The two compounds of [Ln(2-FBA)3·2,2'-bpy ]2(2-FBA = 2-fluorobenzoato, 2,2'-bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine, Ln = Eu(1 ), Dy(2)) were synthesized and their structures were determined by X-ray diffraction method.... The two compounds of [Ln(2-FBA)3·2,2'-bpy ]2(2-FBA = 2-fluorobenzoato, 2,2'-bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine, Ln = Eu(1 ), Dy(2)) were synthesized and their structures were determined by X-ray diffraction method. Crystallized complexes 1 and 2 are isomorphous, monoelinie system with P21/n space group. The two complexes are binuclear molecule with an inversion center. The two lanthanide ions are linked by four bridged 2-FBA ligands and each lanthanide ion is further bonded to one chelated bidentate 2-FBA ligand and one 2,2'-bipyridine molecule. The coordination number of metal ion is eight. The europium complex exhibits strong red fluorescence. ^5D0→^7Fj(j = 1 - 4) transition emission of Eu^3+ ion was observed. 展开更多

Three lanthanide(III) complexes [Ln(4-NCP)(1,4-BDC)]n·xn H2O(Ln = Pr(1), Sm(2), Nd(3). 4-HNCP = 2-(4-carboxyphenyl)imidazo(4,5-f)(1,10)phenanthroline, 1,4-H2 BDC = benzene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid) have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized via elemental analysis, infrared spectrometry and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Structural analyses revealed that complexes 1~3 possess similar porous three-dimensional frameworks with the point symbol {4^(12)·6~3}. Meanwhile, complexes 1~3 exhibit excellent thermal stabilities and complex 2 exhibits characteristic luminescent property. 展开更多

Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the two complexes have similar structures and belong to the monoclinic C2/c space group. The trans-μ4-(η2:η1)-(η1:η1) 1,2-pda2- anions link the LnIII centers to generate a 2D network containing helical motif. The dimensionality is extended into a 3D architecture through cis-bis(μ2-η2:η1) 1,2-pda2- anions linking. The geometry of Ln3+ ions is single-capped anti-square prism. Two complexes were characterized by IR spectra and thermogravimetric analysis. The solid fluorescence of 1 and 2 was also investigated at room temperature. 展开更多

Two isostructural lanthanide complexes, [Tb(salen)2]3·3C2H9N2·4CH4O(1) and [Er(salen)2]3·3C2H9N2·2CH4O(2), where H2 salen = N,N'-bis(3-methoxysalicylidene)ethylene-1,2-diamine, have been in situ synthesized under solvothermal conditions and characterized by IR, elemental analysis, powder and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, and magnetic analysis. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction indicates that the complexes crystallize in monoclinic C121 space group. Each lanthanide center is coordinated with four oxygen and four nitrogen atoms from two salen^2- ligands, forming distorted square antiprism geometry. Both 1 and 2 exhibit obvious slow magnetization relaxation under an applied 2 kOe magnetic field. 展开更多

Two new dinuclear lanthanide􀃮complexes,namely[Ln_(2)(dbm)_(2)(HL)_(2)(CH_(3)OH)_(2)]·4CH_(3)OH[Ln=Tb(1)and Dy(2),Hdbm=dibenzoylmethane]have been synthesized using prepared multidentate Schiff base ligand H_(3)L(hydroxy‑acetic acid(4‑diethylamino‑2‑hydroxy‑benzylidene)‑hydrazide)with good biological activity.Structure characterizations show that the complex comprises two Ln3+ions,two dbm-ions,two HL^(2-)ligands,two CH_(3)OH molecules,and four free methanol molecules.Each Ln^(3+)ion is eight‑coordinated.The two central Ln􀃮ions are bridged by twoμ_(2)‑O atoms leading to a parallelogram[Ln2O2]core.The interaction between the compounds(H_(3)L,1,and 2)and the calf thymus DNA(CT‑DNA)has been further confirmed by UV‑Vis spectrometry,fluorescence titration,and cyclic voltammetry.The results showed that both 1 and 2 could undergo insertion with CT‑DNA.CCDC:2343005,1;2343006,2. 展开更多

The asymmetric unit contains two complex motecules and four centre ions. Each erbium (Ⅲ) is coordinated by five oxygen donors from four different glutamates and four oxygen donors from the aqua ligand to form a nine coordination potyhedron. Crystallographic data: C20H16CuN4O7, Mr= 487.91, triclinic, space group PI, a = 7.8420(2), b = 9.1070(2), c = 15.1140(6) A, a = 76.889(9), β = 81.332(11), γ = 74.844( 11)°, V = 1009.89(5) A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.605 g/cm^3, F(000) = 498, μ = 1.134 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0379 and wR = 0.0865 for 2977 observed reflections with 1 〉 2σ(Ⅰ). The Cu(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by two terminal water molecules, one chelating 1,10-phen molecule and one monodentate 4-cba ligand to form a slightly distorted square pyramid. The title complex molecules are connected through hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions to generate a 2D layered network. A new complex Cu2(o-C6H5COC6H5COO)4(C10H8N2)2(H2O)2 with 2-benzoylben- zoic acid and 2,2′-bipyridine as ligands has been synthesized in mixed methanol and water solvent. Crystal data are as follows: monoclinic, space group Co, a = 14.0133(14), b = 16.0409(16), c = 30.372(3) A, β = 100.8950(10)°, V = 6704.1(12) A3, Dc = 1.364 g/cm3, Z = 8,μ(MoKa) = 0.704 mml, F(000) = 2840, the final R= 0.0552 and wR = 0.1431. In the crystal structure, the whole molecule consists of two copper ions, four 2-benzoylbenzoic acid molecules, two 2,2′-bipyridine molecules and two water molecules. Each central copper ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from one 2,2′-bipyridine molecule and three oxygen atoms from two 2-benzoylbenzoic acids and one water molecule, respectively, giving a distorted tetragonal pyramidal geometry. Thermal stability properties of the complex were investigated. 展开更多

A complex [Cd2Na2(BOABA)2(H2O)8]·H2O(1) was synthesized by using 2,4-bisoxyacetate-benzoic acid(H3BOABA) and Cd(OH)2. It was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 shows a two-dimensional 3-connected rigid plane. The interactions between the ligand and its complex with DNA were studied by Et Br fluorescence probe. Photoluminescent studies indicate that the complex may be excellent candidates for potential photoactive materials. 展开更多

The title complex (C18H18NiN4O10, Mr = 509.07) belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1^- with a = 712490(7), b = 11.0164(10), c = 13.3864(13)A, α = 91.6040(10),β= 98.8620(10), γ= 107.1140(10)°, V= 1006.43(17)A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.680 g/cm^3,μ= 1.032 mm^-1, F(000) = 524, the final R = 0.0461 and wR= 0.1238. In the complex, the Ni(H) ion is six-coordinated to assume a distorted octahedral geometry, and a 3D supramolecular network comes into being via weak intermolecular interactions of X-O--.H (X = N, O). 展开更多
