Research on BIM Course System and Ideological and Political Essentials of Cost Engineering Major

The era of information technology has dawned on the construction industry,and Building Information Modeling(BIM)is one of the necessary engineering skills for those engaged in civil engineering professions at present and those who will engage in these professions in the future.Therefore,top universities have begun exploring ways to increase BIM-related teaching content in the curriculum system.In this paper,we discuss the integration of BIM in an in-depth manner with regard to the four course modules offered by cost engineering majors(professional foundation course,professional core course,industry-oriented course,and professional practical course)and analyze the construction of BIM curriculum ideology and politics system,the setting of teaching objectives,and the key points of curriculum ideology and politics.

Research on the Development of Project Cost Informatization in the Era of Big Data

Under the background of big data,Informatization plays an important role in the development of the engineering cost industry.The rapid development of the industry and the increasing complexity of construction projects require higher standards of informatization.The current information processing methods and models have been difficultly to meet new requirements.Based on this,this study deeply analyzes the key factors that impede the informatization of engineering cost development,and tries to find corresponding solutions through theoretical analysis and empirical research to break these constraints.This will play a guiding role in the development of informatization in China's engineering cost industry.

Dynamic Management and Control Strategy of Highway Engineering Cost

The rapid economic development has promoted the construction of infrastructure,such as highways and water conservancy projects.The establishment of highways has facilitated people's lives and made the distance between regions shorter and shorter.However,the construction of highway engineering is a big project,which not only has a long cycle,but also has a high economic cost.During the construction process,a large number of construction materials and personnel will be applied.If the project cost management is not implemented for the highway construction,it will easily affect the final quality and profit of the entire project.This article expounds the significance of dynamic management and control of highway engineering cost,and analyzes the strategy of dynamic management and control of highway engineering cost.

Engineering costs proxy models for China rural access network and its application

The article builds three engineering rural access network models that describe the structure of network elements and their relative engineering parameters for cable access, synchronous code division multiple access（SCDMA）, and very small aperture terminal （VSAT） access technologies in the rural areas of China. Of the three access technologies, cable access and SCDMA access are the most popular access technologies. Besides, there still exist some remote special areas such as western mountain areas, whose natural environment is so bad that VSAT becomes the unique economical access way. Fully considering rural areas＇ geographical environments＇ impact, the article introduces geographical revised factor （GRF） to the models. By substituting the network data from the operators into the models, the article obtains the integrated networking values and does further researches on different access networks.
