BACKGROUND Patients with different stages of colorectal cancer(CRC)exhibit different abdominal computed tomography(CT)signs.Therefore,the influence of CT signs on CRC prognosis must be determined.AIM To observe abdomi...BACKGROUND Patients with different stages of colorectal cancer(CRC)exhibit different abdominal computed tomography(CT)signs.Therefore,the influence of CT signs on CRC prognosis must be determined.AIM To observe abdominal CT signs in patients with CRC and analyze the correlation between the CT signs and postoperative prognosis.METHODS The clinical history and CT imaging results of 88 patients with CRC who underwent radical surgery at Xingtan Hospital Affiliated to Shunde Hospital of Southern Medical University were retrospectively analyzed.Univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses were used to explore the independent risk factors for postoperative death in patients with CRC.The three-year survival rate was analyzed using the Kaplan-Meier curve,and the correlation between postoperative survival time and abdominal CT signs in patients with CRC was analyzed using Spearman correlation analysis.RESULTS For patients with CRC,the three-year survival rate was 73.86%.The death group exhibited more severe characteristics than the survival group.A multivariate Cox regression model analysis showed that body mass index(BMI),degree of periintestinal infiltration,tumor size,and lymph node CT value were independent factors influencing postoperative death(P<0.05 for all).Patients with characteristics typical to the death group had a low three-year survival rate(log-rankχ2=66.487,11.346,12.500,and 27.672,respectively,P<0.05 for all).The survival time of CRC patients was negatively correlated with BMI,degree of periintestinal infiltration,tumor size,lymph node CT value,mean tumor long-axis diameter,and mean tumor short-axis diameter(r=-0.559,0.679,-0.430,-0.585,-0.425,and-0.385,respectively,P<0.05 for all).BMI was positively correlated with the degree of periintestinal invasion,lymph node CT value,and mean tumor short-axis diameter(r=0.303,0.431,and 0.437,respectively,P<0.05 for all).CONCLUSION The degree of periintestinal infiltration,tumor size,and lymph node CT value are crucial for evaluating the prognosis of patients with CRC.展开更多
BACKGROUND Preoperative anxiety is a common emotional problem during the perioperative period and may adversely affect postoperative recovery.Emergence agitation(EA)is a common complication of general anesthesia that ...BACKGROUND Preoperative anxiety is a common emotional problem during the perioperative period and may adversely affect postoperative recovery.Emergence agitation(EA)is a common complication of general anesthesia that may increase patient discomfort and hospital stay and may be associated with the development of postoperative complications.Pre-anesthetic anxiety may be associated with the development of EA,but studies in this area are lacking.AIM To determine the relationship between pre-anesthetic anxiety and EA after radical surgery in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).METHODS Eighty patients with NSCLC undergoing surgical treatment between June 2020 and June 2023 were conveniently sampled.We used the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale’s(HADS)anxiety subscale(HADS-A)to determine patients’anxiety at four time points(T1-T4):Patients’preoperative visit,waiting period in the surgical waiting room,after entering the operating room,and before anesthesia induction,respectively.The Riker Sedation-Agitation Scale(RSAS)examined EA after surgery.Scatter plots of HADS-A and RSAS scores assessed the correlation between patients’pre-anesthesia anxiety status and EA.We performed a partial correlation analysis of HADS-A scores with RSAS scores.RESULTS NSCLC patients’HADS-A scores gradually increased at the four time points:7.33±2.03 at T1,7.99±2.22 at T2,8.05±2.81 at T3,and 8.36±4.17 at T4.The patients’postoperative RSAS score was 4.49±1.18,and 27 patients scored≥5,indicating that 33.75%patients had EA.HADS-A scores at T3 and T4 were significantly higher in patients with EA(9.67±3.02 vs 7.23±2.31,12.56±4.10 vs 6.23±2.05,P<0.001).Scatter plots showed the highest correlation between HADS-A and RSAS scores at T3 and T4.Partial correlation analysis showed a strong positive correlation between HADS-A and RSAS scores at T3 and T4(r=0.296,0.314,P<0.01).CONCLUSION Agitation during anesthesia recovery in patients undergoing radical resection for NSCLC correlated with anxiety at the time of entering the operating room and before anesthesia induction.展开更多

Objective: To explore the correlation between free triiodothyronine (FT3), free thyroxine (FT4) and hypertension in depression patients with hypothyroidism and its clinical guiding value. Methods: A total of 548 patients diagnosed with hypothyroidism in Wuxue First People’s Hospital of Hubei Province from January 2018 to September 2022 were enrolled. According to whether complicated with depression, they were divided into hypothyroidism without depression group (group A) and hypothyroidism with depression group (group B). The gender, age, comorbidities (such as depression, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, acute myocardial infarction), FT3, FT4, and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) levels were recorded. Spearman rank correlation was used to analyze hypertensive patients with hypothyroidism. Multivariate binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of hypertension in patients with hypothyroidism. Results: The TSH level, the number of hypertension, coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia in group B were statistically significantly higher than those in group A (P 3 level in group B was statistically significantly lower than that in group A (P s = 0.092), coronary heart disease (rs = 0.000), hyperlipidemia (rs = 0.000), diabetes (rs = 0.000), and age (rs = 0.000), and negatively correlated with FT3 (rs = 0.000) (P 3 and FT4 were the influencing factors of hypertension. The risk of hypertension in patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia significantly increased by 3.425 and 1.761 times (P 3, the risk of hypertension increased (P 4, the risk of hypertension significantly increased (P 3 and FT4 are the influencing factors of hypertension. The lower the FT3 level, the higher the FT4 level, the higher the risk of hypertension. FT3 and FT4 may be potential biomarkers of depression in hypertensive patients. Thyroid function assessment is recommended in patients with hypertension.展开更多
BACKGROUND Radical surgery is the most commonly used treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).However,the surgical effect remains not ideal,and prognostic evaluation is insufficient.Furthermore,clinical interventio...BACKGROUND Radical surgery is the most commonly used treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).However,the surgical effect remains not ideal,and prognostic evaluation is insufficient.Furthermore,clinical intervention is rife with uncertainty and not conducive to prolonging patient survival.AIM To explore correlations between the systemic immune inflammatory index(SII)and geriatric nutritional risk index(GNRI)and HCC operation prognosis.METHODS This retrospective study included and collected follow up data from 100 HCC.Kaplan–Meier survival curves were used to analyze the correlation between SII and GNRI scores and survival.SII and GNRI were calculated as follows:SII=neutrophil count×platelet count/lymphocyte count;GNRI=[1.489×albumin(g/L)+41.7×actual weight/ideal weight].We analyzed the predictive efficacy of the SII and GNRI in HCC patients using receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves,and the relationships between the SII,GNRI,and survival rate using Kaplan–Meier survival curves.Cox regression analysis was utilized to analyze independent risk factors influencing prognosis.RESULTS After 1 year of follow-up,24 patients died and 76 survived.The area under the curve(AUC),sensitivity,specificity,and the optimal cutoff value of SII were 0.728(95%confidence interval:0.600-0.856),79.2%,63.2%,and 309.14,respectively.According to ROC curve analysis results for predicting postoperative death in HCC patients,the AUC of SII and GNRI combination was higher than that of SII or GNRI alone,and SII was higher than that of GNRI(P<0.05).The proportion of advanced differentiated tumors,tumor maximum diameter(5–10 cm,>10 cm),lymph node metastasis,and TNM stage III-IV in patients with SII>309.14 was higher than that in patients with SII≤309.14(P<0.05).The proportion of patients aged>70 years was higher in patients with GNRI≤98 than that in patients with GNRI>98(P<0.05).The 1-year survival rate of the SII>309.14 group(compared with the SII≤309.14 group)and GNRI≤98 group(compared with the GNRI>98 group)was lower(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The prognosis after radical resection of HCC is related to the SII and GNRI and poor in high SII or low GNRI patients.展开更多
Shrimp sauce,one of the traditional salt-fermented food in China,has a unique flavor that is influenced by the resident microflora.The quality of salt-fermented shrimp sauce was evaluated in this work by determining t...Shrimp sauce,one of the traditional salt-fermented food in China,has a unique flavor that is influenced by the resident microflora.The quality of salt-fermented shrimp sauce was evaluated in this work by determining the total volatile basic nitrogen(TVB-N),the amino acid nitrogen(AAN),organic acid,5’-nucleotide and free amino acids(FAA).Moreover,the dynamics of microbial diversity during processing was investigated by using high-throughput sequencing technology.The results showed that the AAN,TVB-N,organic acid,5’-nucleotide and FAA content were in range of 0.93-1.42 g/100 mL,49.91-236.27 mg/100 mL,6.65-20.68 mg/mL,3.51-6.56 mg/mL and 81.27-102.90 mg/mL.Among the microbial diversity found in the shrimp sauce,Tetragenococcus,Flavobacterium,Polaribacter,Haematospirillum and Staphylococcus were the predominant genera.Correlation analysis indicated that the bacteria Tetragenococcus and Staphylococcus were important in the formation of non-volatile compounds.Tetragenococcus positively correlated with a variety of FAAs;Staphylococcus positively correlated with 5’-nucleotides.The analysis indicated that Tetragenococcus and Staphylococcus were the core genera affecting non-volatile components.These findings indicate the dynamics of the bacterial community and non-volatile components inter-relationships during shrimp sauce fermentation and provide a theoretical basis for improving the fermentation process of shrimp sauce.展开更多
AIM:To explore the correlation between diabetic retinopathy(DR)and Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection,based on data from a physical examination population.METHODS:This cross-sectional retrospective analysis included dat...AIM:To explore the correlation between diabetic retinopathy(DR)and Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection,based on data from a physical examination population.METHODS:This cross-sectional retrospective analysis included data of 73824 health examination participants from December 2018 to December 2019.Participants were divided into the diabetic group and non-diabetic group,nondiabetic retinopathy(NDR)group,non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR)group,proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR)group,and Hp infection group.Gender,age,body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and Hp data were recorded to compare the degree of DR lesions and Hp infection.Logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between DR and Hp infection.RESULTS:There was a statistically significant difference between the diabetic and non-diabetic group(χ2=94.17,P<0.0001).Logistic regression analysis showed that male sex,age,BMI,SBP,TG,LDL-C,and Hp infection were independent risk factors for DR.There was no correlation between the degree of DR lesions and Hp infection(ρ=-0.00339,P=0.7753).Age[odds ratio(OR)=1.035,95%CI:1.024,1.046,P<0.0001]and SBP(OR=1.009,95%CI:1.004,1.015,P=0.0013)were independent risk factors for the degree of DR.CONCLUSION:There is a significant correlation between DR and Hp infection in the physical examination population.Hp infection is a risk factor for DR,and there is no significant difference between Hp infection and DR of different pathological degrees.Actively eradicating Hp may be of help to prevent DR.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the association between the development of diabetic retinopathy and OCTA blood flow density.Methods:A total of 63 patients(100 eyes)diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in Eye Hospital of China Acad...Objective:To investigate the association between the development of diabetic retinopathy and OCTA blood flow density.Methods:A total of 63 patients(100 eyes)diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in Eye Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from September 2020 to July 2021 were selected,including 44 patients(72 eyes)with diabetic retinopathy and 19 patients(28 eyes)with type 2 diabetes without retinopathy(NDR).All patients underwent OCTA examination,and FAZ,PERIM,AI,FD,SVD,DVD and other indicators were counted.Results:(1)SVD,parafoveal SVD,DVD and parafoveal DVD gradually decreased with the progression of DR(P=0.000).There was no significant difference in SVD and DVD fovea(P>0.05).(2)The correlation coefficients between SVD,SVD,DVD,DVD and DR process were-0.525,-0.586,-0.323,-0.424,respectively(P<0.05),and all showed moderate negative correlation.(3)AI and FD gradually decreased with the progression of DR,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.011,P=0.000),while FAZ and PERIM showed no significant difference with the progression of DR(P>0.05).(4)The correlation coefficients of FAZ,PERIM and DR progression were:-0.031,0.084(P>0.05),no correlation,AI,FD and DR process correlation coefficient were 0.307,-0.459(P<0.05),respectively,were moderately positive and negative correlation;(5)The correlation coefficients of FAZ,PERIM,AI,FD and age were-0.124,-0.052,0.113,-0.170(P>0.05),respectively.Conclusion:There is a moderate correlation between the progression of DR and the superficial and deep blood flow density of OCTA.It was moderately correlated with AI and FD.OCTA can assist in the assessment of DR disease progression.展开更多
Objective:The study aimed to investigate the correlation between metabolic dysfunctionassociated fatty liver disease and liver fibrosis based on Fibrotouch.Methods:During the years 2015-2018,a total of 401 patients wi...Objective:The study aimed to investigate the correlation between metabolic dysfunctionassociated fatty liver disease and liver fibrosis based on Fibrotouch.Methods:During the years 2015-2018,a total of 401 patients with fatty liver diagnosed by imaging and met the diagnostic criteria of MAFLD,examined by transient elastography(TE)were enrolled in the Department of Hepatology of the Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University.The patients were classified into 4 MAFLD subgroups:MAFLD lean/normal weight group(n=25),MAFLD overweight group(n=52),MAFLD obese group(n=249)and MAFLD diabetic(MAFLD-DM)group(n=75),according to their body mass index(BMI)with or without diabetes mellitus(DM).Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),liver and kidney function,blood lipid,routine blood test,liver stiffness value(LSM),controlled attenuation parameter(CAP)and so on,were collected.A variety of noninvasive hepatic fibrosis indexes such as NAFLD fibrosis score(NFS),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)to platelet(PLT)ratio index(APRI),diabetes score(BARD)and fibros-4 index(FIB-4)were used to evaluate the risk of hepatic fibrosis,comparing the general information,biochemical indicators and non-invasive liver fibrosis indicators among them.Whether accompanied with liver fibrosis or not.The patients were divided into MAFLD group and MAFLD liver fibrosis group Univariate analysis and multivariate Logsitics regression analysis were performed to analyze the correlation between MAFLD and liver fibrosis.Results:Systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),PLT,AST,alanyl aminotransferase(ALT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),gamma-glutamyltransferase(GGT),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),very low density lipoprotein cholesterol(VLDL-C),albumin(A lb),APRI,FIB-4,hyperlipidemia,history of lipid-regulating drugs,and history of viral hepatitis(hepatitis B and hepatitis C)were not statistically significant.Age,sex,body mass index(BMI),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),creatinine(Cr),uric acid(UA),FPG,HbA1c,NFS score,BARD score,LSM,CAP,diabetes mellitus,hypoglycemic or antihypertensive drug use history,drinking history,smoking history were statistically significant.The proportion of significant and advanced liver fibrosis in MAFLDobese group and MAFLD-DM group was significantly higher than other two groups.Increased BMI,CAP,and APRI scores were associated with an increased risk of liver fibrosis in MAFLD by univariate and multivariate analyses.Conclusion:BMI,CAP and APRI score are risk factors for the progression of liver fibrosis in MAFLD.展开更多

However, predicting the clinical response to immunotherap...Background: Pancreatic cancer is one of the most lethal types of cancer, and immunotherapy has become a promising remedy with advancements in tumor immunology. However, predicting the clinical response to immunotherapy in pancreatic cancer remains a dilemma for clinicians. Methods: GEPIA database was used to analyze the differential expression of MMR and PD-L1 genes in 33 common cancer types including pancreatic cancer. The expression levels of MMR and PD-L1 genes were downloaded from the GEPIA and GEO databases to analyze the correlation between MMR genes and PD-L1, and the clinicopathological and survival information were downloaded from the TCGA databases to analyze the relationship between the expression of MMR, PD-L1 and clinicopathological characteristics, prognosis. Meanwhile, the tumor tissue samples of 41 patients with pancreatic cancer were collected, and the protein expression levels of MMR and PD-L1 were detected by immunohistochemical assay. Furthermore, we analyzed the correlation between MMR and PD-L1, and the correlation between the expression of MMR, PD-L1 and clinicopathological characteristics, prognosis of pancreatic cancer patients. Results: Bioinformatics analysis showed that MLH1, MLH3, MSH2, MSH3, and PMS2 were highly expressed in most cancer types including pancreatic cancer (P P = 0.012), clinical stage (I vs II: P = 0.016), MSH2 expression was related to clinical stage (P < 0.05), T stage (T3 vs T4: P = 0.039), and MSH3 expression was related to T stage (P < 0.05). Besides, both MSH2 expression (P P = 0.044) were significantly associated with prognosis. GEPIA data also showed that MSH2 expression was related to prognosis (P = 0.008). The correlation analysis revealed that the expressions MSH2, MLH1, PMS2 had strong correlations with PD-L1 both in GEPIA and GEO databases. Real-world data indicated that of the 41 pancreatic cancer patients, 5 cases had MLH1 deletion, 5 cases had MSH2 deletion, 4 cases had PMS2 deletion, and 12 cases had PD-L1 positive expression. Notably, PMS2 deletion was associated with PD-L1 positive expression (P = 0.035). In addition, MLH1 was related to clinical stage (P = 0.033), age (P = 0.048), and MSH2 was related to clinical stage (P = 0.033). However, MLH1 (P = 0.697), MSH2 (P = 0.956), PMS2 (P = 0.341), and PD-L1 (P = 0.734) appeared to have no impact on overall survival among patients with pancreatic cancer. Conclusion: Both bioinformatics and real-world data showed that there were correlation between PMS2 deletion and PD-L1 expression, and correlation between MLH1, MSH2 and clinical stage.展开更多

Ultrasound and fibroscan are two com-monly used non-invasive examinations and the purpose of this study is to as-sess the correlation between the results of these two examinations in the as-sessment of liver fibrosis. Methodology: This was a descriptive and analytical cross-sectional study with retrospective collection over a period of 30 months from January 01, 2018 to June 30, 2020 on the correlation between the ultra-sound aspects and the results of the fibroscan of patients with chronic carriers of Hepatitis B virus at the Teaching Hospital of Bogodogo and at the faith-based health center CANDAF. Results: A total of 85 patients with fibrosis were collected. The 30 - 40 age group was the most represented (41.18%), with a male predominance of 52.94%. The patients with a married life were the most represented (77.64%), the social stratum the most represented were the middle managers (32.94%). University level was predominant among educa-tion levels (45.64%). The personal history was traditional circumcision (34.12%), excision (21.18%), manicure (16.47%). The circumstances of the findings were blood donation (34.12%), screening (21.18%), fortuitous findings (16.47%). The association between echostructure and fibrosis on the fibroscan scan was significant (homogeneous hyperechoic echostructure p = 0.0028 and granular echostructure p = 0.0001). Fibrosis on scans had a significant associa-tion with liver contour (Regular contours p = 0.0009 and p = 0.0002). Fibrosis on CT scan had a significant association for the diagnosis of fibrosis on ultra-sound (p = 0.0002 for hepatic steatosis and cirrhosis and p = 0.0013 for hepat-ic dysmorphia), on the other hand, no significant association for hepatomegaly (p = 0.8883). Conclusion: Detecting the presence of fibrosis and monitoring its progression improves the management of patients with chronic liver disease. Ultrasound scans and fibroscan are complementary in the follow-up of pa-tients with chronic HBV.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the correlation between NOD-like receptor family protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome and Golgi protein 73(GP73)levels and hepatitis B cirrhosis with esophageal varices(EV)rupture.Methods:The subjects...Objective:To investigate the correlation between NOD-like receptor family protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome and Golgi protein 73(GP73)levels and hepatitis B cirrhosis with esophageal varices(EV)rupture.Methods:The subjects of this study were 145 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and varices who were treated in our hospital in recent years.Endoscopic examination was performed on the patients.The patients were divided into two groups according to whether there was EV rupture:rupture group and non-rupture group.The correlation between plasma NLRP3 and GP73 levels and hepatitis B cirrhosis with EV rupture was analyzed.Results:Through observation,comparing the levels of NLRP3 and GP73 between the two groups,the levels of NLRP3 and GP73 were significantly higher in the rupture group than in the non-rupture group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that NLRP3 and GP73 levels and Child-Pugh classification were related risk factors of hepatitis B cirrhosis with EV rupture.Conclusion:NLRP3 inflammasome and GP73 levels are closely related to hepatitis B cirrhosis with EV rupture.The corresponding evaluation aids in predicting EV rupture and bleeding in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.展开更多

[Method] Taking "Sanbei 98" and "Youyan 599" as ex- periment materials, correlation between yield and quality traits of Brassica napus L. cultivars was explored by orthogonal rotation method. [Result] The results showed that: 1 In both the two varieties-Sanbei98 and Youyan599, erucic acid content had the largest coefficient of variation, but its average content was lower than 2% in both the two varieties (0.90% in Sanbei98 and 1.24% in Youyan599), and the palmitic acid content had the smallest coefficient of variation. 2 In terms of the dif- ferences in quality traits at different yield levels, only the mean of eicosenoic acid content revealed significant difference in Sanbei98, and only the mean of seed-pro- tein content revealed significant difference in Youyan599, and there was no signifi- cant difference in any combined quality traits in both the two varieties. 3 The yield was negatively correlated with the erucic acid content or oil content, and posi- tively correlated with the content of seed-protein, linoleic acid, or linolenic acid, and the coefficient of correlation between the yield and either of the contents of glucosi- nolates, oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, and eicosenoic acid was smaller. ~, when the yield of a variety increased considerably, there was a certain decreasing trend in erucic acid content, oil content, the total amount of erucic chain fatty acids (El & Er), while there was an increasing trend in seed-protein content, linoleic acid content, linolenic acid content, saturated fatty acids (SFA), the total amount of fat and protein (P & F), unsaturation index (IUFA), unsaturated fatty acids (UFA), the total amount of 18 carbon fatty acids (18-C FA), unsaturated fatty acids [UFA/(Ei & Er) ], and the sum of oleic acid and linoleic acid (OI & Li). 5 When the seed-pro- tein content is increased, the quality of rape oil cake is also improved; when the unsaturated index is increased, the oil stability is decreased. The increase in the total amount of unsaturated fatty acids, oleic acid and linoleic acid helps to increase in the total amount of fatty acids absorbed by human bodies. [Conclusion] This study provides a theoretical foundation for the cultivation of high-yielding and top- quality hybrid rape cultivars.展开更多

Results showed that carotenoid content and other quality traits had highly significant differences among varieties. Carotenoids content was significantly positive correlated with watersoluble pentosan and yellowness. Carotenoids content was significantly negative correlated with peak viscosity, hold through, breakdown, final viscosity, unit weight,formation time, and was negative correlated with peak time, protein content and stability time. According to cluster analysis, carotenoid contents in 31 varieties were divided into three major groups: one group had common carotenoid content, which included 19 varieties such as Meng 0318; one group had relatively low carotenoid content, which included 10 varieties such as Luomai23; and the last group had relatively high carotenoid content, which included 2 varieties such as Huaimai22. The average carotenoid contents of the three groups were 1.93, 1.07 and 2.99 mg/kg respectively.展开更多

[Method] Labadou underwent compression, puncture, shearing and batch compression with four probes (P/100, P/2, A/LKB-F and A/BE) and sensory evaluation was made on Labadou as per Nine Point Calibration Method. Specifical y, chewiness measured by batch compression was taken as an independent variable and hardness as a dependent variable to get a prediction model of Labadou hardness by model fitting. [Result] The ideal parameters of Labadou included probe at A/BE, test speed at 1.0 mm/s, and strain at 70%. The chewiness was of extremely significant correlation with hardness (r=0.92, P〈0.01). In this study, the relationship between major meteorological factors and tobacco chemical components in different altitudes of Yongde County, Lincang Region of Yunnan Province was studied using correlation analysis an...In this study, the relationship between major meteorological factors and tobacco chemical components in different altitudes of Yongde County, Lincang Region of Yunnan Province was studied using correlation analysis and path analysis methods.The results showed that there was a difference on meteorological factors in different altitudes, causing different impacts on chemical components of flue-cured tobacco; contents of nicotine and total nitrogen decreased with the rising of altitude, conversely, total sugar and reducing sugar contents increased with the rising trend of altitude, and the differences on the contents of potassium (K) and chlorine(CI), and the ratio of K to CI in different altitudes were not significant, at the altitude of 1 250-1 450 m, each chemical component indicator was better. The correlation between main meteorological factors and conventional chemical components of tobacco leaves was as follows: contents of reducing sugar and total sugar increased with the increase of rainfall and relative humidity, and decreased with the increase of sunshine duration; nicotine content increased with the increase of accumulated temperature and sunshine duration; total nitrogen (N) content increased with the increase of daily mean temperature and accumulated temperature; sugar-alkali ratio increased with the increase of rainfall. Path analysis showed that the direct effect of sunshine duration on reducing sugar and total sugar of tobacco leaves was faint, but the indirect effect was obvious; meanwhile, the direct and indirect effects of it on nicotine and total N were the greatest.展开更多

[Method] The red pigment of Panax notoginseng fruits was preliminarily identi- fied with specific color reactions and UV-vis spectra, and the contents of the pigment and total saponins were determined via spectrophotometry. [Result] The red hues of the fruits were contributed by anthocyanins and/or the anthocyanidins. The contents of anthocyanins and total saponins of the fruits both decreased along with thinning of the red hues. The content difference of the anthocyanins in fruits with different red hues reached extremely significant level, but that of total saponins just reached significant level. [Conclusion] The red pigment of P. notoginseng fruits is anthocyanins which are of extremely significant positive correlation with total saponins in contents.展开更多

The abundance of IbpA in C. sakazakii strains strongly increased after heat shock. C sakazakii CMCC 45402 ibpA deletion mutants were successfully constructed. The C. sakazakii CMCC 45402 AibpA and wild-type strains could not be distinguished based on colony morphology on LB agar plates or biochemical assays. The growth of the C. sakazakii CMCC 45402 AibpA mutant in heat shock conditions was indistinguishable from that of the isogenic wild-type, but showed greater heat resistance than E. coil O157:H7 strain CMCC 44828. This study suggests that the absence of a single ibpA gene has no obvious effect on the phenotype or heat resistance of the strain C. sakazakii CMCC 45402.展开更多

[Method] The slaughter performance such as live chicken weight, carcass weight, semi-eviscerated weight, eviscerated weight, chest muscle weight, leg mus-cle weight, abdominal fat weight and the meat quality indices like color, pH and shear force of 12-week-old frizzle chickens were measured to analyze the correla-tion between slaughter performance and meat quality. [Result] The carcass percent-age, semi-eviscerated percentage, eviscerated percentage, chest muscle percentage, leg muscle percentage, abdominal fat percentage, intramuscular fat width and subcu-taneous fat thickness of the male chickens were 89.76%, 81.54%, 67.53%, 7.82%, 11.29%, 2.42%, 0.69 cm and 0.48 cm, of female chickens were 89.78%, 80.87%, 62.94%, 6.19%, 9.92%, 3.91%, 0.78 cm and 0.61 cm. Some of these traits exhibit-ed significant difference between the male and female chickens (P〈0.05). In male chickens, the chest muscle color, pH and shear force were 5.93, 6.15 and 3.72 kg, and the leg muscle color, pH and shear force were 6.18, 6.54 and 3.41 kg; in fe-male chickens, the chest muscle color, pH and shear force were 5.77, 6.05 and 3.41 kg, and the leg muscle color, pH and shear force were 6.03, 6.21 and 2.74 kg. The quality of chest and leg muscles of frizzle chickens significantly differed (P〈0.05). Carcass weight had significant positive correlations with semi-eviscerated weight and meat color (P〈0.05), and an extremely significant positive correlation with pH (P〈0.01). Semi-eviscerated weight and pH value shared a significant posi-tive correlation (P〈0.05). Eviscerated weight and leg muscle weight shared an ex-tremely significant negative correlation (P〈0.01). Abdominal fat weight correlated sig-nificantly and negatively with shear force (P〈0.05). Meat color and pH value had a significant positive correlation (P〈0.05). [Conclusion] This study provides theoretical basis for the breeding of excellent chicken varieties producing high-quality meat.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND Patients with different stages of colorectal cancer(CRC)exhibit different abdominal computed tomography(CT)signs.Therefore,the influence of CT signs on CRC prognosis must be determined.AIM To observe abdominal CT signs in patients with CRC and analyze the correlation between the CT signs and postoperative prognosis.METHODS The clinical history and CT imaging results of 88 patients with CRC who underwent radical surgery at Xingtan Hospital Affiliated to Shunde Hospital of Southern Medical University were retrospectively analyzed.Univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses were used to explore the independent risk factors for postoperative death in patients with CRC.The three-year survival rate was analyzed using the Kaplan-Meier curve,and the correlation between postoperative survival time and abdominal CT signs in patients with CRC was analyzed using Spearman correlation analysis.RESULTS For patients with CRC,the three-year survival rate was 73.86%.The death group exhibited more severe characteristics than the survival group.A multivariate Cox regression model analysis showed that body mass index(BMI),degree of periintestinal infiltration,tumor size,and lymph node CT value were independent factors influencing postoperative death(P<0.05 for all).Patients with characteristics typical to the death group had a low three-year survival rate(log-rankχ2=66.487,11.346,12.500,and 27.672,respectively,P<0.05 for all).The survival time of CRC patients was negatively correlated with BMI,degree of periintestinal infiltration,tumor size,lymph node CT value,mean tumor long-axis diameter,and mean tumor short-axis diameter(r=-0.559,0.679,-0.430,-0.585,-0.425,and-0.385,respectively,P<0.05 for all).BMI was positively correlated with the degree of periintestinal invasion,lymph node CT value,and mean tumor short-axis diameter(r=0.303,0.431,and 0.437,respectively,P<0.05 for all).CONCLUSION The degree of periintestinal infiltration,tumor size,and lymph node CT value are crucial for evaluating the prognosis of patients with CRC.
文摘BACKGROUND Preoperative anxiety is a common emotional problem during the perioperative period and may adversely affect postoperative recovery.Emergence agitation(EA)is a common complication of general anesthesia that may increase patient discomfort and hospital stay and may be associated with the development of postoperative complications.Pre-anesthetic anxiety may be associated with the development of EA,but studies in this area are lacking.AIM To determine the relationship between pre-anesthetic anxiety and EA after radical surgery in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).METHODS Eighty patients with NSCLC undergoing surgical treatment between June 2020 and June 2023 were conveniently sampled.We used the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale’s(HADS)anxiety subscale(HADS-A)to determine patients’anxiety at four time points(T1-T4):Patients’preoperative visit,waiting period in the surgical waiting room,after entering the operating room,and before anesthesia induction,respectively.The Riker Sedation-Agitation Scale(RSAS)examined EA after surgery.Scatter plots of HADS-A and RSAS scores assessed the correlation between patients’pre-anesthesia anxiety status and EA.We performed a partial correlation analysis of HADS-A scores with RSAS scores.RESULTS NSCLC patients’HADS-A scores gradually increased at the four time points:7.33±2.03 at T1,7.99±2.22 at T2,8.05±2.81 at T3,and 8.36±4.17 at T4.The patients’postoperative RSAS score was 4.49±1.18,and 27 patients scored≥5,indicating that 33.75%patients had EA.HADS-A scores at T3 and T4 were significantly higher in patients with EA(9.67±3.02 vs 7.23±2.31,12.56±4.10 vs 6.23±2.05,P<0.001).Scatter plots showed the highest correlation between HADS-A and RSAS scores at T3 and T4.Partial correlation analysis showed a strong positive correlation between HADS-A and RSAS scores at T3 and T4(r=0.296,0.314,P<0.01).CONCLUSION Agitation during anesthesia recovery in patients undergoing radical resection for NSCLC correlated with anxiety at the time of entering the operating room and before anesthesia induction.
文摘Background: Cardiovascular diseases, such as hypertension and coronary heart disease, are often accompanied by thyroid and mental diseases, the harm of which poses great threats to patients’ health. Objective: To explore the correlation between free triiodothyronine (FT3), free thyroxine (FT4) and hypertension in depression patients with hypothyroidism and its clinical guiding value. Methods: A total of 548 patients diagnosed with hypothyroidism in Wuxue First People’s Hospital of Hubei Province from January 2018 to September 2022 were enrolled. According to whether complicated with depression, they were divided into hypothyroidism without depression group (group A) and hypothyroidism with depression group (group B). The gender, age, comorbidities (such as depression, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, acute myocardial infarction), FT3, FT4, and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) levels were recorded. Spearman rank correlation was used to analyze hypertensive patients with hypothyroidism. Multivariate binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of hypertension in patients with hypothyroidism. Results: The TSH level, the number of hypertension, coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia in group B were statistically significantly higher than those in group A (P 3 level in group B was statistically significantly lower than that in group A (P s = 0.092), coronary heart disease (rs = 0.000), hyperlipidemia (rs = 0.000), diabetes (rs = 0.000), and age (rs = 0.000), and negatively correlated with FT3 (rs = 0.000) (P 3 and FT4 were the influencing factors of hypertension. The risk of hypertension in patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia significantly increased by 3.425 and 1.761 times (P 3, the risk of hypertension increased (P 4, the risk of hypertension significantly increased (P 3 and FT4 are the influencing factors of hypertension. The lower the FT3 level, the higher the FT4 level, the higher the risk of hypertension. FT3 and FT4 may be potential biomarkers of depression in hypertensive patients. Thyroid function assessment is recommended in patients with hypertension.

文摘BACKGROUND Radical surgery is the most commonly used treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).However,the surgical effect remains not ideal,and prognostic evaluation is insufficient.Furthermore,clinical intervention is rife with uncertainty and not conducive to prolonging patient survival.AIM To explore correlations between the systemic immune inflammatory index(SII)and geriatric nutritional risk index(GNRI)and HCC operation prognosis.METHODS This retrospective study included and collected follow up data from 100 HCC.Kaplan–Meier survival curves were used to analyze the correlation between SII and GNRI scores and survival.SII and GNRI were calculated as follows:SII=neutrophil count×platelet count/lymphocyte count;GNRI=[1.489×albumin(g/L)+41.7×actual weight/ideal weight].We analyzed the predictive efficacy of the SII and GNRI in HCC patients using receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves,and the relationships between the SII,GNRI,and survival rate using Kaplan–Meier survival curves.Cox regression analysis was utilized to analyze independent risk factors influencing prognosis.RESULTS After 1 year of follow-up,24 patients died and 76 survived.The area under the curve(AUC),sensitivity,specificity,and the optimal cutoff value of SII were 0.728(95%confidence interval:0.600-0.856),79.2%,63.2%,and 309.14,respectively.According to ROC curve analysis results for predicting postoperative death in HCC patients,the AUC of SII and GNRI combination was higher than that of SII or GNRI alone,and SII was higher than that of GNRI(P<0.05).The proportion of advanced differentiated tumors,tumor maximum diameter(5–10 cm,>10 cm),lymph node metastasis,and TNM stage III-IV in patients with SII>309.14 was higher than that in patients with SII≤309.14(P<0.05).The proportion of patients aged>70 years was higher in patients with GNRI≤98 than that in patients with GNRI>98(P<0.05).The 1-year survival rate of the SII>309.14 group(compared with the SII≤309.14 group)and GNRI≤98 group(compared with the GNRI>98 group)was lower(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The prognosis after radical resection of HCC is related to the SII and GNRI and poor in high SII or low GNRI patients.

文摘Shrimp sauce,one of the traditional salt-fermented food in China,has a unique flavor that is influenced by the resident microflora.The quality of salt-fermented shrimp sauce was evaluated in this work by determining the total volatile basic nitrogen(TVB-N),the amino acid nitrogen(AAN),organic acid,5’-nucleotide and free amino acids(FAA).Moreover,the dynamics of microbial diversity during processing was investigated by using high-throughput sequencing technology.The results showed that the AAN,TVB-N,organic acid,5’-nucleotide and FAA content were in range of 0.93-1.42 g/100 mL,49.91-236.27 mg/100 mL,6.65-20.68 mg/mL,3.51-6.56 mg/mL and 81.27-102.90 mg/mL.Among the microbial diversity found in the shrimp sauce,Tetragenococcus,Flavobacterium,Polaribacter,Haematospirillum and Staphylococcus were the predominant genera.Correlation analysis indicated that the bacteria Tetragenococcus and Staphylococcus were important in the formation of non-volatile compounds.Tetragenococcus positively correlated with a variety of FAAs;Staphylococcus positively correlated with 5’-nucleotides.The analysis indicated that Tetragenococcus and Staphylococcus were the core genera affecting non-volatile components.These findings indicate the dynamics of the bacterial community and non-volatile components inter-relationships during shrimp sauce fermentation and provide a theoretical basis for improving the fermentation process of shrimp sauce.

文摘AIM:To explore the correlation between diabetic retinopathy(DR)and Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection,based on data from a physical examination population.METHODS:This cross-sectional retrospective analysis included data of 73824 health examination participants from December 2018 to December 2019.Participants were divided into the diabetic group and non-diabetic group,nondiabetic retinopathy(NDR)group,non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR)group,proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR)group,and Hp infection group.Gender,age,body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and Hp data were recorded to compare the degree of DR lesions and Hp infection.Logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between DR and Hp infection.RESULTS:There was a statistically significant difference between the diabetic and non-diabetic group(χ2=94.17,P<0.0001).Logistic regression analysis showed that male sex,age,BMI,SBP,TG,LDL-C,and Hp infection were independent risk factors for DR.There was no correlation between the degree of DR lesions and Hp infection(ρ=-0.00339,P=0.7753).Age[odds ratio(OR)=1.035,95%CI:1.024,1.046,P<0.0001]and SBP(OR=1.009,95%CI:1.004,1.015,P=0.0013)were independent risk factors for the degree of DR.CONCLUSION:There is a significant correlation between DR and Hp infection in the physical examination population.Hp infection is a risk factor for DR,and there is no significant difference between Hp infection and DR of different pathological degrees.Actively eradicating Hp may be of help to prevent DR.

文摘Objective:To investigate the association between the development of diabetic retinopathy and OCTA blood flow density.Methods:A total of 63 patients(100 eyes)diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in Eye Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from September 2020 to July 2021 were selected,including 44 patients(72 eyes)with diabetic retinopathy and 19 patients(28 eyes)with type 2 diabetes without retinopathy(NDR).All patients underwent OCTA examination,and FAZ,PERIM,AI,FD,SVD,DVD and other indicators were counted.Results:(1)SVD,parafoveal SVD,DVD and parafoveal DVD gradually decreased with the progression of DR(P=0.000).There was no significant difference in SVD and DVD fovea(P>0.05).(2)The correlation coefficients between SVD,SVD,DVD,DVD and DR process were-0.525,-0.586,-0.323,-0.424,respectively(P<0.05),and all showed moderate negative correlation.(3)AI and FD gradually decreased with the progression of DR,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.011,P=0.000),while FAZ and PERIM showed no significant difference with the progression of DR(P>0.05).(4)The correlation coefficients of FAZ,PERIM and DR progression were:-0.031,0.084(P>0.05),no correlation,AI,FD and DR process correlation coefficient were 0.307,-0.459(P<0.05),respectively,were moderately positive and negative correlation;(5)The correlation coefficients of FAZ,PERIM,AI,FD and age were-0.124,-0.052,0.113,-0.170(P>0.05),respectively.Conclusion:There is a moderate correlation between the progression of DR and the superficial and deep blood flow density of OCTA.It was moderately correlated with AI and FD.OCTA can assist in the assessment of DR disease progression.

文摘Objective:The study aimed to investigate the correlation between metabolic dysfunctionassociated fatty liver disease and liver fibrosis based on Fibrotouch.Methods:During the years 2015-2018,a total of 401 patients with fatty liver diagnosed by imaging and met the diagnostic criteria of MAFLD,examined by transient elastography(TE)were enrolled in the Department of Hepatology of the Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University.The patients were classified into 4 MAFLD subgroups:MAFLD lean/normal weight group(n=25),MAFLD overweight group(n=52),MAFLD obese group(n=249)and MAFLD diabetic(MAFLD-DM)group(n=75),according to their body mass index(BMI)with or without diabetes mellitus(DM).Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),liver and kidney function,blood lipid,routine blood test,liver stiffness value(LSM),controlled attenuation parameter(CAP)and so on,were collected.A variety of noninvasive hepatic fibrosis indexes such as NAFLD fibrosis score(NFS),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)to platelet(PLT)ratio index(APRI),diabetes score(BARD)and fibros-4 index(FIB-4)were used to evaluate the risk of hepatic fibrosis,comparing the general information,biochemical indicators and non-invasive liver fibrosis indicators among them.Whether accompanied with liver fibrosis or not.The patients were divided into MAFLD group and MAFLD liver fibrosis group Univariate analysis and multivariate Logsitics regression analysis were performed to analyze the correlation between MAFLD and liver fibrosis.Results:Systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),PLT,AST,alanyl aminotransferase(ALT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),gamma-glutamyltransferase(GGT),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),very low density lipoprotein cholesterol(VLDL-C),albumin(A lb),APRI,FIB-4,hyperlipidemia,history of lipid-regulating drugs,and history of viral hepatitis(hepatitis B and hepatitis C)were not statistically significant.Age,sex,body mass index(BMI),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),creatinine(Cr),uric acid(UA),FPG,HbA1c,NFS score,BARD score,LSM,CAP,diabetes mellitus,hypoglycemic or antihypertensive drug use history,drinking history,smoking history were statistically significant.The proportion of significant and advanced liver fibrosis in MAFLDobese group and MAFLD-DM group was significantly higher than other two groups.Increased BMI,CAP,and APRI scores were associated with an increased risk of liver fibrosis in MAFLD by univariate and multivariate analyses.Conclusion:BMI,CAP and APRI score are risk factors for the progression of liver fibrosis in MAFLD.
文摘Background: Pancreatic cancer is one of the most lethal types of cancer, and immunotherapy has become a promising remedy with advancements in tumor immunology. However, predicting the clinical response to immunotherapy in pancreatic cancer remains a dilemma for clinicians. Methods: GEPIA database was used to analyze the differential expression of MMR and PD-L1 genes in 33 common cancer types including pancreatic cancer. The expression levels of MMR and PD-L1 genes were downloaded from the GEPIA and GEO databases to analyze the correlation between MMR genes and PD-L1, and the clinicopathological and survival information were downloaded from the TCGA databases to analyze the relationship between the expression of MMR, PD-L1 and clinicopathological characteristics, prognosis. Meanwhile, the tumor tissue samples of 41 patients with pancreatic cancer were collected, and the protein expression levels of MMR and PD-L1 were detected by immunohistochemical assay. Furthermore, we analyzed the correlation between MMR and PD-L1, and the correlation between the expression of MMR, PD-L1 and clinicopathological characteristics, prognosis of pancreatic cancer patients. Results: Bioinformatics analysis showed that MLH1, MLH3, MSH2, MSH3, and PMS2 were highly expressed in most cancer types including pancreatic cancer (P P = 0.012), clinical stage (I vs II: P = 0.016), MSH2 expression was related to clinical stage (P < 0.05), T stage (T3 vs T4: P = 0.039), and MSH3 expression was related to T stage (P < 0.05). Besides, both MSH2 expression (P P = 0.044) were significantly associated with prognosis. GEPIA data also showed that MSH2 expression was related to prognosis (P = 0.008). The correlation analysis revealed that the expressions MSH2, MLH1, PMS2 had strong correlations with PD-L1 both in GEPIA and GEO databases. Real-world data indicated that of the 41 pancreatic cancer patients, 5 cases had MLH1 deletion, 5 cases had MSH2 deletion, 4 cases had PMS2 deletion, and 12 cases had PD-L1 positive expression. Notably, PMS2 deletion was associated with PD-L1 positive expression (P = 0.035). In addition, MLH1 was related to clinical stage (P = 0.033), age (P = 0.048), and MSH2 was related to clinical stage (P = 0.033). However, MLH1 (P = 0.697), MSH2 (P = 0.956), PMS2 (P = 0.341), and PD-L1 (P = 0.734) appeared to have no impact on overall survival among patients with pancreatic cancer. Conclusion: Both bioinformatics and real-world data showed that there were correlation between PMS2 deletion and PD-L1 expression, and correlation between MLH1, MSH2 and clinical stage.
文摘Background: The assessment of liver fibrosis is an essential part of the fol-low-up of patients with chronic HBV. Ultrasound and fibroscan are two com-monly used non-invasive examinations and the purpose of this study is to as-sess the correlation between the results of these two examinations in the as-sessment of liver fibrosis. Methodology: This was a descriptive and analytical cross-sectional study with retrospective collection over a period of 30 months from January 01, 2018 to June 30, 2020 on the correlation between the ultra-sound aspects and the results of the fibroscan of patients with chronic carriers of Hepatitis B virus at the Teaching Hospital of Bogodogo and at the faith-based health center CANDAF. Results: A total of 85 patients with fibrosis were collected. The 30 - 40 age group was the most represented (41.18%), with a male predominance of 52.94%. The patients with a married life were the most represented (77.64%), the social stratum the most represented were the middle managers (32.94%). University level was predominant among educa-tion levels (45.64%). The personal history was traditional circumcision (34.12%), excision (21.18%), manicure (16.47%). The circumstances of the findings were blood donation (34.12%), screening (21.18%), fortuitous findings (16.47%). The association between echostructure and fibrosis on the fibroscan scan was significant (homogeneous hyperechoic echostructure p = 0.0028 and granular echostructure p = 0.0001). Fibrosis on scans had a significant associa-tion with liver contour (Regular contours p = 0.0009 and p = 0.0002). Fibrosis on CT scan had a significant association for the diagnosis of fibrosis on ultra-sound (p = 0.0002 for hepatic steatosis and cirrhosis and p = 0.0013 for hepat-ic dysmorphia), on the other hand, no significant association for hepatomegaly (p = 0.8883). Conclusion: Detecting the presence of fibrosis and monitoring its progression improves the management of patients with chronic liver disease. Ultrasound scans and fibroscan are complementary in the follow-up of pa-tients with chronic HBV.

文摘Objective:To investigate the correlation between NOD-like receptor family protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome and Golgi protein 73(GP73)levels and hepatitis B cirrhosis with esophageal varices(EV)rupture.Methods:The subjects of this study were 145 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and varices who were treated in our hospital in recent years.Endoscopic examination was performed on the patients.The patients were divided into two groups according to whether there was EV rupture:rupture group and non-rupture group.The correlation between plasma NLRP3 and GP73 levels and hepatitis B cirrhosis with EV rupture was analyzed.Results:Through observation,comparing the levels of NLRP3 and GP73 between the two groups,the levels of NLRP3 and GP73 were significantly higher in the rupture group than in the non-rupture group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that NLRP3 and GP73 levels and Child-Pugh classification were related risk factors of hepatitis B cirrhosis with EV rupture.Conclusion:NLRP3 inflammasome and GP73 levels are closely related to hepatitis B cirrhosis with EV rupture.The corresponding evaluation aids in predicting EV rupture and bleeding in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.

文摘[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the correlation between yield and quality traits of rape. [Method] Taking "Sanbei 98" and "Youyan 599" as ex- periment materials, correlation between yield and quality traits of Brassica napus L. cultivars was explored by orthogonal rotation method. [Result] The results showed that: 1 In both the two varieties-Sanbei98 and Youyan599, erucic acid content had the largest coefficient of variation, but its average content was lower than 2% in both the two varieties (0.90% in Sanbei98 and 1.24% in Youyan599), and the palmitic acid content had the smallest coefficient of variation. 2 In terms of the dif- ferences in quality traits at different yield levels, only the mean of eicosenoic acid content revealed significant difference in Sanbei98, and only the mean of seed-pro- tein content revealed significant difference in Youyan599, and there was no signifi- cant difference in any combined quality traits in both the two varieties. 3 The yield was negatively correlated with the erucic acid content or oil content, and posi- tively correlated with the content of seed-protein, linoleic acid, or linolenic acid, and the coefficient of correlation between the yield and either of the contents of glucosi- nolates, oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, and eicosenoic acid was smaller. ~, when the yield of a variety increased considerably, there was a certain decreasing trend in erucic acid content, oil content, the total amount of erucic chain fatty acids (El & Er), while there was an increasing trend in seed-protein content, linoleic acid content, linolenic acid content, saturated fatty acids (SFA), the total amount of fat and protein (P & F), unsaturation index (IUFA), unsaturated fatty acids (UFA), the total amount of 18 carbon fatty acids (18-C FA), unsaturated fatty acids [UFA/(Ei & Er) ], and the sum of oleic acid and linoleic acid (OI & Li). 5 When the seed-pro- tein content is increased, the quality of rape oil cake is also improved; when the unsaturated index is increased, the oil stability is decreased. The increase in the total amount of unsaturated fatty acids, oleic acid and linoleic acid helps to increase in the total amount of fatty acids absorbed by human bodies. [Conclusion] This study provides a theoretical foundation for the cultivation of high-yielding and top- quality hybrid rape cultivars.

文摘A total of 31 wheat varieties(lines) released in different years in Huanghuai Area were selected as materials so as to study the carotenoids content,lipoxygenase activity, and some other quality traits of wholemeal. Results showed that carotenoid content and other quality traits had highly significant differences among varieties. Carotenoids content was significantly positive correlated with watersoluble pentosan and yellowness. Carotenoids content was significantly negative correlated with peak viscosity, hold through, breakdown, final viscosity, unit weight,formation time, and was negative correlated with peak time, protein content and stability time. According to cluster analysis, carotenoid contents in 31 varieties were divided into three major groups: one group had common carotenoid content, which included 19 varieties such as Meng 0318; one group had relatively low carotenoid content, which included 10 varieties such as Luomai23; and the last group had relatively high carotenoid content, which included 2 varieties such as Huaimai22. The average carotenoid contents of the three groups were 1.93, 1.07 and 2.99 mg/kg respectively.

文摘[Objective] The aim was to measure hardness and chewiness of Labadou with a texture analyzer and explore correlation of hardness and chewiness with quality by sensory evaluation. [Method] Labadou underwent compression, puncture, shearing and batch compression with four probes (P/100, P/2, A/LKB-F and A/BE) and sensory evaluation was made on Labadou as per Nine Point Calibration Method. Specifical y, chewiness measured by batch compression was taken as an independent variable and hardness as a dependent variable to get a prediction model of Labadou hardness by model fitting. [Result] The ideal parameters of Labadou included probe at A/BE, test speed at 1.0 mm/s, and strain at 70%. The chewiness was of extremely significant correlation with hardness (r=0.92, P〈0.01). [Conclusions] The detecting method could detect distinct texture of different Labadou accurately and expediently.
文摘In this study, the relationship between major meteorological factors and tobacco chemical components in different altitudes of Yongde County, Lincang Region of Yunnan Province was studied using correlation analysis and path analysis methods.The results showed that there was a difference on meteorological factors in different altitudes, causing different impacts on chemical components of flue-cured tobacco; contents of nicotine and total nitrogen decreased with the rising of altitude, conversely, total sugar and reducing sugar contents increased with the rising trend of altitude, and the differences on the contents of potassium (K) and chlorine(CI), and the ratio of K to CI in different altitudes were not significant, at the altitude of 1 250-1 450 m, each chemical component indicator was better. The correlation between main meteorological factors and conventional chemical components of tobacco leaves was as follows: contents of reducing sugar and total sugar increased with the increase of rainfall and relative humidity, and decreased with the increase of sunshine duration; nicotine content increased with the increase of accumulated temperature and sunshine duration; total nitrogen (N) content increased with the increase of daily mean temperature and accumulated temperature; sugar-alkali ratio increased with the increase of rainfall. Path analysis showed that the direct effect of sunshine duration on reducing sugar and total sugar of tobacco leaves was faint, but the indirect effect was obvious; meanwhile, the direct and indirect effects of it on nicotine and total N were the greatest.

文摘[Objective] This study aimed to identify red pigment of Panax notoginseng fruits and explore the correlation between pigment content and total saponins of the fruits. [Method] The red pigment of Panax notoginseng fruits was preliminarily identi- fied with specific color reactions and UV-vis spectra, and the contents of the pigment and total saponins were determined via spectrophotometry. [Result] The red hues of the fruits were contributed by anthocyanins and/or the anthocyanidins. The contents of anthocyanins and total saponins of the fruits both decreased along with thinning of the red hues. The content difference of the anthocyanins in fruits with different red hues reached extremely significant level, but that of total saponins just reached significant level. [Conclusion] The red pigment of P. notoginseng fruits is anthocyanins which are of extremely significant positive correlation with total saponins in contents.

文摘We used a proteomic approach to identify IbpA in Cronobacter sakazokii (C. sakazaki), which is related to heat tolerance in this strain. The abundance of IbpA in C. sakazakii strains strongly increased after heat shock. C sakazakii CMCC 45402 ibpA deletion mutants were successfully constructed. The C. sakazakii CMCC 45402 AibpA and wild-type strains could not be distinguished based on colony morphology on LB agar plates or biochemical assays. The growth of the C. sakazakii CMCC 45402 AibpA mutant in heat shock conditions was indistinguishable from that of the isogenic wild-type, but showed greater heat resistance than E. coil O157:H7 strain CMCC 44828. This study suggests that the absence of a single ibpA gene has no obvious effect on the phenotype or heat resistance of the strain C. sakazakii CMCC 45402.

文摘[Objective]This study aimed to evaluate the meat quality of frizzle Chick-en, and to find out the correlation between the meat quality and slaughter perfor-mance. [Method] The slaughter performance such as live chicken weight, carcass weight, semi-eviscerated weight, eviscerated weight, chest muscle weight, leg mus-cle weight, abdominal fat weight and the meat quality indices like color, pH and shear force of 12-week-old frizzle chickens were measured to analyze the correla-tion between slaughter performance and meat quality. [Result] The carcass percent-age, semi-eviscerated percentage, eviscerated percentage, chest muscle percentage, leg muscle percentage, abdominal fat percentage, intramuscular fat width and subcu-taneous fat thickness of the male chickens were 89.76%, 81.54%, 67.53%, 7.82%, 11.29%, 2.42%, 0.69 cm and 0.48 cm, of female chickens were 89.78%, 80.87%, 62.94%, 6.19%, 9.92%, 3.91%, 0.78 cm and 0.61 cm. Some of these traits exhibit-ed significant difference between the male and female chickens (P〈0.05). In male chickens, the chest muscle color, pH and shear force were 5.93, 6.15 and 3.72 kg, and the leg muscle color, pH and shear force were 6.18, 6.54 and 3.41 kg; in fe-male chickens, the chest muscle color, pH and shear force were 5.77, 6.05 and 3.41 kg, and the leg muscle color, pH and shear force were 6.03, 6.21 and 2.74 kg. The quality of chest and leg muscles of frizzle chickens significantly differed (P〈0.05). Carcass weight had significant positive correlations with semi-eviscerated weight and meat color (P〈0.05), and an extremely significant positive correlation with pH (P〈0.01). Semi-eviscerated weight and pH value shared a significant posi-tive correlation (P〈0.05). Eviscerated weight and leg muscle weight shared an ex-tremely significant negative correlation (P〈0.01). Abdominal fat weight correlated sig-nificantly and negatively with shear force (P〈0.05). Meat color and pH value had a significant positive correlation (P〈0.05). [Conclusion] This study provides theoretical basis for the breeding of excellent chicken varieties producing high-quality meat.
