With high rock slope in shiplock area, thin reinforced concrete lining walls are constructed for the shiplock system. The construction technology involves much complicated structures in formwork, frequent interference due to crossover working procedures, tight time schedule, high quality of reinforced concrete and showcase appearance requirements, hidden troubles affecting construction safety. With above-mentioned factors in consideration, a single-side-separated sliding formwork technology advanced from past sliding formwork experiences has been developed and applied successfully. This new technology is beneficial in quick and safe operation, capable to assure best quality and appearance of shiplock concrete works, and has filled up the gap in terms of construction sliding formwork in our country. 展开更多

In this paper, the suitability and construction technology of self-insulation walls were studied under the specific climatic conditions and regional resources of Hanzhong and Ankang in the hot summer and cold winter zone of Southern Shaanxi. Through the calculation of heat transfer coefficient and thermal inertia index, combined with the specifications of the shale hollow brick and aerated concrete block of Hanzhong and Ankang in southern Shaanxi, the thermal performance and suitable thickness of the external wall using self-insulation materials that meet the Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Residential Buildings(DBJ61-65-2011) in Shaanxi Province were obtained. The results showed that the self-insulation wall had technical suitability in the hot summer and cold winter zone. The research results provide not only a theoretical basis for the external wall insulation design of urban residential buildings in the hot summer and cold winter zone of southern Shaanxi, but also a reference for designers to carry out energy-saving design of external walls of residential buildings in other similar climate zones. 展开更多

Horizontal and vertical cracks, salts, loss of decorations, and featured dark of the stone surface were noticed at the complexes elements. In addition, the celling of the complex was in a very bad condition;?it had lost a lot of decoration elements, cracking, soot deposition, insects’ holes, and fungi growth. The Jiarong Tibetan traditional residence is a characteristic regional architecture, located in a high-intensity, high-altitude and cold area, with geographic identification, and is a typical representative of this ethnic group. It has also become an important tourist destination and has important research value. The research used the methods of field survey surveying and mapping to conduct field survey and surveying on 20 buildings in Xisuo Village, a traditional village in the Jiarong Tibetan area. Measure building plans, elevations, and building sections, and collect measurement data for statistical analysis. The results show that the average total height of the building is 10.08 m, the average total building span is 12.44 m, the average total depth is 10.87 m, and the squareness is 0.87. The square shape of the building is more in line with the seismic requirements of high-intensity areas and the local terrain environment<span style="font-family:Verdana;">.</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> The maximum window-wall ratio in the building is 0.18 south for the second floor, and 0.025 west for the first floor. Smaller window-to-</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">wall ratios have better adaptability to high-altitude cold areas</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">.</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> The height of the building beam section is generally from 0.17 m to 0.32 m, and the average Beam span-depth ratio is 0.10. The building space construction has a good match with the properties of wood materials. 随着超低能耗建筑、近零能耗及零能耗建筑的发展,新型外墙围护结构引起广泛地研究和重视.模卡砌块作为一种新型外墙自保温技术,开始在上海、江苏等国内一些发达地区被试点和应用,但目前暂无相应规范指导,其热工性能及经济性仍缺乏系统... 随着超低能耗建筑、近零能耗及零能耗建筑的发展,新型外墙围护结构引起广泛地研究和重视.模卡砌块作为一种新型外墙自保温技术,开始在上海、江苏等国内一些发达地区被试点和应用,但目前暂无相应规范指导,其热工性能及经济性仍缺乏系统性研究.文中以夏热冬冷地区某公共建筑为例,采用DeST能耗模拟软件,建立了传统外保温墙体、模卡砌块组合保温墙体三维分析模型,研究了膨胀聚苯板、岩棉板、聚氨酯板、挤塑聚苯板4种不同类型保温材料及6种不同厚度(30、50、70、90、110、130 mm)下模卡砌块组合保温墙体的热工性能.进一步,采用净现值法,对不同工况下的砌块组合保温墙体进行了经济性分析.研究表明:在相同外墙保温厚度下,聚氨酯板的保温效果最佳;不同保温材料厚度对应的净现值都呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,结合净现值和节能率,其最优厚度分别为70、70、40、60 mm,对应的节能率分别在达到我国建筑节能65%的标准上再降低7.08%、6.81%、5.1%、6.5%. 展开更多

为定量评估不同填充墙构造方法对钢筋混凝土(reinforced concrete,RC)框架抗震性能的影响,搜集整理国内外砌体填充墙RC框架拟静力试验数据,筛选出19篇文献中共68个数据较为详尽的试件作为样本,分析对比柔性连接填充墙、增强填充墙整体... 为定量评估不同填充墙构造方法对钢筋混凝土(reinforced concrete,RC)框架抗震性能的影响,搜集整理国内外砌体填充墙RC框架拟静力试验数据,筛选出19篇文献中共68个数据较为详尽的试件作为样本,分析对比柔性连接填充墙、增强填充墙整体性及设置阻尼耗能装置三类构造方法对试件的峰值点承载力、初始刚度、位移延性系数和等效黏滞阻尼系数4个参数的影响程度。结果表明:相较于传统构造方法,柔性连接填充墙框架的承载力和刚度均有所下降,变形能力提升;增强整体性的方法可提升试件承载力、刚度和变形能力,可作为一种较好的既有框架结构的加固方法;设置阻尼耗能装置虽然结构的承载力和刚度有所降低,但提升了结构的变形能力和耗能能力,在建造成本可接受的情况下可作为新建建筑的韧性提升方案。 展开更多
