Entrepreneurial Spirit for China in the New Era and Strategies for Cultivation

What type of entrepreneurial spirit is needed for China’s new era,and how can we unlock its innovation potential?Answers to these questions will unleash vital forces to drive China’s high-quality economic development.After reviewing the theories,dimensions,features,and limitations of the entrepreneurial spirit in the Western context,we concluded that the entrepreneurial spirit in China’s new era,which is characterized by patriotism,innovation,trustworthiness,adherence to the law,fulfillment of social responsibilities,and a global horizon,has overcome the limitations that come with self-interested entrepreneurship in the context of Western economics.This is a major step forward in the development of theories on entrepreneurial spirit.In the development context of the new era,this paper argues that the entrepreneurial spirit should become an important force at the individual level to implement the new development concept,foster the new development paradigm,and promote high-quality development in the new stage.This paper provides answers to the question of what type of entrepreneurial spirit China’s new era requires.Finally,this paper presents basic strategies for cultivating entrepreneurial spirit in the context of China’s new era,emphasizing the importance to promote the healthy growth of young entrepreneurs,ensure their business autonomy,develop a multi-tiered capital market,implement the factor market reforms,improve the business climate,and accelerate the digital transition.

基于SECI模型的现场工程师工匠精神建构研究

工匠精神的生成涉及认知、情感和行为的获得。目前我国高职院校对学生工匠精神的培育主要限定在认知教育和情感教育,教育策略的哲学基础是行为主义教育理论,实际操作的教学方法是理念灌输,而后果是学生对工匠精神的不理解、不接受、不践行。伴随现场工程师培养计划的实施,国家急需培养具有工匠精神的一线岗位群技能人才。本文探索以干中学、知行合一为主要特征的建构主义工匠精神的培育路径,以学生的学习行为为主体,把工匠精神的生成过程还原到工匠的成长过程。基于隐性知识和显性知识转换创造的SECI模型,把工匠精神的转化分为社会化、外显化、组合化和内隐化四个维度,提出现场工程师在社会化的真实工作场景中主动构建工匠精神的策略,并给出项目化教学的支撑路径。

Craftsman spirit is a professional attitude and spiritual concept,a value orientation and behavior expression of employees,and also the spiritual quality of craftsmen who pursue perfection,keep improving and constantly innovate.Cultivating craftsman spirit is the need of the development of the times,the reform of vocational education and the growth of students.The stage of higher vocational education is the key period for students to understand,and master the craftsman spirit.Vocational colleges should integrate the craftsman spirit into the whole process of talent training,take multiple measures at the same time,and improve the effectiveness of talent training.

Research on the Cultivation Path of Craftsman Spirit Among Construction Site Workers

In order to improve the craftsman spirit of on-site construction personnel and accelerate the smooth transition of construction products from the development period to the mature period,a questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the characteristics of construction personnel of different levels and the problems existing in the cultivation of craftsman spirit.The results show that there was lack of awareness in understanding craftsman spirit among construction personnel,the consciousness of their own craftsman spirit cultivation was insufficient,and no effective measures have been taken to cultivate the craftsman spirit.Based on the research results,the ways to cultivate the craftsman spirit of on-site construction personnel are given.

The Practice and Exploration of Ideological and Political Education Reform in Architectural Decoration Construction Technology Courses Based on the Cultivation of Craftsman Spirit

With the development of China’s economy,all sectors of society have increasing expectations for the caliber of professionals.As one of their primary roles,higher vocational colleges should cultivate industrial talents with craftsman spirit,in order to supply skilled talents.Taking the course of Architectural Decoration Construction Technology as an example,this paper explores the connotation of craftsman spirit,analyzes the necessity of effective integration and reasonable infiltration of craftsman spirit in the teaching of architectural decoration construction technology,and proposes practical measures of integrating craftsman spirit into the teaching of architectural decoration construction technology.

我国近十年工匠精神研究的热点与趋势--基于Citespace的可视化分析

为描述我国近十年工匠精神研究的热点与趋势,采用Citespace软件对中国知网(CNKI)上的1472篇文献进行可视化分析,结果显示:研究热点包括“新时代高职院校工匠精神与思想政治教育的融合”“校企合作、产教融合背景下工匠精神的培育”“中国制造、工匠精神和劳模精神的关系”“工匠精神与中国制造业高质量发展”及“大国工匠精神培育”等五个方面。研究趋势大体分为三个阶段:2010-2015年处于起始阶段,探讨工匠精神的传承与价值;2016-2017年属于快速发展阶段,着重探讨高职院校学生工匠精神的培育;2018年至今为平稳发展阶段,主要探讨工匠精神与课程思政、劳动教育等融合研究。

基于SRTP项目的大学生工匠精神培养实践

为探索当代大学生工匠精神的新培养模式,以SRTP大学生科研训练项目为实践平台,成立导师指导团队和学生创新团队,探索在构建重组竹框架结构房屋承重体系中的构件的截面初选方法。针对重组竹材特殊的物理力学特性、通过理论和数值仿真分析挖掘构件截面尺寸与结构构造参数的关系,为该类型结构早期设计提供参考。新式大学生培养模式能够践行“怎么培养人”指导思想,能够在潜移默化中全方面提高学生的专业技能、培养学生的创新意识和工匠精神。

我国编辑出版教育研究的文献知识图谱分析——基于CiteSpace可视化视角

本研究以CiteSpace为数据分析工具,从作者、机构、关键词等维度对1988—2021年中国知网(以下简称为“CNKI”)数据库中的编辑出版教育相关文献进行知识图谱分析。研究发现:学界对编辑出版教育的研究处于成熟稳定的阶段;研究成果集中于编辑出版类核心期刊,北京印刷学院、武汉大学、河南大学是最主要的研究机构;研究方向主要为编辑出版教育发展、编辑出版人才培养、编辑出版专业建设、行业发展视角下的编辑出版教育、编辑出版课程与教学等,前沿主题则是“人才培养”“工匠精神”“出版学”。通过以上分析,认为我国编辑出版教育研究需要加强学者、机构间的合作,以实证研究为主,把理论和实践紧密结合在一起。

As one of the most significant critical essays of T.S.Eliot,Tradition and Individual Talent has defined writing as a process during which the primitive oneness has seized the individual writer of figurative descriptions to help represent itself.This theory has latter been practiced in Eliot’s Wasteland,and shows its similarity with The Birth of Tragedy,written by Friedrick Nietzsche,the German philosopher.Eliot’s‘tradition’has been concluded by Nietzsche as‘Dionysian Spirit’,which represents oneness transcending good and evil,past and present,while‘individual talent’has resembled‘Apollonian Spirit’in the urge for original figuration as an apparatus.The paper aims to explain and compare the definitions of‘tradition’and‘individual talent’of Eliot’s work with that of‘Dionysian spirit’and‘Apollonian Spirit’in Nietzsche’s illustrations,so as to provide a deeper understanding of these two works by unveiling the individual and social sameness and difference of Eliot and Nietzsche.
