ENTERPRISE INTEGRATION PLATFORM BASED ON SERVICEORIENTED ARCHITECTURE

To achieve information integration, process integration and application integration of enterprise, an enterprise integration platform （EIP） based on service-oriented architecture （SOA） is built. The enterprise integration model depending on encapsulating the business processes as well as the enterprise applications by the neutral and standard web services is presented. The problem how to discover the existed enterprise resources and share them was resolved depending on the mechanism of publishing and discovering the services. The EIP is integrated closely with product lifecycle management （PLM） system so that the process integration as well as orchestration of the business process services is implemented by encapsulating the workflow engine of PLM system. Not only process integration and application integration, but also information integration based on the bill of material （BOM） conversion driven by process are achieved. Finally, an interpretive, qualitative case study on EIP is conducted for this research.

Scheme of Railway 5G Integrated Innovation Test Platform

An inevitable trend has already taken shape for the application of the 5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology(5G)in the railway sector.The application scenarios and business types of the railway sector are complex and diverse,so it is indispensable to test and verify the railway 5G before actual deployment.The design and creation of the railway 5G integrated innovation test platform provides engineering design,test and verification conditions for the networking,coverage and business development of 5G public networks and 5G-R in railway scenarios.This paper introduces the design of the overall architecture for the integrated railway 5G innovation test platform according to the railway network requirements,application scenarios and intelligent development trend;respectively elaborates on the design of the 5G-R core network,bearer network and wireless access along loop tracks,in combination with the characteristics of railway scenarios and the requirements of railway dispatching,operation and safety;raises further solutions on the network deployment and coverage schemes of 5G public networks so as to meet the application requirements of 5G public networks.The study results show that the integrated railway 5G innovation test platform scheme contains co-existence of 5G public and private networks,combines the indoor and outdoor scenarios,as well as takes into account of the dynamic and static tests so as to meet the environmental requirements for the integrated railway 5G test and application of all network functions,for which it can provide comprehensive technical support for railway 5G technology research and development,standard formulation,testing,etc.

CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW GENE INTEGRATION PLATFORM SYSTEM FOR THE SYNECHOCOCCUS SP.PCC7942

According to the known sequence of iron stress-induced gene (isiAB operon), wecloned its 1. 5 kb fragment by PCR, and used this Fragment as integration homologous fragment. Afterseveral steps of subcloning donor DNA into the isiAB fragment, a donor plasmid pZL which could be inte-grated into the chromosomal DNA of Synechococcus sp. PCC7942 was constructed. In order to express theheterologous gene at a high level through the integration platform system, we constructed the donor DNAby the following steps. We cloned the strong promoter (240 bp) of heat shock gene groESL operon fromSynechococcus sp. PCC7942 by PCR. Then subcloned the multiple cloning sites (MCS), rbcS polyA intothe downstream of the groESL promoter. The kanamycin resistance gene, as the marker gene, was alsosubcloned into the donor DNA. Thus, in the donor plasmid pZL, the integration homologous fragment andseveral expression elements, such as groESL promoter, MCS, rbcS polyA teminator and kanamycin re-sistance gene, were all included.After naturally transformed and introduced the donor plasmid pZL into Synechococcus sp. PCC7942,as in the pZL, the donor DNA sequence is flanked by two DNA fragments (0.4 kb and 0.7 kb) homolo-gous to the isiAB fragment of Synechococcus sp. PCC7942, the homologous DNA can recombine with thechromosomal DNA. After screening by kanamycin, the transformants which integrated the heterologousDNA were selected. The efficiency of transformation is about 1×10-6. By southem blot analysis, it wasconfirmed that the donor DNA had been integrated into the chromosomal DNA of Synechococcus sp.PCC7942, located on the site of the isiAB gene, and can be replicated with the chromosomal DNA.

Development and application of knowledge-based subject group integration platforms:A case study of Shanghai Institute of Ceramics,CAS

Purpose:According to the different requirements of research group users,we established the knowledge-based subject group integration platforms of Shanghai Institute of Ceramics,the Chinese Academy of Sciences(abbreviated as SIC CAS hereinafter),which were designed and constructed to better meet the needs of CAS research groups for their development,collaboration and communication.Design/methodology/approach:We first identified the requirements of users via preliminary investigation,and then chose CASI1 P,iLibrary and XKE technology,respectively as the building tools compatible with the major demands of users.These steps helped us complete the layout design of SIC CAS integration platforms,as well as its knowledge organization and integration.Findings:According to the need of users,we applied three types of platform construction technologies to five SIC integration platforms,and formulated standard norms for the further construction process,which could provide useful reference for a sustainable development for the extensive construction in CAS institutes.Research limitations:In order to make the SIC integration platforms more intelligent and have more functions,we need to enlarge the scale of the Platforms and upgrade the building tools for the platform construction.Practical implications:The nature of SIC sub-project integration platforms is to construct a content-sensitive environment which can embed knowledge services and knowledge applications seamlessly into scientific activities,so the Platform is expected to be a useful tool to help researchers better understand the recent development of the research field and form collaborations with their peers.Originality/value:SIC integration platforms are the only pilot construction that used 3different platform technologies in the first batch of knowledge-based subject group integration platforms of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.The construction is user-centered throughout the whole process,namely,from the technology selection,content construction to the sustainable development of the platforms,which are all based on user requirements.During this process,we have not only established sustainable mechanisms for both the personalized feedback and security management of the institutional knowledge of SIC CAS,but also formed a service team for the sustainable development of SIC integration platforms.

A CORBA-Based Integration Platform of Product Development Process Management for Concurrent Engineering

Product development process management plays an important role in concurrent engineering (CE). The integration platform is a useful tool for effectively supporting the software development and integration. Based on the analysis of practical requirements for product development process management for CE, a CORBA-based integration platform of product development process management (IP-PDPM) is designed and developed. The design principles for IP-PDPM are described. The system architecture and functions of the platform are given, the key technologies for the implementation of IP-PDPM are presented, the application integration mechanism and its implementation techniques are also detailed.

To design and construct an embedded knowledge integration service platform:Taking ISCAS subject group platform as an example

Purpose:As scientific resources are widely distributed,researchers often have difficulties in acquiring information from different individual sources.This paper intends to present a new approach to construct a subject-knowledge-based integration platform which was carried out by the Institute of Software,Chinese Academy of Sciences(ISCAS).Our aim is to use technique tools to strengthen the library service by combining a variety of information service resources with knowledge tools.Design/methodology/approach:Based on the analysis of users’ needs,we established a collaborative team across ISCAS Library,National Science Library of CAS(NSL CAS),and ISCAS’ research groups or research labs.With the service tools developed by ISCAS Library,we embedded other multipurpose utility tools of knowledge integration into the platform as to make full use of software tools in knowledge integration,knowledge fusion,and intelligent push of library services to end users.Findings:With a hard effort of the construction team,the ISCAS subject group platform(hereinafter as ISCAS Platform) has integrated such information resources as institutional repository(IR) of ISCAS,open resources from websites and subject resources of computer sciences.Up to date,ISCAS platform can provide integrated information services including data collection for computer science and intelligent generation of citation reports,by means of embedding self-developed discovering tools for domain experts and subject content,and generation tools for scientific citation reports.Research limitations:Knowledge organization need be further improved in the ISCAS subject group platform.In addition,functions for academic exchanges need be maximized as to meet the individual demands of researchers for library services at the Platform.Practical implications:Since we Platform has been put into use through the Library website of the ISCAS in June 2012,many academic libraries from both domestic universities and CAS institutes have showed their strong interest for our self-developed tools,among which more than 10 cooperation partnerships have been formed.Originality/value:Through self-developed service tools and the integration of multiple-type resources,our Platform has solved such key problems as timely access and update of the trusted resources from a third party,and the rapid fusion and extension of library resources while establishing subject knowledge environment.So the ISCAS library can provide a flexible customization of library services according to the need of different users.

Event-Driven SOA Based Integration Platform for Mold Making Industry

The platform consists of three administers the infrastructure of the whole platform; layers： the management service layer the integration service layer provides the core integration functions and the user service layer satisfies the enterprise integration demands. For the purpose of accommodating the characteristics of mold making companies, an event-driven enterprise service bus working as the heart of the platform is realized. A prototype system combining Web services, Business Process Execution Language （BPEL） and Web Ontology Language （OWL） is implemented. The clients and suppliers and the applications of mold making company are integrated in a loosely-coupled way through the services provided by the platform. Meanwhile the sharing of data and knowledge, and the coordination of business process are realized. By adopting the platform, a new approach is provided to solve the problem of design and manufacture integration for intra and inter mold making companies.

Application Status and Promotion Strategy of Integrated Network Teaching Platform——Taking Northwest A&F University as an Example

The development of Internet technology has brought convenience to the development of education and teaching,and has also changed the traditional methods and means of education and teaching. The construction of an integrated network teaching platform based on Internet technology brings new opportunities for the development of higher education. Taking the construction of the integrated network teaching platform of Northwest A&F University as an example,the current situation and existing problems in the construction of the integrated network teaching platform of the Northwest A&F University are explained. By proposing the promotion strategies for the application of the integrated network teaching platform,the construction of the integrated network teaching platform is improved,thereby facilitating the online and offline mixed teaching and further promoting the improvement of teaching level and teaching effect.

Multi-domain High-Resolution Platform for Integrated Spectroscopy and Microscopy Characterizations

In recent decades,materials science has experienced rapid development and posed increasingly high requirements for the characterizations of structures,properties,and performances.Herein,we report on our recent establishment of a multi-domain(energy,space,time)highresolution platform for integrated spectroscopy and microscopy characterizations,offering an unprecedented way to analyze materials in terms of spectral(energy)and spatial mapping as well as temporal evolution.We present several proof-of-principle results collected on this platform,including in-situ Raman imaging(high-resolution Raman,polarization Raman,low-wavenumber Raman),time-resolved photoluminescence imaging,and photoelectrical performance imaging.It can be envisioned that our newly established platform would be very powerful and effective in the multi-domain high-resolution characterizations of various materials of photoelectrochemical importance in the near future.

The Client/server-based Distributed Architecture of a CIM Intelligent Integrating Platform

Information integrating platform is a basic supporting environment based on informationtechnology for a CIM(Computer Integrated Manufacturing)system.There are some prob-lems to solve in the research and development of the platform,such as the type of informa-tion processed in the platform and the distribution strategy of the platform system.This pa-per introduces a plan of an intelligent information integrating platform for CIM system basedon the client/server architecture,named I3P.The architecture,organization and detailed de-sign of services in I3P are also described.

Planning of R & D Industrial Parks Under the Civil-Military Integration Strategy

The construction of industrial parks under the civil-military integration strategy is based on the combination of military technology and civil technology. Such an industrial park is a new urban functional area produced in the context of civil-military integration. Compared with industrial parks in the usual sense, it pays more attenteon to scientific research, innovation, cooperation and communication. In this paper, through in-depth analyses of relevant literature and domestic actual situation, the industrial park's basic advantages and external environmental policies were interpreted, and the application prospect and practical significance of the current civil-military integration policy were analyzed based on the platform strategy of the civil-military integration industrial park. With R & D industrial parks as the object of study, this paper clarified the management of enterprises in this type of parks and the support provided by the parks, sorted out the industrial park planning plan under the civil-military integration strategy in accordance with the current economic situation and policy orientation, and finally reached the conclusion that the construction of the construction of R & D industrial parks under the civil-military integration strategy is a new growth point that will drive the deepening reform of the national economy and the sustained development of the national economy.

Integrated Geophysical Study of the Lower Indus Platform Basin Area of Pakistan

Integrating various data sets to provide one optimal subsurface image is a major goal of geophysicst. In this paper, there is a synergetic approach used to delineate the tectonic-structural framework with analyzing the hydrocarbon reservoir in the Lower Indus Platform basin of Pakistan. The reflected seismic profiles and potential field map constitute the data base of this study. Our study in the line of the previous research is resulted from important oil and gas discoveries contained in the Early Cretaceous and Upper Jurassic formations of the Lower Indus Platform basin area. The result shows trapping mechanism in the Lower Indus Platform basin involves of the fault blocks and stratigraphic traps are present in the area. The more refined images are interpreted to provide greater insight into detailed integrated geophysical study of area.

Design and application of integrated automation system platform of mine based on PON

This article analyzes the design and integrates application of a mine integrated automation system platform based on PON. At the beginning, the paper analyzes the basic principle and structure of PON. The set of integrated automation network platform according to the information transmission characteristics of mine based on access network and Ethernet of PON is designed. The paper descripes the platform in detail from aspacts of designs of system hardware, software and others. The results show that the system platform can improve the efficiency and reduce the cost.

The need for data integration to address the challenges of climate change on the Guyana coast

Guyana’s capacity to address the impacts of climate change on its coastal environment requires the ability to mon-itor,quantify and understand coastal change over short-,medium-and long-term.Understanding the drivers of change in coastal and marine environment can be achieved through the accurate measurement and critical anal-yses of morphologies,flows,processes and responses.This manuscript presents a strategy developed to create a central resource,database and web-based platform to integrate data and information on the drivers and the changes within Guyana coastal and marine environment.The strategy involves four complimentary work pack-ages including data collection,development of a platform for data integration,application of the data for coastal change analyses and consultation with stakeholders.The last aims to assess the role of the integrated data sys-tems to support strategic governance and sustainable decision-making.It is hoped that the output of this strategy would support the country’s climate-focused agencies,organisations,decision-makers,and researchers in their tasks and endeavours.

Research on the Construction of Intelligence Community Integrated Information Service platform

Resident service system and e-government application system have been used in the traditional information community, but these systems are independent of each other, lack of interconnectedness, which results in the phenomenon of information isolated island. Intelligence community integrated information service platform can integrate information service resources and provide residents with efficient and convenient life. From the meaning, operation mode, we can design the cooperative, open and extensible system architecture.

我国金属矿山智能化现状与问题探讨

我国金属矿山智能化在经历了前期的探索性研究后,已进入了规模化、常态化应用的新阶段。为了系统评价已形成的研究成果、保证前期积累得以顺利移植和推广,以智能生产和集成平台两类代表性应用为主要内容,总结了金属矿山智能化发展现状和应用效果。结果表明:我国金属矿山在智能开采领域取得了长足的进步,露天矿山的遥控铲装运输、地下矿山的电机车自动化、固定设施的无人值守等项目已开始常态化应用;在集成平台建设上具有鲜明的特色,技术平台、安全平台、集控平台和决策平台已在多个矿山的生产管控中发挥作用。最后,结合现状分析着重探讨了矿山在建设内容选择、关键技术确定、数字化转型路径、管理模式转变、运维与应用效果等方面出现的问题,指出了容易产生的误区,为矿山企业扩大建设成果、保证建设实效、规避建设风险提供参考。
