BACKGROUND Since December 2019,there have been many new cases of coronavirus pneumonia in Wuhan,Hubei Province,which has gradually spread throughout the country.AIM To explore our hospital’s innovative management system to ensure the efficient operation of fever clinics during the epidemic,since controlling the spread of disease is an important way to prevent and control the epidemic.METHODS In total,200 outpatients with fever at our hospital between November 2019 and July 2020 were selected and allocated into two groups.RESULTS The fever clinic in our hospital operated smoothly,and infection with the novel coronavirus disease(COVID-19)has not been reported in our hospital.Additionally,we did not have any cases of missed diagnosis.The awareness regarding COVID-19 infection sources,transmission routes,early symptoms,and preventive measures was significantly higher in our fever clinic than in those of the pre-management group.CONCLUSION"An integrated system,three separate responsibilities"ensured the efficient functioning of our fever outpatient clinic and early screening of COVID-19 cases,which effectively curbed the transmission of COVID-19 and hence prevented COVID-19 pneumonia epidemic in our hospital,ultimately achieving the maximum effect of epidemic prevention and control. 展开更多

Background: Novel coronavirus pneumonia (NCP) and osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF) are the high incidences of diseases in the elderly. During the epidemic period, if not treated in time, the complications are high and the mortality is high. If we do not pay attention to infection prevention and control in pre-hospital emergency care, it will lead to the first time infection of medical staff and in-hospital cross infection in emergency outpatient receiving area. The correct consideration of both and the establishment of perfect pre-hospital emergency treatment and infection prevention and control synchronous strategy is an important premise to ensure the stable, orderly and safe medical treatment. Objective: To explore the effect of synchronous implementation of pre-hospital emergency care, nursing and infection pre-vention and control for senile OVCF during the epidemic. In order to improve the efficiency of pre-hospital emergency care and prevent the spread of infection. Method: A total of 92 elderly patients with OVCF who received pre-hospital treatment in 18 hospitals in Zhangjiakou City during the epidemic prevention and control period from January 2020 to November 2022 and met the inclusion criteria were selected as research objects, including 24 males and 68 females, aged 65 - 82 (74.2 ± 2.2) years. All patients were associated with concomitant injuries and underlying diseases. All patients in this group underwent predictive pre-hospital rescue and infection prevention and control procedures. Results: All the 92 elderly patients with OVCF received timely pre-hospital treatment during the epidemic period, and no aggravation occurred of the 92 patients, 35 were in the high risk area, 10 were in the medium risk area, and 47 were in the low risk area. Exclude OVCF for NCP Patients were treated according to the conventional diagnosis and treatment principles. Suspected and confirmed cases are transferred to designated surgical hospitals for treatment. All patients were followed up 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after treatment. There was no death rate, high satisfaction of pre-hospital first aid, high diagnostic accuracy, and good curative effect. None of the rescue personnel had any infection rate, and no hospital infection transmission and nosocomial cross infection occurred. Conclusion: It is the first step to safely treat patients and prevent cross infection to establish a perfect synchronous strategy of pre-hospital first aid and infection prevention and control. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the prevention mechanism of an anti-epidemic sachet on the new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)based on the network pharmacology and molecular docking method.Methods:The chemical constituents and action targets of wormwood leaves,white peony,borneol,Rhizoma atracylodis,and Herba pogostemonis in the epidemic-preventive sachet were retrieved in TCMSP database.Query the genes of targets through the Uniprot database,and then use Cytoscape 3.7.2 software to build a medicinal drugs-active ingredients-targets(genes)network for visualization.Then we used DAVID to perform gene ontology(GO)function enrichment analysis and genome encyclopedia(KEGG)pathway analysis to predict the mechanisms of action.Draw histograms and bubble charts for visualization with Excel software and Omicshare database.The crystal structure of ACE2 was searched in the RCSB PDB database,and the compounds and proteins were molecularly docked with the help of PyMOL,AutoDockTool,and Vina software.Results:Sixty-seven effective chemical components in the anti-epidemic sachet were screened and a drugs-chemical components-targets network was constructed to obtain 948 targets,and 18 core targets and 28 core target pathways were predicted.6 compounds in Folium artemisiae argyi,13 compounds in Radix angelicae dahuricae,3 compounds in Rhizoma atracylodis,4 compounds in Fructus tsaoko,8 compounds in Herba pogostemonis,and 3 compounds in Rhizoma acori talarinowii have less binding energy with 1R42 than the ligand.Conclusion:It is predicted that the anti-epidemic sachet has prevention effects on new coronavirus pneumonia. 展开更多

The variant has many mutations and spreads quickly. It also has immune escape to existing COVID-19 vaccines, and the infection rate and repeated infection rate have increased worldwide. For such variant, at this stage, foreign countries mainly adopt three strategies to prevent and control the epidemic. First, big data is used to track the potential infection of the epidemic, trace the spread of the epidemic, screen close contacts, and control the scope of infection. The second is to maximum the coverage rate of vaccination, especially the coverage rate of the third injection, so as to reduce the infection level of Omicron variant. At last, they are developing a general coronavirus vaccine to prevent infection caused by SARS-CoV-2 variants, including the Omicron variant, so as to fundamentally eliminate the potential threat of variants to human beings. 目的分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情防控常态化时期大学生的心理健康状况,为心理健康干预提供依据。方法2020年4月15至30日,选取上海市3所大学,通过微信平台进行网络调研。采用问卷星调研平台设计调查问卷,收集高校学生人口学资料... 目的分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情防控常态化时期大学生的心理健康状况,为心理健康干预提供依据。方法2020年4月15至30日,选取上海市3所大学,通过微信平台进行网络调研。采用问卷星调研平台设计调查问卷,收集高校学生人口学资料;采用改编的正性负性情绪量表评估情绪状况;采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评价睡眠质量。结果共1195名大学生纳入研究,其中男531例、女664例,年龄17~39岁。COVID-19疫情防控常态化时期大学生负性情绪较多,主要有焦虑(46.6%,557/1195)、难过(28.9%,345/1195)、紧张(25.0%,299/1195)、害怕或恐慌(21.3%,255/1195);正性情绪中除平静(55.9%,668/1195)外,其他正性情绪较少。17.6%(210/1195)的学生报告主观睡眠质量不佳,有18.8%(225/1195)、17.3%(207/1195)和14.8%(177/1195)的学生存在入睡困难、夜间易醒或早醒和睡眠不足问题。年龄、性别、受教育水平、所处地区、居住状态为情绪状况和睡眠状况的影响因素,所学专业是情绪状况的影响因素(P均<0.05)。结论COVID-19疫情防控常态化时期大学生普遍存在负性情绪和睡眠质量不佳问题。对于年龄较大、女性、硕士及以上学生、此前处于国外或湖北地区、处于被隔离或被观察状态和医学相关专业学生应给予重点关注与关怀。 展开更多

《普通高等学校图书馆规程》未对高校图书馆所应提供应急服务作出具体规定。面对重大传染病疫情如何建立高校图书馆信息资源应急保障体系,国内外缺乏相应研究成果。高校图书馆亟须对2019-2020年新冠肺炎疫情期间的危机管理措施进行思考... 《普通高等学校图书馆规程》未对高校图书馆所应提供应急服务作出具体规定。面对重大传染病疫情如何建立高校图书馆信息资源应急保障体系,国内外缺乏相应研究成果。高校图书馆亟须对2019-2020年新冠肺炎疫情期间的危机管理措施进行思考研究,建立有效的信息资源应急保障体系,以应对今后更为多变的信息服务环境。利用文献调研和网站调研,并结合教育部高等学校图书情报工作指导委员会网站上发布的全国各省市高校图书馆疫情期间的服务报告,从应急管理保障、资源服务保障、网络技术保障、服务平台保障和馆员能力保障五个方面,阐述高校信息资源应急保障体系主要内容及存在问题。针对目前现状并结合疫情期间出现的相关案例,建议高校图书馆从五个方面加强信息资源应急保障:建立应急机制,提升资源保障能力;规范服务标准,助推线上服务拓展;整合教学资源,嵌入智慧教学平台;创新共享理念,增强应急服务力度;凝聚行业力量,打造专业服务团队。 展开更多

目的 建立“智慧服务”、“智慧医疗”、“智慧管理”三位一体的智慧医院,提高医院新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控与应对能力。方法 结合疫情常态化防控的核心需求,建立智慧医院整体架构,以新兴技术为手段,以强化系统集成与安全保障为基础,以... 目的 建立“智慧服务”、“智慧医疗”、“智慧管理”三位一体的智慧医院,提高医院新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控与应对能力。方法 结合疫情常态化防控的核心需求,建立智慧医院整体架构,以新兴技术为手段,以强化系统集成与安全保障为基础,以互联互通与电子病历工程为抓手,有序推进31个信息系统建设与融通项目。结果 通过构建以自助设备、互联网医院与智能设备应用为核心的“智慧服务”,实现了线上线下一体化、诊疗全程覆盖的服务机制,互联网医院在疫情暴发期间发挥了重要的补位作用。通过构建以电子病历为核心的一体化医师工作站、智慧护理、医疗质控等平台,实现了诊疗数据互通与医护质量控制。通过健全优化信息系统,实现了线上办公、线上教学、智慧后勤、智慧科研管理等功能,有效提升了医院应急管理的能力。结论 智慧医院建设能够为新冠肺炎疫情防控工作提供坚实的保障,但也面临诸多问题,“智慧服务”建设需要政府主管部门的大力支持,“智慧医疗”一体化建设有待进一步加强,“智慧管理”建设也需多管齐下。 展开更多
