Research on the Cultivation of Craftsmanship in Huang Yanpei’s Education Thought

Skilled talents are the main support for the strategic development of science and technology in China.The quality of talents is an important guarantee for the transformation and upgrading of national industries.By analyzing and studying Huang Yanpei’s thought on vocational education,this paper focuses on the cultivation of students’craftsmanship in vocational schools.First,we analyze the results of previous research and then elaborate on the connotations of Huang Yanpei’s education thought and craftsmanship spirit.Lastly,we propose five suggestions for the cultivation of craftsmanship.Our research work carries certain reference value to the study of craftsmanship cultivation in Huang Yanpei’s education thought.

Research on the Cultivation Path of Craftsmanship Spirit in Vocational Colleges: from the Perspective of Skills Competition

The spirit of craftsmanship is gaining increasing attention from both society and the education community.Along with professional knowledge,continuous research,and innovation have become decisive factors in determining the quality of products.In this context,vocational colleges strive to cultivate high-quality skilled talents,making the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit a crucial component of vocational education.This study explores the cultivation path of craftsmanship spirit through the lens of skills competitions,with a special emphasis on developing students’perseverance.The research conclusions of this article hold significant reference value for the implementation of vocational education policies.

Research on the Cultivation Path of Craftsmanship Spirit Among Vocational College Students

With the continuous progress of science and technology,the speed of technology iteration in enterprise production line and the demand for comprehensive quality among workers are increasing.Companies not only require their employees to have excellent skills,but also require them to be rigorous and meticulous,possess excellence,and carry out continuous innovation of the craftsman spirit.The talent training goal in vocational colleges is to supply high-quality skilled talents to the society.Vocational colleges have an important duty to cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship in students through multiple paths.Through in-depth analysis of previous research results,we carried out a study on the cultivation path of craftsmanship spirit.The results of this study may provide reference for the development of moral education in vocational colleges.

The Spirit of Craftsmanship and Industrial Civilization

The spirit of craftsmanship applies to every trade. In the context of opportunities arising from the new industrial revolution and China＇s transition towards high-end manufacturing, Premier Li Keqiang put forward the concept of the spirit of craftsmanship. This paper reckons that the spirit of craftsmanship can be defined from six dimensions including dedication, standard, precision, innovation, perfection and human care. In fact, the spirit of craftsmanship abounds in China, as illustrated by the examples of Tongrentang and Haier. In comparing the three manufacturing powers of Germany, Japan and the United States, this paper reveals the differences in the connotations of the spirit of craftsmanship across these countries. According to specific national conditions and development stage, China must achieve structural re-engineering of corporate organizations at the level of firms, products, divisions and modules. In a nutshell, the spirit of craftsmanship is a core component of corporate and industrial civilization and it holds an important historic position in industrial and social civilization.

IMPROVEMENT OF PRODUCT QUALITY AND PRODUCTION PROCESS PERFORMANCE IN JEWELLERY MANUFACTURING THROUGH “INTEGRATED CRAFTSMANSHIP”

This paper attempts to identify the loss of quality of craftsmanship intensive products. It shows that errors in production process and degradation in the jewellery pro duct quality in the (complex) transition from hand crafted silver model making to mass production are largely due to the ignorance of the importance of design——craftsmanship in production process. In fact, the design can be employed to solve the problems of the quality degradation or even as a tool to prevent error in the stages of product design, development and production. In testing this hypo thesis, production processes (from designing, model making, casting, polishing, buffing to texturing) are all examined in order to identify the root causes of product quality degradation in mass production. After the analysis, the concept of “integrated craftsmanship” is proposed to assist integration of traditional goldsmith′s and je wellery designers′ techniques in jewellery designing and making, and to change the attitudes to quality control in mass production systems. Finally, the model of “integra ted design craftsmanship” as a comprehensive design conceptual and quality organizational tool is formulated for managing and improving product quality.

In this essay the idea is put forward that rethinking doing is the task that human sciences will need to undertake in the twenty-first century because the dichotomy do/think is one of the most deceptive and dangerous that the Western furor dividendi has ever formulated. 通过分析无锡市高技能人才发展的现状,发现高技能人才培养存在数量不足、结构不合理、企业参与度不足、社会氛围不足等问题。为有效解决这些问题,应加快做好顶层设计,完善高技能人才培养战略规划;创造基础条件,优化校企协同育人机制;加大宣传力度,形成弘扬工匠精神的良好氛围。

企业家精神、工匠精神对先进制造业企业高质量发展的影响机制

高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务,先进制造业是驱动高质量发展的主力军。在此背景下,归纳中国化时代化的企业家精神、工匠精神的新内涵。从两种精神出发,重视人作为企业高质量发展主体的作用,结合场动力理论和心理契约理论,引入组织创新氛围和心理契约作为中介变量,构建先进制造业企业高质量发展影响机制模型。基于412份有效数据的实证分析表明:①企业家精神、工匠精神正向影响先进制造业企业高质量发展;②组织创新氛围和心理契约对先进制造业企业高质量发展具有积极影响;③组织创新氛围和心理契约在企业家精神、工匠精神与先进制造业企业高质量发展间发挥中介作用。研究结论可从微观层面丰富高质量发展内涵,并为先进制造业企业实现高质量发展提供参考。

“三全育人”引领下高职院校大学生“工匠精神”培育现状及其路径优化研究

以“三全育人”引领工匠精神培育是中国式职业教育现代化建设的科学经验,也是中国式职业教育现代化的德育创举。“三全育人”理念可为工匠精神培育提供指引,工匠精神培育也可为“三全育人”工作的实施提供载体和路径,两者育人目标契合、育人内容共通、育人路径统一。为破解职业院校在“三全育人”引领工匠精神培育工作中面临的素养水平欠缺、重视程度不够、培育力度薄弱等问题,文章基于全员、全过程、全方位三个层面探索职业院校全方位网络人才培养模式,以期为我国高职院校工匠精神的传承和弘扬提供启示。

工匠精神对制造业员工双元创新行为的影响

基于新人力资本理论和特质激活理论,探讨工匠精神对制造业员工双元创新行为的影响、学习目标导向的中介作用,以及此研究路径在组织创新氛围下的作用边界。通过对352份制造业员工样本的数据分析,结果表明:工匠精神对探索式创新和利用式创新行为均有显著的正向预测作用;学习目标导向在工匠精神与利用式创新行为、探索式创新行为之间起部分中介作用;组织创新氛围感知能调节学习目标导向在工匠精神和探索式创新行为、利用式创新行为之间的中介效应。因此,制造业企业应重视员工工匠精神的培育,在鼓励激发员工双元创新行为上做到有的放矢;关注员工的学习主动性及学习目标导向;为员工营造组织创新氛围。
