foundations upon which consciousness is formed and maintained. The fundamental concepts we explore and consider worthy have largely emerged from commonalties shared by the various models which have gained attention. The concepts we review include the unity of consciousness, bioelectric operations as the substrate of consciousness, the emergence of a virtual 3D matrix, and the top-down dominance of perception.

Agency of Life, Entropic Gravity and Phenomena Attributed to “Dark Matter”

Entropic gravity theories propose that spacetime and gravity emerge from quantum information entanglements. Vacuum spacetime emerges in the ground state and its area law for entanglement entropy is due to short-range entanglement of neighbouring microscopic degrees of freedom. Matter changes the entanglement entropy in this vacuum and leads to Einstein gravity. Additionally, in a positive dark energy de Sitter Universe, where each conscious agent has a cosmological horizon, a volume law contribution to entanglement entropy is divided evenly over the same degrees of freedom and is caused by long-range entanglement. I propose these complementary shortrange and long-range entanglement contributions form a nested small-world network which provides the topological quantum computing foundation for relativistic multi-agent correlations which weave together a universal physics of Nature. The volume law contribution to entanglement entropy surpasses the area law for entanglement entropy at an agent’s cosmological horizon. Verlinde interprets gravitational “dark matter” phenomena as polymer-like memory effects caused by the volume contribution to the entanglement entropy. I propose these phenomena are instead multi-agent quantum computational consensus effects due to an equivalent volume contribution to the entanglement entropy. Life is correlated with its environment. Phenomena attributed to unseen “dark matter” particles are proposed here to be founded upon nested observer halos, “spheres of influence or correlation”, caused by the consensus Agency of Life. Suitable cosmological conditions for earliest Life in the Universe occurred some 10 billion years ago and older galaxies do not exhibit “dark matter” phenomena. Also, galactic rotation curves flatten beyond their high-radiation centres, due to astrobiology and the Agency of Life living in outlying low-radiation habitable zones. Where baryonic matter is in motion, then the Agency of Life stores its baryonic matter-lagging memory in skewed trails of apparent “dark matter” phenomena in spacetime.

In the history of world legal development,the communication in different legal cultures is realized through five forms of borrowing,succession,transplant,integration and combination. The essence of the communication in legal culture is relevance and transformation of reality and expected as well as regionalization and universality and an interacting process of developing from regionalization to universality and the universality is composed of regionalization. Without the subjective awareness of culture,it is difficult to set up the status of culture subject,to correctly understand and explain various forms and general regularity of the communication in legal culture and also to positively take part in cultural communication activities. 城市群协调发展对建筑业融资约束的影响——基于粤港澳大湾区的准自然实验

以粤港澳大湾区的设立作为准自然实验,选用2013—2022年中国A股上市的建筑企业数据,采用双重差分模型检验粤港澳大湾区对建筑业企业融资约束的影响及作用路径。研究表明,大湾区的设立能够显著缓解区域内建筑企业的融资约束水平,并且效果具有持续性。进一步的机制分析表明:在宏观机制方面,大湾区的建设通过强化法治环境与扩大对外开放,能有效促进区域内建筑企业的融资;在异质性方面,相较于规模较大的建筑企业,大湾区在缓解中小建筑企业融资约束方面展现更为突出的效果,而在产权异质性下,大湾区对非国有建筑企业的融资约束能够起到缓解作用,对国有建筑企业的缓解效果不显著。

基于思政教育视角探讨高校大学生网络信息安全教育的实效性。结果显示,高校大学生网络信息安全教育均值高于理论中值,处于中等偏上水平,主要体现在辨别善恶能力、价值判断能力、网络安全意识、网络法制意识、网上交友现象和网络游戏情况上,但在网上交友现象方面的教育还有待提升。高校大学生网络信息安全教育及其网络法制意识、价值判断能力及网络游戏情况维度在学生专业上存在显著性差异,高校大学生网络信息安全教育的辨别善恶能力、网上交友现象、网络法制意识、价值判断能力及网络游戏情况维度在学生年级上存在显著性差异。为此,高校应加强网络信息安全教育在思政教育中的地位,提高大学生的网络信息安全意识,加大对网络信息安全教育的投入力度,积极营造绿色网络环境。
