Research on the Application of Psychology in the Ideological and Political Education of Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges

As an important base for the training of skilled personnel,the ideological and political education of counselors plays a vital role in the process of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.Based on the analysis of the current situation of ideological and political education of counselors in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the application value and strategies of psychology in ideological and political education,aiming at providing a set of systematic psychological application frameworks for counselors in higher vocational colleges,so as to promote the all-round development of students and realize the fundamental task of cultivating morality and educating people.

Study on Path Selection and Implementation Effect of Counselors in College Students’Career Planning Education

Under the background of a severe job market and fierce talent competition,the career planning education of college students is of great importance.In this study,a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods was used;500 students in Shenzhen Polytechnic of Information Technology were surveyed by questionnaire,and 40 counselors were interviewed in depth to comprehensively analyze the role and practical effect of counselors in career planning education.The research showed that the role positioning of counselors includes the guide of students’career development,emotional support,and job-hunting strategy,and the specific path selection involves the strengthening of professional knowledge,the construction of interpersonal relationship networks,and personalized counseling.Based on the survey and interview data,this paper constructed a model for enhancing the role of counselors in career planning education and put forward a set of targeted work paths.

Research on the Optimization Path of College Counselor Team Construction in the New Era

In the new era,the team of college counselors,as an indispensable and important component of the higher education system,bears multiple responsibilities such as ideological and political education,daily student management,mental health counseling,and employment and entrepreneurship guidance.With the rapid development of society and the diversified transformation of student groups,the construction of the counselor team is facing new challenges and opportunities.In-depth research on the optimization path of the construction of the college counselor team is not only significant for improving the overall quality and work efficiency of the counselor team but also directly related to the completion effect of the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents in colleges and universities,as well as the achievement of the goal of cultivating more high-quality talents for the country.Based on this and the author’s work experience,this paper first elaborates on the necessity of the construction of the college counselor team,and then conducts a deep analysis of its optimization path and strategy,aiming to provide a useful reference for the professionalization and professional development of the college counselor team,thereby promoting the sustainable development of higher education and the comprehensive growth of students.

场域视阈下高校辅导员自我认同的反身性重构

辅导员群体自我认同度的高低关系高校学生教育管理工作质量的优劣。在场域视阈下,高校是学术场域与行政场域的结合体,兼具学术与行政的双重属性,辅导员在其中难以获取专家角色、享受权力话语和求得生存空间。为此,在对高校辅导员自我认同反身性概念剖析的基础上,结合现代性制度对自我认同的深刻影响,提出在场域交互实践中克服自我认同危机的三条路径,具体包括与环境互动获得本体性安全、与他者互动克服自我无意义感和与制度互动形成自我认同的动力。

基于CiteSpace的高校辅导员研究二十年:现状、热点与趋势

为推进新时代高校辅导员队伍建设,借助CiteSpace软件,对近二十年来有关高校辅导员的研究文献进行知识图谱分析,以展现其研究现状、热点与趋势。研究表明:该领域研究成果较为丰富,其发文量在一定程度上具有突出的政策导向性,呈现“快速增长—波动下降”态势,但作者之间以及研究机构之间缺乏紧密合作,发文量排名较前的多为思政教育类、高等教育类期刊。同时,“辅导员”“高校”“专业化”等关键词出现频次较高;队伍建设、职业倦怠、职业化和专业化是三大热点内容;“新时代”“立德树人”是近年来的热点关键词。今后要加强研究团队建设,注重研究机构合作;持续深化研究内容,提升研究广度和宽度;注重研究方法多样化,强化实证研究。

医学院校研究生导师和辅导员合力育人现状与策略研究

以重庆市某医科大学导师、辅导员、研究生为调查对象收集数据,从3个育人主体视角出发分析导师和辅导员二者合力育人过程中存在的问题及原因,并在此基础上探索构建合力育人机制的有效策略,提出配齐配强辅导员队伍、拓宽合力育人渠道、明确合力育人主体职责、完善各类考核评价机制的对策,确保两个育人主体的作用发挥出的最大合力。

辅导员在大学生心理危机干预中的定位和策略

近年来,大学生心理危机问题日渐凸显。辅导员作为大学生心理危机事件的前期预防者、发现者、协助处理者以及后期干预者和积极影响者,对其干预具有天然优势。如此既能有效整合相关资源,又能切实掌握学生信息并实现对其全面追踪。然而同时辅导员又面临来自自身、大学生及其家庭、高校层面的困境,导致干预效果不明显,不利于学生心理危机的妥善解决。因此需加强辅导员队伍建设、强化大学生心理健康教育、构建四级预警网络、开展多种校园活动,以最大程度降低大学生心理危机事件的发生率。

新时代高校辅导员与思政课教师角色互构实践路径研究

文章在阐述研究背景的基础上,首先论述了新时代高校辅导员与思政课教师角色互构的重要意义,然后分析了新时代高校辅导员与思政课教师角色互构中存在的六方面问题及原因,最后从六个角度提出了新时代高校辅导员与思政课教师角色互构的实践路径,为激发两支队伍做好大学生思想政治教育工作的内生动力和外驱动力、形成协同育人良好工作局面提供理论支持。

新时代高职院校专职辅导员学生管理工作精细化研究

本研究旨在探索新时代背景下高职院校专职辅导员学生管理工作的新视角、新思路、新举措,以实现学生管理工作的精细化。通过文献查阅、调查分析等方法,研究高职院校学生的特点及教育管理现状,并针对现状中的问题提出改革思路。研究重点在于如何将繁琐的学生工作进行条理性梳理,制定出符合学生实际情况的改革方案,并获取学生对改革方案的真实想法。项目的创新之处在于结合学校管理现状及高职院校学生的特点,对目前学生管理工作中存在的不足进行深入研究,并将研究成果反馈到日常管理工作中,以提高学生管理工作的效率和效果。

Experiences of Counselors Who Provided Psychological Support during COVID-19 Disaster: A Qualitative Study

Background:In crisis intervention sites such as infectious disease disasters,counselors are repeatedly exposed,directly or indirectly,to the traumatic experiences of victims.Disaster counseling has a negative effect on coun-selors,which can eventually interfere with the counseling process for disaster victims.Therefore,exploring and understanding the experiences of counselors is necessary to ensure that qualitative counseling for disaster victims can be continuously and efficiently conducted.Objectives:This study investigated the experiences of counselors who participated in mental health counseling as psychological support for victims of the COVID-19 disaster in Korea.Design:This is a qualitative study.Participants:The study participants comprised 18 counselors who had mental health professional qualifications of level 2 or higher and who had provided mental health counseling for COVID-19 confirmed cases and quarantined persons.Methods:Data were collected using focus group interviews from February 21 to May 29,2021.The duration of each interview was 60–90 min,and the data were analyzed using content analysis.Results:Thefinal theme was“Continuing to walk this road anytime,anywhere.”The par-ticipants’experiences were identified in four sub-themes:“being deployed to unprepared counseling,”“encoun-tering various difficulties,”“feeling full of meaning and value,”and“hoping to become a better counselor.”Conclusions:In order to continuously provide qualitative counseling in case of an infectious disease disaster such as COVID-19,it is important to develop a qualification and competency strengthening program through educa-tion and training to secure the crisis intervention expertise of counselors according to the characteristics of the disaster.In addition,a psychological support manual for each disaster should be prepared at the national level according to the type of disaster.

The Characteristics and Enlightenment of the Specialization and Professionalization of College Counselors since the Founding of the People’s Republic of China

Since the 1970s,the Chinese government has promulgated relevant policies and launched a series of corresponding measures,mainly to strengthen the professional building of efficient counselors.With the education reform,the role and mission of college counselors are also changing,from dealing with solely political work at the beginning to being a political guide,conceptual mentor,administrative management leader and imparter of mental health knowledge for young college students and so on.This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of the professionalization and specialization development of the counselor team since the founding of the People's Republic of China,analyzes the current development difficulties,derives inspiration from the law of historical development,and eliminates the difficulties.
