Exploration and Consideration of the Development of Sino-foreign Cooperation of Higher Education——A Comparative Analysis Perspective Based on the Data of Municipal Universities of Wuhan, Hubei Province and China

With the tide of economic globalization and the practice of“One Belt and One Road”Initiative,Sino-foreign cooperation has gradually become one of the effective ways to improve the quality of higher education.This paper based on the statistics and analysis of the data released by the Ministry of Education’s foreign-related supervision information platform,combining with the actual investigation and research on the situation of Sino-foreign cooperation of higher education in municipal universities of Wuhan,has found that the Sino-foreign cooperation programs commonly have problems of non-standardized enrollment of students,insufficient quality of teachers and teaching qualities,and lack of core competitiveness.Therefore,it is essential to upgrade the level of foreign cooperative institutions and the standards of students’recruitment,optimize the curriculum,pay attention to the public welfare of education,improve the teaching model,improve the level of teachers,so as to truly realize the original intention of Sino-foreign cooperation in municipal universities of Wuhan.

School-Enterprise Cooperation in Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program at UESTC

School of Information and Software Engineering at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China(abbreviated hereafter as "SISE") joined Excellent Engineer Education and Training Program launched by Ministry of Education of China in 2011. This paper discussed nine models of school-enterprise cooperation practiced at SISE since 2011. The school-enterprise cooperation model effectively broadens the students' horizons and improves the students' practical ability and has been recognized by academic circles.

Universities in the continuing educational process should establish the basic principles of cultivating high-quality technical personnel of enterprises, and developing continuing education in universities and actively exploring the training mode of high-quality technical personnel of enterprises are proposed.

An empirical study of the new mode of educating people through the school-enterprise cooperation in private universities based on "Intemet+"

With the use of the MIntemet+" thinking, vigorously carry out the innovation of the school-enterprise cooperation mode, and improve and promote the quality of the school-enterprise cooperation, which is a major task faced by all kinds of the private colleges and universities. The school-enterprise cooperation, as a personnel training mode adapting to the development of the times, makes ftill use of the resources of universities and enterprises, which is of great significance to strengthen the mutually beneficial cooperation between schools and enterprises and to train the practical talents. However, problems such as the imperfect equipment of private colleges and universities, the inactive participation of the enterprises in the cooperation, and the lack of communication and exchange between the two sides, still exist. “产教融合,校企合作”是高校培养新时代所需人才的重要途径之一,牵引着人才培养的发展方向。为顺应时代对人才的需求,并结合我院应用化学专业人才培养目标,本文针对我院应用化学专业提出构建“产教融合、校企合作、多位一体、虚实结合”的创新人才培养实践教学体系。以培养学生的实践创新能力为核心,通过搭建校企合作实践教学平台,设置“基础实验-综合训练-创新设计”三个层次的实验,推进多位一体、虚实结合的实践教学模式,对学生实行个性化培养,使培养的人才与社会需求相适应,并服务于经济社会的发展。

产教融合视域下应用型本科校企协同育人机制改革与实践

该文通过探索专业建设“双带头人”制、课程建设“双负责人制”、学生培养“双导师制”、教师培养“双考核制”,不断深化产教融合,做强校企合作特色,探索研究符合本校应用型本科人才培养模式的校企协同育人机制,提升企业方参与人才培养的积极性,培养适应新疆“八大产业集群”中煤炭煤电煤化工领域的高素质应用型人才,实现专业学科建设符合产业发展需求。

案例教学法是培养工程领域高素质创新型人才的有效途径,土木水利专业硕士研究生工程实践能力的提升亟需建立完善的教学案例库。本文研究了课程思政视域下土木水利专业硕士(土木工程领域)校企合作教学案例库建设,主要包括案例库的总体框架、案例库主题方向和素材来源、案例库共享机制等内容,旨在为土木水利专业硕士相关课程案例库的建设提供理论思路和实践指导。

校企合作模式下基于OBE理念的实践类课程设计

基于成果导向教育(OBE)的课程设计理念,设计了“智慧电力工程训练营”实践课程的整体教学模式。该课程通过与ABB集团合作的形式,构建了具有实际工程意义的综合设计内容,并按照反向设计原则,对各个知识点进行综合整理,设计出2周的课程教学结构和课堂教学模式,逐步实现学生的最终学习目标。在此基础上,通过教学评价体系综合评定每位学生的最终成绩。该课程的教学模式及其实施路径对于本科实践类课程设计具有较好的借鉴和推广价值。

美国产学研合作教育起步较早,积累了丰富的办学实践经验,具有完善的法律保障体系和灵活多样的合作方式,形成了独特的办学模式。尤其是社区学院的校企合作教育,有效促进了美国地方社会经济的发展。美国社区学院的校企产学研合作教育经历了形成、发展、成熟和繁荣四个时期,在服务地方社会经济和人才培养方面取得了显著成效,积累了丰富的成功经验:一是建立健全法律制度,为开展产学研合作教育提供保障;二是建立政府、社区学院和企业多元协作体系,推动校企产学研合作良性运转;三是依托项目群推动社区学院与企业开展深度合作,搭建校企产学研合作教育的桥梁;四是形成社区学院与企业联合培养人才模式,搭建校企产学研合作教育的纽带;五是满足地方社会经济发展的需求,抓住校企产学研合作教育的生命线。我国地方高校应借鉴美国社区学院发展的经验,充分发挥地方高校与企业之间的优势资源,健全校企产学研合作教育的法律体系,建立产学研合作教育一体化发展模式与管理机制,依托项目推动地方高校校企产学研合作教育,推动地方社会经济发展。

产教融合背景下高职护理专业校企合作创新教材建设

教材是衡量学校教育与培养目标一致性的最基础、最直接的文本,教材的改革是教学改革的窗口。2020年1月教育部印发的《职业院校教材管理办法》强调要“专业课程教材要充分反映产业发展最新进展,对接科技发展趋势和市场需求,及时吸收比较成熟的新技术、新工艺、新规范等”,建设一批符合时代要求的、高质量的高职护理专业教材是高职教材发展的趋势。基于产教融合、校企合作是我国高职教育的最大特色与成功之处,本课题分析了高职护理专业现用教材存在问题,包括职业特色不够凸显、缺少临床护理工作一线人员参与、教材内容更新慢、教材编写方式及内容均不利于学生通过护士执业资格考试、落后于数字化信息时代发展的要求及思政元素和职业素养融入不足等,指出产教融合背景下高职护理专业校企合作开发教材的必要性,提出校企合作创新教材建设路径,即组织编写人员到本地医院调研,组建由临床护理专家和校内专业课骨干教师组成的高水平教材编写梯队,制定器官系统化教材编写模式,由临床护理专家、校内专任教师和学生三方进行教材评审,编写过程中坚持做到校内教师与临床护理专家三个充分的合作、做到临床护理专家两种方式三个层面的参与、做到两个切实一个融入、做到突出三个结合、做到一整合一完善。

产教融合视域下饲料企业与高职院校协同育人优化策略探究

随着我国市场经济快速发展,饲料企业竞争日益加剧,而培养复合型高质量人才是提高饲料企业社会竞争力的关键。因此,在产教融合视域下饲料企业与高职院校要结合企业发展需求和高职教学质量,利用现有企业资源和教学资源积极开展校企合作,实现人才培养优势互补,从多维的角度对学生进行培养,以满足饲料企业发展需要的创新型复合人才,培养学生职业技能和职业素养,促进饲料企业进一步发展。

采用教育生态理论分析高校创新创业教育问题,为创新创业教育理论研究和实践实施提供新的理念指导、思维方式和实践方法。从创新创业教育多元参与主体的生态关系改善入手,围绕创新创业人才培养这一核心宗旨打造教学共同体、文化共同体、产教共同体、发展共同体,从而实现创新创业教育的生态式推进。基于教育生态理论的创新创业教育共同体的构建要结合共同体的本质属性、结构特征、运行特质和创新创业教育的内在属性、外延需求,从微观生态系统、中观生态系统、宏观生态系统3个方面入手打造教学共同体、文化共同体、产教共同体和发展共同体。
