Development Status and Countermeasures of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives in Shangqiu City

Farmers' professional cooperatives develop in various forms,and with the continuous improvement of development level,social effects have gradually appear.Based on the specific situation of farmers' professional cooperatives in Shangqiu City,this paper expounded the development status of farmers' professional cooperatives in Shangqiu City,analyzed and discussed various problems encountered in the development process of farmers' professional cooperatives,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as establishing and perfecting cooperative rules and regulations,financing from multiple channels,introducing technical talents in various ways,breaking the information asymmetry restriction by various means,and giving full play to government functions,aiming to further promote standardized,large-scale,healthy and sustainable development of farmers' professional cooperatives.

Analysis of the Impact of Technical Trade Barriers on the Export of Toys-Based on Analysis of Zhejiang,China

Technical barriers to trade,as a non-tariff barrier,have an increasing impact on the international market.As a major province in toy exports,Zhejiang Province’s toy export trade is therefore greatly hindered.This article aims to explore the impact of technical trade barriers on toy exports in Zhejiang Province and analyze countermeasures.Through literature review and some empirical analysis,it is found that technical trade barriers have greatly promoted the development of Zhejiang’s toy industry;however,they have also subjected it to impacts and pressures such as cost and technology.In response to the impact of technical trade barriers on toy exports,this article proposes corresponding countermeasures to avoid such barriers:firstly,establish a quality management system that complies with export product regulations to ensure that the products produced can meet international requirements and standards;secondly,reduce dependence on overseas markets;then enhance one’s own technology,and strengthen product innovation,in order to enhance the international competitiveness of the product and oneself;in addition,we should also explore diversified markets and expand the sales channels and coverage of our products.

Analysis of Grain Storage Security Countermeasures under the New Normal Condition with "Grain Storage Technology" as the Core

Grain storage security is big issue related to national economy and the people＇s livelihood, as well as one of the most important strategic requirements in China. Under the background of grain supply-side structural reform, this paper analyzed the grain storage security countermeasures under the new normal conditions with ＂grain storage technology＂, one of the national grain security strategies of China during the 13th Five-year Plan, as the guiding ideology, from the perspectives of scientific technologies, policy supports, government supports and talent construction, so as to provide supports for the storage enterprises with vulnerable technological links. In addition, the food security issues discussed in this paper could be a helping hand in improving people＇s living quality, enhancing grain storage ecological quality, promoting grain green storage quality security, and be of important and profound strategic significance to enhance the macro-control capability of the government, maintain social stability and people＇s health.

Analysis of Water Pollution Causes and Control Countermeasures in Liaohe Estuary via Support Vector Machine Particle Swarm Optimization under Deep Learning

This study explores the loss or degradation of the ecosystem and its service function in the Liaohe estuary coastal zone due to the deterioration ofwater quality.Aprediction systembased on support vectormachine(SVM)-particle swarm optimization(PSO)(SVM-PSO)algorithm is proposed under the background of deep learning.SVM-PSO algorithm is employed to analyze the pollution status of the Liaohe estuary,so is the difference in water pollution of different sea consuming types.Based on the analysis results for causes of pollution,the control countermeasures of water pollution in Liaohe estuary are put forward.The results suggest that the water pollution index prediction model based on SVM-PSO algorithm shows the maximum error of 2.41%,the average error of 1.24%in predicting the samples,the root mean square error(RMSE)of 5.36×10^(−4),and the square of correlation coefficient of 0.91.Therefore,the prediction system in this study is feasible.At present,the water pollution status of Liaohe estuary is of moderate and severe levels of eutrophication,and the water pollution status basically remains at the level of mild pollution.The general trend is fromphosphorus moderate restricted eutrophication to phosphorus restricted potential eutrophication.To sumup,the SVM-PSO algorithm shows good sewage prediction ability,which can be applied and promoted in water pollution control and has reliable reference significance.

Development Status and Industrial Security Countermeasures of Maize Deep-processing Industry in Shandong Province--Based on the Actual Investigation in Five Cities and Counties of Shandong Province

Corn deep processing industry is an important follow-up industry for corn production and processing. Shandong has numerous largescale corn processing enterprises and is one of the fast-growing regions in China for deep processing of corn. The status of production and processing of corn in the major corn-producing areas of Shandong Province such as Dezhou,Liaocheng and Tai'an was investigated on the spot. It was found that the development of the corn industry in Shandong also has many problems,such as the mismatch between corn demand and production areas,the excessively small planting area of special corn and the poor communication between technology and demand,resulting in barriers in technology and raw materials in the production and processing links of corn and making it difficult to form a complete industrial chain system. According to the actual investigation,a highly efficient agricultural industry safety review mechanism was established based on the sound judgement of industrial safety to ensure the safety of the company's development,and at the same time,the interpretation and promotion of the strategy of going abroad was strengthened,so as to provide a full range of information services for corn processing enterprises and help to further develop and optimize the corn industry in Shandong.

A Positive Analysis on Personal Saving Rate between America and China

The level of saving not only influences the life of individuals, but also plays an important role in a country＇s development. Accordingly, the studying on saving is becoming a focus problem in modem life. In recent years, the personal saving rate in the United States has fallen sharply, but the personal saving rate in China is at an astoundingly high level. This paper studies this problem with the positive analysis method from the situation; the reasons of the saving rate disparity between the U.S. and .China, and put forward some proposals about how to deal with the saving problems.
