In this paper,the dynamic evolution for a dualarm space robot capturing a spacecraft is studied,the impact effect and the coordinated stabilization control problem for postimpact closed chain system are discussed.At f...In this paper,the dynamic evolution for a dualarm space robot capturing a spacecraft is studied,the impact effect and the coordinated stabilization control problem for postimpact closed chain system are discussed.At first,the pre-impact dynamic equations of open chain dual-arm space robot are established by Lagrangian approach,and the dynamic equations of a spacecraft are obtained by Newton-Euler method.Based on the results,with the process of integral and simplify,the response of the dual-arm space robot impacted by the spacecraft is analyzed by momentum conservation law and force transfer law.The closed chain system is formed in the post-impact phase.Closed chain constraint equations are obtained by the constraints of closed-loop geometry and kinematics.With the closed chain constraint equations,the composite system dynamic equations are derived.Secondly,the recurrent fuzzy neural network control scheme is designed for calm motion of unstable closed chain system with uncertain system parameter.In order to overcome the effects of uncertain system inertial parameters,the recurrent fuzzy neural network is used to approximate the unknown part,the control method with H∞tracking characteristic.According to the Lyapunov theory,the global stability is demonstrated.Meanwhile,the weighted minimum-norm theory is introduced to distribute torques guarantee that cooperative operation between manipulators.At last,numerical examples simulate the response of the collision,and the efficiency of the control scheme is verified by the simulation results.展开更多

This study investigated the relationship between routine c...Objective: The indication of adjuvant chemotherapy recommendation(ACR) in breast cancer patients with intermediate recurrence score(RS) is controversial. This study investigated the relationship between routine clinicopathological indicators and ACR, and established a nomogram for predicting the probability of ACR in this subset of patients.Methods: Data for a total of 504 consecutive patients with intermediate RS from January 2014 to December2016 were retrospectively reviewed. A nomogram was constructed using a multivariate logistic regression model based on data from a training set(378 cases) and validated in an independent validation set(126 cases). A Youdenderived cut-off value was assigned to the nomogram for accuracy evaluation.Results: The multivariate logistic regression analysis identified that age, histological grade, tumor size, lymph node(LN) status, molecular subtype, and RS were independent predictors of ACR. A nomogram based on these predictors performed well. The P value of the Hosmer-Lemeshow test for the prediction model was 0.286. The area under the curve(AUC) values were 0.905 [95% confidence interval(95% CI): 0.876–0.934] and 0.883(95%CI: 0.824–0.942) in the training and validation sets, respectively. The accuracies of the nomogram for ACR were84.4% in the training set and 82.1% in the validation set.Conclusions: We developed a nomogram to predict the probability of ACR in breast cancer patients with intermediate RS. This model may aid the individual risk assessment and guide treatment decisions in clinical practice.展开更多

If these different sub-groups behave differently in terms of post surgical progression of disease (PSPD) rates or other clinical variables, then better treatment and prognosis could be predicted. Methods: This was a retrospective cohort study. Patients who have undergone surgery for removal of a non-functioning pituitary adenoma at Emory University Hospital served as the source for all data used in this study (n = 184). Data were collected from a database of electronic medical records (EMRs) for these patients in 2010 documenting clinical and demographic variables including treatment and PSPD. Results: Risk for PSPD did not differ by adenoma subtypes: follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH+), luteinizing hormone (LH+), or those that do not stain positive for any hormone (non-functioning, or NF?) (p = 0.971). There were two clinical characteristics statistically related to adenoma subtype: altered mental status and the anterior-posterior (AP) dimension of pre-operative adenomas. PSPD was related to several clinical characteristics, including gender, previous adenoma, post-operative residual, and follow-up time.展开更多

Hazard computations have been performed using the standard Cornell-McGuire approach based on the definition ...A new probabilistic seismic hazard analysis was performed for the city of Bridgetown, Barbados, West Indies. Hazard computations have been performed using the standard Cornell-McGuire approach based on the definition of appropriate seismogenic sources and expected maximum magnitudes, the authors take into consideration the possibility of large subduction interface earthquakes of magnitude 8.0-9.0 beneath the Barbados accretionary prism via application of a characteristic model and slip rates. The analysis has been conducted using a standard logic-tree approach. Uniform hazard spectra have been calculated for the 5% of critical damping and the horizontal component of ground motion for rock site conditions setting 5 return periods (95, 475, 975, 2,475 and 4,975 years) and spectral accelerations for 34 structural periods ranging from 0 to 3 s. The disaggregation results suggest that the magnitude-distance pair that dominates the hazard yields M 7.4 and 8.6 and a distance of 42.5 km in the Interface Subduction Zone beneath Barbados for the 475 and 975 years RP (return period), respectively. An event with an M 8.0 at a distance of 107.5 km in the Intraplate Subduction Zone is the second scenario that dominates the hazard for both 475 and 975 years RP.展开更多
According to field investigation and interpretation of remote sensing images,the north segment of the Longling-Ruili fault is a Holocene dextral strike-slip fault with a small amount of normal faulting.Based on large-...According to field investigation and interpretation of remote sensing images,the north segment of the Longling-Ruili fault is a Holocene dextral strike-slip fault with a small amount of normal faulting.Based on large-scale geological mapping at some typical locations and quantitative geomorphologic deformation measurement and dating analysis,this fault is a Holocene active fault.The strike-slip rate of the Longling-Ruili fault is 2.2 ~2.5mm / a and vertical slip rate is 0.6mm /a since the late Pleistocene epoch.The strike-slip rate of the Longling-Ruili fault is 1.8~3.0mm /a and vertical slip rate is 0.5mm /a since the Holocene epoch.Based on the Poisson model,lognormal model and BPT model,the occurrence probability of strong earthquakes in 50 years is estimated to be 6.32%,0.08%and 0.05%,respectively.Then,a 1.82% probability of occurrence of characteristic earthquake for the north segment of the Longling-Ruili fault is obtained by setting a weight of 0.28,0.36 and 0.36 to the Poisson model,lognormal model and BPT model,respectively.展开更多
目的总结目前国内外复发性流产(recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA)动物模型的特点并进行评价,为RSA模型的标准化制备提供参考和指导。方法在中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Web of Science数据库中以“复发性流产”等和“动物模型”...目的总结目前国内外复发性流产(recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA)动物模型的特点并进行评价,为RSA模型的标准化制备提供参考和指导。方法在中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、Web of Science数据库中以“复发性流产”等和“动物模型”为并列主题词,检索建库至2024年1月20日的RSA动物实验性文献,共收集相关文献1411篇。从RSA动物模型构建方法及要素、RSA动物模型的造模过程及结果评定、RSA动物模型用于药理药效学研究等方面进行总结,并建立Excel表进行系统分析和讨论。结果筛选后共获得符合标准的实验性研究文献138篇。构建RSA动物模型时,西医动物模型中,免疫型模型最为广泛(96.92%),且以Clark模型为主(92.31%);中医模型中,肾虚-黄体抑制-病证结合型占70.00%,肾虚血瘀型占20.00%,虚热证型占10.00%。大部分动物周龄选择在6~8周龄(33.86%)和8周龄(32.28%)。动物合笼时间多选在合笼日18∶00。81.03%的文献仅合笼后次日对动物有无形成阴栓进行1次检查,几乎均在次日上午检查,具体时间8∶00排名靠前(17.02%)。最常用的受试药物给药周期是妊娠后连续灌胃14 d。受试药种类中,西药受试药以蛋白类药物为主(29.17%),中药受试药以中药汤剂为主(81.11%)。指标检测方法多为肉眼胚胎观察(22.54%)、蛋白质印迹(15.96%)、PCR(13.58%)、ELISA(12.91%)、苏木精-伊红(hematoxylin and eosin,HE)染色(10.80%)和免疫组织化学(9.39%)等。结论由于RSA病因繁杂,针对不同病因应构建相应的动物模型。西医模型构建时多选用Clark模型,中医模型构建时以肾虚-黄体抑制-病症结合模型为主。RSA动物模型在相关研究中应用广泛,但需要加强系统性评价。展开更多
