Northeast China, as the most important production base of agriculture, forestry, and livestock-breeding as well as the old industrial base in the whole country, has been playin a key role in the construction and deve...Northeast China, as the most important production base of agriculture, forestry, and livestock-breeding as well as the old industrial base in the whole country, has been playin a key role in the construction and development of China's economy. However, after the policy of reform and open-up was taken in China. the economic development speed and efficiency ofthis area have turned to be evidently lower than those of coastal area and the national average level as well, which is so-called 'Northeast Phenomenon' and 'Neo-Northeast Phenomenon'. In terms of those phenomena, this paper firstly reviews the spatial and temporal features of the regional evolution of this area so as to unveil the profound forming causes of 'Northeast Phenomena' and 'Neo-Northeast Phenomena'. [Method] Based on the existing evaluation index system of ecological agriculture, the evaluation index system of ecological agriculture benefit in Henan Province was established by means of factor analysis from the aspects of economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit, so as to assess the ecological agriculture benefit and coordinated development level of cities at prefecture level in Henan Province. [Result] Zhengzhou City had the highest development level in ecological agriculture in Henan Province, and coordination level was the highest in Anyang City, while coordinated development level was the highest in Zhengzhou and lowest in Sanmenxia City. Here we provide scientific basis to promote the development of ecologically sensitive civilization, via a mathematical statistics method that calculates the degree of coordinated development. This model is of great practical and social significance, providing strength to research around coordinated development of resources and economy. Based on evaluation of characteristics of the present resource environment and economic development of Shandong Peninsula city group, a coordinated measure of resource environment and economic development was calculated. Overall, the highest coordination measurement was found for Weihai, followed by Yantai, Qingdao, Ji'nan, Weifang, Rizhao, Zibo and Dongying. According to evaluation results of coordination measures for each city, we put forward suggestions for sustainable development of Shandong Peninsula region.展开更多
The efficient and coordinated development of industrialization, urbanization, informatization and agricultural modernization(so called 'Sihua Tongbu' in China, and hereinafter referred to as 'four moderniz...The efficient and coordinated development of industrialization, urbanization, informatization and agricultural modernization(so called 'Sihua Tongbu' in China, and hereinafter referred to as 'four modernizations') is not only a practical need but also an important strategic direction of integrating urban-rural development and regional development in recent China. This paper evaluated the comprehensive, coupling and coordinated developmental indices of 'four modernizations' of China's 343 prefecture-level administrative units, and calculated their efficiency of 'four modernizations' in 2001 and 2011. The efficiency evaluation index system was established. The efficiencies and their changing trend during the period 2001–2011 were investigated using the data envelopment analysis(DEA) model. Spatial-temporal pattern of the efficiency of China's prefecture-level units was explored by using exploratory spatial data analysis(ESDA). Finally, the main influencing factors were revealed with the aid of geographically weighted regression(GWR) model. Results indicate that the comprehensive, coupling and coordinated developmental indices and efficiency of 'four modernizations' of China's prefecture-level administrative units have obvious spatial differences and show diverse regional patterns. Overall, the efficiency is relatively low, and only few units with small urban populations and economic scale are in DEA efficiencies. The efficiency changing trends were decreasing during 2001–2011, with a transfer of high efficiency areas from inland to eastern coastal areas. The difference between urban and rural per capita investment in fixed assets boasts the greatest influence on the efficiency.展开更多

Through the construction of the comprehensive evaluation index system and the coordination degree model of the rural in- frastructure and the rural economic development level, the author carries out an empirical analy...Through the construction of the comprehensive evaluation index system and the coordination degree model of the rural in- frastructure and the rural economic development level, the author carries out an empirical analysis on the rural infrastructure and economic coordinated development in the country's 31 regions. Research shows that the gap between the levels of the development of the rural in-frastructure in China is large, presenting the gradually reducing gradient distribution from the east to the west. The rural infrastructure de- velopment level has significant positive correlation with the level of economic development. For those provinces of the high development level of the rural economy, the infrastructure construction level is also relatively high. From the view of the coordination degree, it presents the obvious "dumbbell" shape, and there are more provinces which belong to the high quality coordination and the serious imbalance, with the coordinated degree in the eastern regions obviously higher than that in the central and western regions.展开更多

Northwest China is one of the seven major geographical regions in China,including Shaanxi,Gansu,Qinghai,Ningxia and Xinjiang.Since the implementation of a series of national policies such as the western development,th...Northwest China is one of the seven major geographical regions in China,including Shaanxi,Gansu,Qinghai,Ningxia and Xinjiang.Since the implementation of a series of national policies such as the western development,the economy of the provinces and autonomous regions in Northwest China has been greatly developed.But the imbalance in the development process is also very prominent.Through the analysis of the factors that affect the transfer of the center of gravity and the impact of the shift on the region,we can explore a better path of regional coordinated development.This paper selects five northwest provinces,according to the center of gravity transfer model,studies the changes of the economic center of gravity from 2000 to 2018,and uses the Theil index method to calculate the difference degree of regional economy.The results show that:the development of Northwest China is not balanced,the economic gap between provinces is large.The economic center of gravity moves to the southeast and deviates from the geographical center of Northwest China.There is a positive relationship between the change of gravity center and the size of economic difference.展开更多

文摘The three important historical development stages of China from"standing up","getting rich"to"becoming strong"were analyzed deeply.Regional coordinated development policies and strategies have also gone through the"enlightenment stage","development stage"and"mature stage".On this basis,the problems of the coordination of China s regional coordinated development and joint prevention and control for environmental protection in the new era,as well as suggestions for the next step were further analyzed.
文摘Through the construction of the comprehensive evaluation index system and the coordination degree model of the rural in- frastructure and the rural economic development level, the author carries out an empirical analysis on the rural infrastructure and economic coordinated development in the country's 31 regions. Research shows that the gap between the levels of the development of the rural in-frastructure in China is large, presenting the gradually reducing gradient distribution from the east to the west. The rural infrastructure de- velopment level has significant positive correlation with the level of economic development. For those provinces of the high development level of the rural economy, the infrastructure construction level is also relatively high. From the view of the coordination degree, it presents the obvious "dumbbell" shape, and there are more provinces which belong to the high quality coordination and the serious imbalance, with the coordinated degree in the eastern regions obviously higher than that in the central and western regions.

文摘Taking a typical active export-oriented region Zhejiang as an example, this paper tries to evaluate its Coordinated Development Degree (CDD) form 1997, focusing on the characteristics of its export-oriented econom〉 and regional environment. The results show that Zhejiang 's CDD has kept increasing steadily after its slight drop in 1998. Finally, four measurements are proposed to promote sustainable development, including increasing and equalizing region's environmental investment, changing pollution-intensive export structure to avoid restricting the whole industrial structure, restricting simple spatial translocation of high-material consumption, high-energy consumption and high-pollution industries, etc.

文摘This paper constructs the index system by means of quantitative analysis. We choose the coordination degree of Yunnan province from 2012 to 2015. The regional cultural and economic development in Yunnan's frontier are analyzed so that we can provide the reference for the sustainable development of Yunnan's frontier and realize the coordinated development of culture in Yunnan's frontier and economic system in order. The results show that the culture and economy in Yunnan's frontier are coupled with formation of the coordinated development of culture and economy; economic development is the main reason to promote the coordinated development of culture and economy in Yunnan's frontier, and it contributes to the main force of improving the coordinated development of evolution types; the coordinated development degree of the overall level is low and still in the China's backward level.
文摘According to proposed research methods of national coordinated development of regional economy, we calculated national coordinated development degree of regional economy in recent year and analyzed the trend and characteristics. The result shows that: the overall level of national coordination development of regional economy improved significantly, reaching a higher level of coordination.

However, there are also some bottlenecks that restrict the development of this region. 文摘University autonomy and government intervention are a pair of basic contradictions in the external relationship of higher education.Strategies of the Coordinated Development of University Autonomy and Government Intervention as follow:balance autonomy and intervention under the premise of public justice;establish a multi-centric co-governance with mutual restriction to realize good governance;modernize the governance capacity of universities with the rule of law as the core;build trust mechanism based on social choice by combining self-discipline with heteronomy.Only in this way,can we coordinate the development of university autonomy and government intervention.

文摘Northwest China is one of the seven major geographical regions in China,including Shaanxi,Gansu,Qinghai,Ningxia and Xinjiang.Since the implementation of a series of national policies such as the western development,the economy of the provinces and autonomous regions in Northwest China has been greatly developed.But the imbalance in the development process is also very prominent.Through the analysis of the factors that affect the transfer of the center of gravity and the impact of the shift on the region,we can explore a better path of regional coordinated development.This paper selects five northwest provinces,according to the center of gravity transfer model,studies the changes of the economic center of gravity from 2000 to 2018,and uses the Theil index method to calculate the difference degree of regional economy.The results show that:the development of Northwest China is not balanced,the economic gap between provinces is large.The economic center of gravity moves to the southeast and deviates from the geographical center of Northwest China.There is a positive relationship between the change of gravity center and the size of economic difference.
