[Objectives]The paper was to master the species,incidence regularity and control techniques of main diseases and insect pests of Camellia oleifera in Anhui Province.[Methods]The species of main diseases and insect pests of C.oleifera in major C.oleifera afforestation bases and seedling bases in Anhui Province were investigated through field survey and literature search.Afterwards,the symptom characteristics,occurrence regularity and harms of diseases and insect pests were analyzed,and scientific and reasonable control techniques were put forward.[Results]The main diseases of C.oleifera in Anhui Province were soft rot disease,blister blight,anthracnose,sooty blotch,etc.,and the main insect pests were Euproctis pseudoconspersa,Biston marginata,Hypomeces squamosus,Curculio chinensts,Chrenoma atritarsis,etc.The control techniques mainly included ecological regulation,physical prevention and control,chemical prevention and control,and biological prevention and control.[Conclusions]The results will promote the high-quality development of C.oleifera industry in Anhui Province,and contribute to the improvement of China s edible vegetable oil supply and national grain and oil security. 展开更多

The major control strategies discussed in this paper are: peak current control, average current control, hysteresis control, borderline current control and non-linear control. These strategies are implemented in MATLAB/SIMULINK and the performance of the proposed converter is compared under open loop and closed loop operation. From the results, the input current waveform was close to input voltage waveform implying improved power factor and reduced total harmonic distortion for nonlinear current control technique. [Objective] The aim was to investigate the effects of DPC chemical controlling technique on agronomic traits, yield and quality of machine-harvested cotton in the Yellow River Valley of China, and clarify the reasonable control period and the application amount of DPC. [Method] The new machine-harvested cotton variety Hengmian HD008 was used as the test material, and 3 different DPC treatments were set. [Result] DPC significantly reduced plant height and branch length, reduced branch angle and leaf area, so the rational control can effectively shape the ideal plant type of machine-harvested cotton. DPC had significant effects on yield and yield components, and the proper amount of DPC could increase the number of bolls during hot days, the number bolls in autumn and the total number of bolls. It increased the boll weight and seed index, but decreased lint percentage decreased, and proper amount of DPC could increase the yield. DPC significantly increased the specific breaking strength of fibers, and proper control could improve the uniformity of fibers, but other indexes had no significant influence. [Conclusion] According to the requirements of machine harvest to the agronomic traits of cotton and the growth characteristics of cotton plant, chemical control could begin after floral bud emergence in cotton about every 10 d, and the spraying amount can be controlled according to the growth amount of the main stem. The daily growth amount of plant height should be controlled at 1.5-1.8 cm, and the plant height should be within 75-90 cm. 展开更多

The Cynoglossus semilaevis(half-smooth tongue sole) is a marine flatfish of great commercial value for fisheries and aquaculture in China.It has a female heterogametic sex determination system(ZW/ZZ) and environmental factors can induce sex-reversal of females to phenotypic males,suggesting that it is a promising model for the study of sex determination mechanisms.Additionally,females grow much faster than males and it is feasible to improve the aquaculture production through sex control techniques.This paper reviews the progress in research on sex determination mechanisms research in our laboratory.We have completed whole-genome sequencing and revealed the genome organization and sex chromosome evolution of C.semilaevis.A putative male determining gene dmrt1 was identified and DNA methylation was verified as having a crucial role in the sex reversal process.Genetic maps and sex-specific biomarkers have been used in a marker-assisted selection breeding program and for differentiation of the fish sex.Development and improvement of sex control technologies,including artificial gynogenesis and production of breeding fry with high proportion of females,is also reviewed.These research advances have provided insight into the regulation of sex determination and enabled efficient sex management in artificial culturing of C.semilaevis. 展开更多

Rapid developments in quantum information processing have been made, and remarkable achievements have been obtained in recent years, both in theory and experiments. Coherent control of nuclear spin dynamics is a powerful tool for the experimental implementation of quantum schemes in liquid and solid nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) system, especially in liquid-state NMR. Compared with other quantum information processing systems, the NMR platform has the advantages such as the long coherence time, the precise manipulation, and well-developed quantum control techniques, which make it possible to accurately control a quantum system with up to 12-qubits. Extensive applications of liquid-state NMR spectroscopy in quantum information processing such as quantum communication, quantum computing, and quantum simulation have been thoroughly studied over half a century. This article introduces the general principles of NMR quantum information processing, and reviews the new-developed techniques. The review will also include the recent achievements of the experimental realization of quantum algorithms for machine learning, quantum simulations for high energy physics, and topological order in NMR. We also discuss the limitation and prospect of liquid-state NMR spectroscopy and the solid-state NMR systems as quantum computing in the article. 展开更多

To solve some technical problems in the protection of the highway from sand drift encroachment, desert experts have been conductin g the theoretical and applied studies on sand movement laws; causes, severities and time-space differentiation of sand drift damages; and control ways in cluding mechanical, chemical and biological measures. In this paper the authors give an overall summary on the research contents and recent progress i n the control of sand drift damages in China and hold that the theoretica l research results and practices in the prevention of sand drift encr oachment on the cross-desert highway represent a breakthrough and has an epoch-making significance. A CMOS active mixer based on voltage control load technique which can operate at 1.0 V supply voltage was proposed, and its operation principle, noise and linearity analysis were also presented. Contrary to the conventional Gilbert-type mixer which is based on RF current-commutating, the load impedance in this proposed mixer is controlled by the LO signal, and it has only two stacked transistors at each branch which is suitable for low voltage applications. The mixer was designed and fabricated in 0.18 tam CMOS process for 2.4 GHz ISM band applications. With an input of 2.44 GHz RF signal and 2.442 GHz LO signal, the measurement specifications of the proposed mixer are: the conversion gain (Gc) is 5.3 dB, the input-referred third-order intercept point (PIIP3) is 4.6 dBm, the input-referred 1 dB compression point (P1dB) is --7.4 dBm, and the single-sideband noise figure (NFSSB) is 21.7 dB. 展开更多

Five fine poplar cultivars resistant to the bacterial canker have been obtained by screening tests. They are Lz2(Populus simonii × nigra var. italica), A15(P. × sp.), 613(P. × sp.), A102and A98(P. × simonii × sp.). The following chemicals are obviously effective, such as: 50% DT germicide, 40% XF-136 and 10% C.C.M.A. or 12.5% ramphencol and 50,000 ppm/ml validamycin, with which the stems or the roots can be watered. 展开更多

In order to improve the compatibility of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy( LIBS) instrument for different types of parts and optimize the analysis and testing processes,a modularized automatic measurement and control system was developed. Based on the characteristics of each LIBS component, the following development steps have been performed:( 1) a summary of characteristic parameters of the component are established;( 2) the integration mechanism of multiple electrical interfaces is designed;( 3) the component control instruction library is developed. The experimental results indicate that the measurement and control system is compatible with most LIBS parts in the market.Spectrometer and laser can be compatible with at least three different types of parts. In addition,a multilayer iterative testing process is designed to improve the efficiency of optimization process of LIBS parameters. The experimental results have shown that the automatic optimization of the delay time compared to the manual testing provides significant gain in testing efficiency. The range of delay time in the experiments is 1. 28 to 10. 28 μs and the step value is 1,0. 5,0. 2 and 0. 1 μs. The gain in testing efficiency has been found to be increased by 73. 76%,75. 93%,78. 81% and 80. 42%,respectively. 展开更多
