In this paper,the intelligent construction of prefabricated components is analyzed based on building information modeling(BIM).It includes an overview of BIM-based prefabricated components and intelligent construction,intelligent production lines in BIM-based intelligent construction systems,and analysis of the application of intelligent manufacturing in BIM-based prefabricated components.It was found that the determination of construction goals,the establishment of intelligent construction systems,and the application of intelligent construction systems are all areas that need to be emphasized in producing prefabricated building components through intelligent construction.It is hoped that this analysis can provide some reference for the application of intelligent construction and the improvement of the quality of prefabricated building components. 展开更多

In view of the problems such as backward production mode,poor quality stability,high safety risk and incomplete control system during erection of the reinforcement framework of simply-supported box girders for high-speed railway(HSR),and in combination with the key points and main challenges in the reinforcement framework construction of Guangzhou-Zhanjiang HSR,the overall technical route for the intelligent manufacturing of reinforcement framework of simply-supported box girders is put forward.The component design of reinforcement framework of simply supported box girder is carried out based on BIM,and the feasibility of the scheme is verified through segment assembly test.The assembly techniques are studied in combination with the mesh design scheme to achieve rapid forming of the reinforcement framework.R&D of automatic processing equipment for components,material transshipment equipment,automatic hoisting equipment and technological equipment for assembly clamping fixture are carried out to realize the overall design of equipment production line.An intelligent control system is developed for the whole-process intelligent construction of reinforcement framework to realize the full life-cycle applications for the workshop production and visual management including intelligent layout and quality traceability.The research results systematically optimize and innovate the assembly and forming technologies of reinforcement framework in the prefabrication beam yard of high-speed railway,realize the component processing,automatic assembly and information technology management,improve the construction quality,efficiency and information technology level of intelligent manufacturing of reinforcement framework of railway prefabricated beam as a whole,and reduce the construction cost of the project.The research has realized a major breakthrough in the construction technology of railway prefabricated box girders,which has the extensive technical and market promotion values. 展开更多

In order to grasp the development path of the Jiangsu construction industry, a multivariable linear regression model for forecasting is proposed. Five factors affecting development of the Jiangsu construction industry are chosen as explanatory variables. They are the construction industry's fixed assets K, the gross domestic product (GDP), real estate added value (REAV), construction industry export (WS)and investment in construction and installation projects(JA). The principal component analysis is used to resolve multicollinearity between them. The construction added value (CAV) is chosen as a dependant variable, and the growth model of the Jiangsu construction industry is established. Statistical data from 1990 to 2008 are used to test the prediction accuracy of the model. The predictive results show that from 2009 to 2012, the average annual growth rate of the Jiangsu construction industry added value will be 17. 65% while the GDP growth rate will be 14. 16% . the Jiangsu construction industry will grow faster than the GDP in the near future. The construction output of the GDP continues to rise, and its pillar position will be further strengthened. 展开更多

Connotation of land competitiveness is expatiated from both the narrow sense and broad sense. Evaluation index system of land competitiveness is established according to the 2008 China Statistical Yearbook and 2008 China Land Resources Statistical Yearbook. Efficiency Coefficient Method and Principal Component Analysis Method are used to evaluate the land competitiveness of 31 provincial units in China. Result shows that in the year 2007, land competitiveness gradually decreases from southeast to northwest. The land competitiveness and GDP per unit land have significant negative correlation. The rank of approved new construction land has low positive correlation with the rank of land competitiveness in China. This indicates that there is little correlation between the allocation of regional new construction land and the land use efficiency. Therefore, it is suggested that regional allocation of new construction land should be treated differently based on the evaluation result of land competitiveness. 展开更多

The simulation of 295/80R22. 5 tire building process from tire building to curing was developed using ABAQUS software,which covered four stages: gluing of components on main drum,gluing of components on auxiliary drum,building process of green tire and shaping process of green tire. Results showed that material distribution of the simulated structure had good consistence with the real tire structure. Therefore,the tire building process simulation can be used to judge the rationality of tire construction design and to determine the shapes of different tire components. In order to optimize the construction design,a reverse simulation method was proposed to design the semi-product components such as apex,tread,and shoulder pad. The semi-product components determined by utilizing the reverse simulation method were assembled again into a tire. Results show that the simulated material distribution is consistent with the material distribution of design tire,which proves effectiveness and reliability of the reverse simulation method. 展开更多

Presently,blockchain technology has been widely applied in various application domains such as the Internet of Things(IoT),supply chain management,healthcare,etc.So far,there has been much confusion about whether blockchain performs with scale,and admittedly,a lack of information about best practices that can improve the performance and scale.This paper proposes a novel blockchain network construction methodology to improve the performance of Hyperledger Fabric.As a highly scalable permissioned blockchain platform,Hyperledger Fabric supports a wide range of enterprise use cases from finance to governance.A comprehensive evaluation is performed by observing various configurable network components that can affect the blockchain performance.To demonstrate the significance of the proposed methodology,we set up the experiment environment for the baseline and the test network using optimized parameters,respectively.The experimental results indicate that the test network's performance is enhanced effectively compared to the baseline in transaction throughput and transaction latency. 展开更多

为了推动大规模定制的建筑工业化模式,提出了两种适用于工业化建筑的智能设计方法:面向装配的设计方法和面向销售的设计方法,并以轻钢龙骨式结构建筑为例,展示了设计流程和案例说明。面向装配的设计方法以二维板块化部品为基本单元,以... 为了推动大规模定制的建筑工业化模式,提出了两种适用于工业化建筑的智能设计方法:面向装配的设计方法和面向销售的设计方法,并以轻钢龙骨式结构建筑为例,展示了设计流程和案例说明。面向装配的设计方法以二维板块化部品为基本单元,以直接面向工厂下订单为目标,首先建立具有预先标定结构性能的建筑部品数据库,在生成建筑平面后,再将结构荷载分配到每个墙体、楼面部品上,自动匹配所需的建筑部品型号,并进行整体结构验算。面向销售的设计方法以三维建筑模块为基本单元,以直接面向销售下订单为目标,定义具有各种功能的模块并建立生成式设计规则,在建筑初步设计阶段考虑因不同的建筑布局而产生的不同建筑成本,并通过遗传算法优化建筑布局和成本。这两种方法选择的部品和模块均符合工业化大规模生产的要求,为实现大规模生产的工业化设计流程提供了新思路。 展开更多

针对传统市政领域用混凝土现浇楼梯结构施工时需进行外围脚手架搭设,现场人工、模板、支撑构件等消耗量大,混凝土浇筑和振捣困难,施工周期较长的问题,基于一项设计优化后的全预制混凝土楼梯方案,将楼梯结构中的预制梯段板、梯柱、梯梁... 针对传统市政领域用混凝土现浇楼梯结构施工时需进行外围脚手架搭设,现场人工、模板、支撑构件等消耗量大,混凝土浇筑和振捣困难,施工周期较长的问题,基于一项设计优化后的全预制混凝土楼梯方案,将楼梯结构中的预制梯段板、梯柱、梯梁和平台板构件全部预制,仅部分节点和拉结梁采用现浇,大大减少了现场脚手架搭设和支模板支设工作。通过研究和编制专项构件预制方案、装配式楼梯施工方案,利用装配式施工优势提升了构件质量,改进了现场施工条件,缩减了施工周期,总体应用效果良好。总结的经验可供类似工程参考。 展开更多
