Analysis of the Coupling and Coordination Degree between the Development of Marine Industry and the Gathering of Marine Talents

The development status of China's marine industry in recent years was qualitatively analyzed,and it is found that the scale of China's marine economy continued to expand,and the industrial structure has been continuously optimized.Then,the coupling and coordination degree between the development of marine industry and the gathering of marine talents were analyzed quantitatively,and it is found that the development of marine industry generally promoted the gathering of marine talents,but the promotion of each industry was weak.The influence of the development of marine industry on the gathering of marine talents should be strengthened.It is proposed that the development of marine industry should be promoted from the aspects of strengthening the planning level of industrial development,improving the efficiency of resource allocation,promoting the innovation and development of marine industry,and strengthening the management of marine talents,so as to enhance the influence of marine industry on the gathering of marine talents and form a benign interaction between talents and industry.

Spatiotemporal differentiation of coupling and coordination relationship of production-living-ecological space in Yellow River Basin

Based on combing the existing research on the production-living-ecological space,the paper quantitatively analyzes the evaluation system-development level-temporal and spatial evolution,future trend-influencing factors of the production-living-ecological functions coupling and coordination in the Yellow River Basin from 2009 to 2018.Through multi-scale analysis and comparison,the paper tries to identify problem areas and put forward corresponding measures.The research results show that:(1)The coupling and coordination degree of the production-living-ecological functions in the Yellow River Basin both show an upward trend,and its future growth trend is relatively slow.(2)The spatial-temporal differential characteristics of the coordinated development level of the production-living-ecological functions are obvious,and gradually develop towards the direction of benign resonance in time,showing a spatial distribution pattern of“high in the northeast and low in the southwest”.(3)There is a big difference in the level of coordinated development of the production-living-ecological functions,and the coordination degree of the“production-living”function is the lowest.(4)Scientific and technological investment,economic development level,government capacity,and urbanization level have a significant positive impact on the spatial effect of the coordinated development of the production-living-ecological functions of the Yellow River Basin,and the same factor has different effects on different regions.

An Analysis of the Degree of Coupling and Coordination of Agricultural Modernization and New-Type Urbanization in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

Based on the panel data(2005-2019)of cities(prefectures)in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle,we have developed an evaluation system for agricultural modernization and new-type urbanization that measures the development level of each city and applies the coupling and coordination model to calculate their coupling and combination levels.The results indicate that the level of comprehensive order parameters of agricultural modernization in various cities(prefectures)in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle generally displays an upward trend.The areas with high-degree agricultural modernization were mainly distributed in Chengdu from 2005 to 2010,and the center of agricultural modernization was shifted to western areas after 2010,with a stable upward trend in the level of comprehensive order parameters of new-type urbanization.In terms of coupling degree,there was an overall upward trend.Except for Nanchong and Dazhou,other cities(prefectures)progressed from“Undeveloped Coordination”to“Intermediate Coordination.”The imbalanced development of agricultural modernization and new-type urbanization continually improved,with the combination level increasing from“Low-Low”to“Medium-Medium.”
