Through the establishment of the negotiation model ofa single-wheelset, the changed curve of the wheel-rail lateral contact characteristic under different working conditions of track media was simulated and analyzed.The elastic mode of the wheel pair, the transverse elasticity of the track, the stick-slip vibration between the wheel and the track, the negative gradient characteristic of the actual creep force characteristic curve, and the right shift characteristic of the saturation point are considered by Simulink model.This can explain many kinds of creep theory and engineering phenomena and also can provide the support of the theoretical and practical for further research based on creep characteristic curve. 展开更多

Constant load creep tests on isothermally forged Udimet 720Li, an advanced superalloy for gas turbine disc application, were run in the stress/temperature field 900-450MPa/650-700 ℃ producing rupture times in the 20-5000h range. The creep curves have shown a predominant accelerating creep stage, that has been described by the following equation: where ε min depends on stress and temperature, while parameter C depends mainly on stress. A strain dependent damage, defined by the parameter C, causes the accelerating creep stage at stresses lower than 750MPa, whilst its contribution to the creep strain acceleration is less important at higher stresses. The model rationalizes the different behaviors at high and low stress and has been validated with variable stress and temperature creep behavior. 展开更多

The results show that the creeprupture properties of DD3 single crystal satisfy the requirements for high performance turbine blade application. The influence of crystal orientation on the creeprupture property of DD3 single crystal was tested and discussed. An engineering criterion to evaluate the regimes of secondary and tertiary creep is proposed, and this method gives a reasonable result for practical applications. The fractography and TEM micrography of the tested specimens had been studied, and it is determined that the glidecontrolled creep is the basic creep mechanism of DD3 single crystal at intermediate temperature, but the thermally activated processes become dominant at higher temperature. 展开更多
