A new Cu(Ⅰ) coordination polymer(CP) formulated as [Cu2(L)(CN)2]n(1, L =1,1′-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazole)methane) was synthesized, in which the cyanide anions were generated in situ by the cleavage of C–C bond of... A new Cu(Ⅰ) coordination polymer(CP) formulated as [Cu2(L)(CN)2]n(1, L =1,1′-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazole)methane) was synthesized, in which the cyanide anions were generated in situ by the cleavage of C–C bond of acetonitrile under hydrothermal conditions. CP 1 was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, Pccn space group, with a = 10.314(3), b = 20.966(7), c =9.432(3)?, V = 2039.5(11)?3, Z = 4, C21 H20 Cu2 N6, Mr = 483.51, Dc = 1.575 g×cm^-3,μ= 2.105 mm-1 and F(000)= 984, the final R = 0.0608 and wR = 0.1942 for 1226 observed reflections with Ⅰ> 2s(Ⅰ)for the CP 1. The CP 1 possesses a 2D {63} layer structure which is composed of Cu(Ⅰ) centers bridged by L and CN– ligands. The thermal stability and luminescence properties of CP 1 are discussed in detail. The complex also displays a remarkable activity for the degradation of methyl orange by hydrogen peroxide in a Fenton-like process. 展开更多

A one-dimensional chain coordination polymer [Cu(phen)(2,4,6-TMBA)2(H2O)]n has been synthesized by reacting 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic acid, 1,10-phenanthroline and Cu(Ⅱ) perchlorate and its structure was characterized. Crystal data for this complex: tetragonal, space group I41, a = 2.0293(3), b = 2.0293(3), c = 1.3758(2) nm, α =β= γ = 90°, V= 5.6657(13) nm3, Dc= 1.379 g/cm3, Z = 8, μ(MoKa) = 0.815 mm-1, Mr = 588.14, F(000) = 2456, S = 1.047, R = 0.0459 and wR = 0.1053. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring Cu(Ⅱ) ions are linked together by one bridging-chelating 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic group, forming a one-dimensional chain structure. Each Cu(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms from one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule, three oxygen atoms from three 2,4,6-trimethyl-benzoic acid molecules and one oxygen atom from one water molecule, giving a six-coordinate distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetry behavior of the complex was also investigated. 展开更多

The title compound [Cu(bbpy)(H2bptc)]n (bbpy = 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine and H4bptc = 1,1'-biphenyl-2,2?,3,3'-tetracarboxylic acid) has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction, and its structure was determined by X-ray diffraction and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum and thermogravimetric analysis. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1 with a = 11.2831(12), b = 11.6718(13), c = 11.7771(13), α = 105.392(2), β = 108.382(2), γ = 112.397(2)o, CuC28H20N2O8, Mr = 576.00, V = 1222.4(2)3, Dc = 1.565 g/cm3, F(000) = 590, μ = 0.951 mm-1, S = 1.022 and Z = 2. The final refinement gave R = 0.0405 and wR = 0.1142 for 4270 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The title complex has a 1D [Cu(bbpy)(H2bptc)]n chain structure, in which the extensive hydrogen-bond interactions make the chain more stable. The neighboring parallel chains are further packed into a 2D layer structure via π···π stacking interaction between the pyridine rings of bbpy ligands. Moreover, the adjacent layers are interconnected by the C–H···π interactions to form a 3D metal-organic framework. 展开更多

A new Na(I) coordination polymer,[Na2(Hpimdc)(H2 pimdc)(phen)2]n(1), has been synthesized by the reaction of NaOH with 2-propyl-4,5-imidazoledicarboxylic acid(H3 pimdc)and 1,10-phenanthroline(phen). The Na(I) coordination polymer 1 was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and elemental analysis. In 1, the bridged ligand H3 pimdc adopts two modes(singly deprotonated and doubly deprotonated) to coordinate with the Na(I) ion.The Na(1) ion is six-coordinated with three N atoms from a phen ligand and a H2 pimdc ligand,three O atoms from a Hpimdc ligand and two other different H2 pimdc ligands. The Na(2) ion is also six-coordinated with three N atoms from a phen ligand and a Hpimdc ligand, three O atoms from a H2 pimdc ligand and other two different Hpimdc ligands. Complex 1 exhibits a 1 D chain structure built up by μ-H2 pimdc-and μ-Hpimdc2-ligands. The antitumor activities of complex 1 against human SGC7901, A549 and H08910 cells have been tested. 展开更多

A new complex [Cu(L)(1,10-phen)]n (1, L = N-3-pyridine sulfonyl amino acid) has been synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis, and its crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P2Jc with a = 11.481 (2), b = 1 8.094(4), c = 8.5198(17) ]°, β= 102.26(3)°, V = 1729.5(6) ,/k3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.759 g/cm3, F(000) = 932, p = 1.422 mm-1, R = 0.0368 and wR = 0.0893. In 1, the Cu(ll) ion adopts a slightly distorted five-coordinated square pyramidal geometry. The L2- ligand adopts O of the carboxyl bridging adjacent Cu(Ⅱ)units to form an infinite chain structure along the c axis. The crystal structure of the resulting complex, [Cu3(1,4-bis(2-allyl-2 H-tetrazol-5-yl)benzene)Br3]n(1), has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Complex 1 is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 10.983(7), b = 6.294(4), c = 17.606(10) ?, β = 102.465(6)°, V = 1188.4(3) ?3 and Mr = 577.52. Two compounds have been obtained by the reaction of metal(Cu(II)), 4,4'-bis(imidazol-l-yl)diphenyl thioether(BIDPT) with two carboxylic acids, 4,4'-oxydibenzoic acid(H2oba) and phthalic acid(H2pht). The crystal structures of the resulting compounds, namely {[Cu(BIDPT)(oba)]·H2O}n(1) and {Cu(BIDPT)(pht)}n(2), have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Compound 1 is of orthorhombic system, space group Pbcn with a = 27.8310(3), b = 10.7791(1), c = 19.3913(2)A, V = 5817.0(3) ?3 and Mr = 656.15. Compound 2 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 18.2678(2), b = 11.0259(1), c = 22.906(2) A, β = 97.727(2)o, V = 4571.8(8) A3 and Mr = 545.04. Structural analyses reveal that compounds 1 and 2 respectively exhibit two-dimensional(2D) wavy and corrugated layer structures. Through intermolecular hydrogen bonding, compound 1 is assembled into a 3D supramolecular structure. A new 3D Ag(I) coordination polymer {[Ag(AZDB)(0.5)(bpe)(0.5)]·H2O}n(1) has been papared by azobenzene-3,3?-dicarboxylicate(H2AZDB), 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene(bpe) and silver salts via hydrothermal method. The compound was fully characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses, infrared spectrum(IR), powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD) and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The strucrural analysis indicate that compound 1 shows a 3D pillared-layer framework constructed from a unique 1D Ag2O2 ribbon and pyridyl/carboxylicate mixed system, which features a 2-nodal(4, 6)-connected fsc net with a(4^4·6^10·8)(4^4·6^2) topology.Moreover, the photoluminescent properties have also been discussed. 展开更多

采用水热方法合成了3种Cu(Ⅱ/Ⅰ)配聚物及超分子,(1)[K2Cu2(ox)(btec)(MeOH)2]n,(2){[Cu(pdc)(H2O)2].H2O}n,(3)[Cu(cyan)(phen)].H2O(H2ox:草酸,H4btec:均苯四甲酸,MeOH:甲醇,H2pdc:2,5-吡啶二羧酸,phen:邻菲啰啉,Hcyan:氰尿酸).通过X... 采用水热方法合成了3种Cu(Ⅱ/Ⅰ)配聚物及超分子,(1)[K2Cu2(ox)(btec)(MeOH)2]n,(2){[Cu(pdc)(H2O)2].H2O}n,(3)[Cu(cyan)(phen)].H2O(H2ox:草酸,H4btec:均苯四甲酸,MeOH:甲醇,H2pdc:2,5-吡啶二羧酸,phen:邻菲啰啉,Hcyan:氰尿酸).通过X射线单晶衍射、表面光电压光谱(SPS)、固体紫外-可见(UV-Vis)、傅里叶变换红外(FTⅠR)光谱、元素分析等方法对配合物进行了表征.结构解析结果表明,配合物(1)是具有三维(3D)无限结构的配聚物;(2)是具有二维(2D)无限结构的配聚物,但又通过氢键进一步连成了三维(3D)网络,(1)与(2)的中心金属均为Cu(Ⅱ)离子;(3)为含Cu(Ⅰ)的单核配合物,但又通过氢键和π-π堆积作用,使它成为2D超分子化合物.配合物SPS结果显示,配合物(1)-(3)在300-800nm范围内都呈现光伏响应,表明三者均具有一定的光电转换能力.讨论了配合物的组成、结构、维数、配体种类、中心金属离子价态及配位微环境对SPS的影响,并将SPS与UV-Vis光谱进行了关联. 展开更多

In this article we report the synthesis of (R,S)-4,4′-biquinoline-6,6′-dimethyl-3,3′-dicarboxylate (DBBD) (1) and the formation of copper(Ⅰ) coordination polymer [CuI(DBBD)_2]_n (2) by inducing a bidentate organic ligand (DBBD). The crystal 1 belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21, and a=0.881 30(19) nm, b=1.966 0(6) nm, c=1.478 1(4) nm, β=119.429(12)°, V=2.230 5(10) nm3, Dc=1.276 g·cm-3. Based on the building block of 2-phenyl-4,6-di(pyridin-2-yl)pyrimidine (L = C20H14N4), a Cu(I) polymer [(CuC20H14N4)(CuCl2)]∞ and a salt with H2SO4 [(C20H16N4)(HSO4)2] have been synthesized by hydrother... Based on the building block of 2-phenyl-4,6-di(pyridin-2-yl)pyrimidine (L = C20H14N4), a Cu(I) polymer [(CuC20H14N4)(CuCl2)]∞ and a salt with H2SO4 [(C20H16N4)(HSO4)2] have been synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. In the Cu(Ⅰ) polymer, although the central metal ions of Cu(Ⅰ) directly coordinate with the building block L, they still do not assembly expected grid-type complexes and there exists a one-dimensional chain constructed through coordinate bonds. In the salt, hydrogen bonds along with two kinds of π…π supramoleuclar interactions fabricate two-dimensional (2D) networks which further generate a 3D supramolecular architecture via interlayer π…π interactions. Fluorescent spectra show that the L emits blue fluorescence and its Cu(Ⅰ) polymer and salt decrease the fluorescent intensity. 展开更多

为了构筑超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)模拟物,采用溶剂热法,以吡啶-3-羧酸-1-氧(HL1)和吡啶-4-羧酸-1-氧(HL2)为有机配体,与一水合醋酸铜〔Cu(OAc)_(2)·H_(2)O〕金属盐反应合成了3种Cu(Ⅱ)的配合物(CPs):[Cu_(3)(HL1)_(4)(OH)2(H_(2)O)2]n(... 为了构筑超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)模拟物,采用溶剂热法,以吡啶-3-羧酸-1-氧(HL1)和吡啶-4-羧酸-1-氧(HL2)为有机配体,与一水合醋酸铜〔Cu(OAc)_(2)·H_(2)O〕金属盐反应合成了3种Cu(Ⅱ)的配合物(CPs):[Cu_(3)(HL1)_(4)(OH)2(H_(2)O)2]n(CP1)、[Cu(HL2)(OH)]n(CP2)和[Cu(HL2)(CH_(3)O)]_(n)(CP3),其中n为正整数。通过单晶XRD、FTIR、元素分析、TGA、UV光谱对其进行了结构和性能表征。CP1~3在相似的溶剂热条件下合成,却分别显示出一维、二维到三维的多维度构型,探讨了配体官能团的相对位置、配体的配位模式和溶剂体系在配合物的结构多样性方面的可能机制。TGA表明,CP1~3可以分别稳定到202、228、250℃,具有较好的热稳定性,且CP1~3的维度越高,热稳定性越好。通过氯化硝基四氮唑蓝(NBT)光还原法测试得出,CP1~3的半数抑制浓度(IC50)分别为0.21、0.26、0.62μmol/L,均具有一定的SOD活性,且CP1~3的维度越低,SOD活性越好。其中,CP1和CP2较低的IC50表明其可作为有潜在应用前景的SOD模拟物。 展开更多

A new Cu(II) coordination polymer, {[Cu(1,3-BIP)(TFBDC)]·DMF}n(1,1,3-BIP is a 1,3-bis(imidazole)propane, and H2TFBDC is 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroterephthalic acid) was prepared under solvothermal conditions and characterized by single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction, IR spectra, thermogravimetric analyses and elemental analyses. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that metal coordination polymer 1(MCP 1) shows a two-dimensional sheet layer structure, which is further reinforced through strong intermolecular hydrogen bonding to form a 3 D supramolecular framework. Furthermore, the photocatalytic experiment result indicates the degradation ratios of methyl orange(MO) reach 83.4% within 180 minutes when MCP 1 acts as catalyst. 展开更多
