电沉积法制备Cu(OH)_(2)/Ni-Co-S复合电极及储能特性研究

本文采用两步电沉积技术,以泡沫铜为基底,原位制备了Cu(OH)_(2)/镍钴双金属硫化物(Ni-Co-S)复合电极材料。先采用恒电流沉积技术将泡沫铜表面氧化,得到Cu(OH)_(2),泡沫铜同时作为电极基底和铜的唯一来源,再通过恒电位沉积,将Ni-Co-S均... 本文采用两步电沉积技术,以泡沫铜为基底,原位制备了Cu(OH)_(2)/镍钴双金属硫化物(Ni-Co-S)复合电极材料。先采用恒电流沉积技术将泡沫铜表面氧化,得到Cu(OH)_(2),泡沫铜同时作为电极基底和铜的唯一来源,再通过恒电位沉积,将Ni-Co-S均匀覆盖在Cu(OH)_(2)表面。Cu(OH)_(2)一方面作为活性电极组分参与氧化还原反应,同时作为底层材料,为顶层Ni-Co-S的沉积提供较大的沉积空间,进而形成了更丰富的电化学活性位。基于这种原位电沉积技术以及Cu(OH)_(2)与Ni-Co-S组分的协同作用,Cu(OH)_(2)/Ni-Co-S复合电极表现出增强的赝电容特性,在2mA·cm^(-2)的放电电流密度下,比容量为4.88 F·cm^(-2),库伦效率为88.12%,5000次充放电循环后,比容量保持在初始值的86.38%。 展开更多

Cu(OH)_(2)纳米线/Cu网电极制备及还原水中硝酸盐性能研究

工厂化养殖尾水中硝酸盐污染问题日益严重,而电化学还原技术中铜作为阴极材料去除NO_(3)^(-)-N存在活性位点少和吸附能力差的问题.为此采用一种具有高长径比(120)的Cu(OH)_(2)纳米线/Cu网电极材料应用于NO_(3)^(-)-N的电催化还原.首先,... 工厂化养殖尾水中硝酸盐污染问题日益严重,而电化学还原技术中铜作为阴极材料去除NO_(3)^(-)-N存在活性位点少和吸附能力差的问题.为此采用一种具有高长径比(120)的Cu(OH)_(2)纳米线/Cu网电极材料应用于NO_(3)^(-)-N的电催化还原.首先,通过调控阳极氧化条件制备了Cu(OH)_(2)纳米线/Cu网.然后,通过对Cu(OH)_(2)纳米线/Cu网进行表征分析和去除NO_(3)^(-)-N性能测试,确定25℃、1.0 mol/L NaOH和2.0 mA/cm 2为Cu(OH)_(2)纳米线/Cu网最佳阳极氧化条件.在双池隔膜反应器中,以该电极为阴极,RuO_(2)-IrO_(2)-TiO_(2)/Ti为阳极,对NO_(3)^(-)-N(50 mg/L)去除率达到98%,NO_(3)^(-)-N还原速率达到0.0111 min-1/cm 2,是相同实验条件下未处理铜电极还原速率的6.5倍.最后,为了实现总氮(TN)去除,采用单池反应器,向体系中加1.0 g/L的氯离子将阴极产生的氨氮进一步转化为氮气,总氮去除率达到91%.循环实验结果显示该电极具有良好的稳定性,并且将该电极应用到实际水中NO_(3)^(-)-N的去除,总氮去除率达到92%. 展开更多

Copper-based nanomaterials have been widely used in catalysis,electrodes,and other applications due to their unique electron-transfer properties.In this work,an efficient electrochemical sensor based on an electrode modified with one-dimensional Cu(OH)_(2)/carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)composite nanofibers was fabricated and investigated for the detection of aspirin.Scanning electron microscopy was employed to examine the morphological characteristics of these composite nanofibers.Cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were used to assess the electrochemical performance of a Cu(OH)_(2)/CMC composite nanofiber-modified electrode.The findings indicate that the modified electrode has a very high sensitivity to aspirin.The observed enhanced performance could be a result of the high surface-to-volume ratio of the composite nanofibers and their superior electron-transport characteristics,which may hasten electron transfer between aspirin and the surfaces of the modified electrode.This detection technique also demonstrated strong selectivity for aspirin.These findings imply that the technique can be applied as a highly effective and selective approach to aspirin measurement in biological science. 展开更多

Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin films were successfully prepared by sulfurization of ion bean sputtered precursors on soda-lime glass substrate. The single phase of stannite-type structure CZTS films were obtained as revealed in EDS and XRD analysis when the ratios of the constituents of CZTS thin films are close to stoichiometric by optimizing the conditions of precursor preparation and sulfurization. A low sheet resistivity as about 0.156 Ω·cm and a high absorption coefficient as 1×104 cm-1 were achieved in this method by Hall effect measurements and UV-VIS spectrophotometer. The optical band-gap energy of the CZTS sample is about 1.51 eV, which is very close to the optimum value for a solar-cell absorber. 展开更多

In this study, we have explored the ways to fabricate and optimize high-quality ultrathin YBa2 Cu3 O7-δ(YBCO) films grown on single-crystal(001) SrTiO3 substrates. Nearly atomic-flat YBCO films are obtained by pulsed laser deposition.Our result shows that the termination of SrTiO3 has only a negligible effect on the properties of YBCO. In contrast, we found that capping a non-superconducting oxide layer can generally enhance the superconductivity of YBCO. PrBa2 Cu3 O7,La2 CuO4, LaMnO3, SrTiO3, and LaAlO3 have been examined as capping layers, and the minimum thickness of superconducting YBCO with capping is ~ 2 unit cells–3 unit cells. This result might be useful in constructing good-performance YBCO-based field effect devices. 展开更多

Thin films of copper indium gallium selenide Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) were prepared by sequential elemental layer deposition in vacuum at room temperature. The as-deposited films were heated in vacuum for compound formation, and were studied at temperature as high as 1250℃ for the first time. These films were concurrently studied for their structural properties by X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique. The XRD analyses include phase transition studies, grain size variation and microstrain measurements with the reaction temperature and time.It has been observed that there are three distinct regions of variation in all these parameters. These regions belong to three temperature regimes: 〈450℃, 450-950℃, and 〉950℃. It is also seen that the compound formation starts at 250℃, with ternary phases appearing at 350℃ or above. Whereas, there is another phase shift at 950℃ without any preference to the quaternary compound. 展开更多

YBa2Cu3O7-x(YBCO) films with co-doping BaTiO3(BTO) and Y2O3 nanostructures were prepared by metal organic deposition using trifluoroacetates(TFA-MOD). The properties of the BTO/Y2O3co-doped YBCO films with different excess yttrium have been systematically studied by x-ray diffraction(XRD), Raman spectra, and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The optimized content of yttrium excess in the BTO/Y2O3co-doped YBCO films is 10 mol.%, and the critical current density is as high as - 17 mA/cm^2(self-field, 65 K) by the magnetic signal. In addition, the Y2Cu2O5 was formed when the content of yttrium excess increases to 24 mol.%, which may result in the deterioration of the superconducting properties and the microstructure. The unique combination of the different types of nanostructures of BTO and Y2O3 in the doped YBCO films, compared with the pure YBCO films and BTO doped YBCO films, enhances the critical current density(JC) not only at the self-magnetic field, but also in the applied magnetic field. 展开更多

The Effect of Annealing Temperature and Reactive Gases on Optical Properties of Cu<sub>2</sub>O Thin Films 被引量:1

The Cu<sub>2</sub>O thin films were synthesized by using RF sputtering technique. Comparisons were made with films created by deposition at room temperature followed by thermal annealing between 100°C and 400°C and using different gases, oxygen (O<sub>2</sub>) (oxidizing and reactive gas) and nitrogen (N<sub>2</sub>) (inert gas), besides air. The thickness of the thin films was kept constant, around 2000 <span style="white-space:nowrap;"><span style="white-space:nowrap;">&Aring;</span></span> (Angstrom). In addition, the RF power and pressure deposition were kept constant, as well. The thin films were evaluated for a range of wavelengths between 200 nm and 400 nm (Ultra Violet spectrum), 400 nm and 700 nm (Visible spectrum), 700 nm and 800 nm (Infrared spectrum) for both, optical transmittance and photoluminescence. From the experimental results, the higher annealing temperature and the introduction of nitrogen (N<sub>2</sub>) gas produced the following results: the optical bandgap for the Cu<sub>2</sub>O was found to be 2.23 eV and photoluminescence peaks were around 551 nm and 555 nm, which matched the theoretical analyses. Overall, there was a decrease in the optical bandgap of the Cu<sub>2</sub>O from 2.56 eV at room temperature to 2.23 eV for the film annealed in nitrogen gas at 400°C. This indicates that the Cu<sub>2</sub>O is a potential candidate in solar cell applications. 展开更多

The specimen were prepared by depositing Cu on single-crystal α-AI2O3 substrates, which have been Ar+-ion sputter-cleaned prior to the growth of Cu. For both orientations of the α-Al2O3 substrate, atomically abrupt interfaces formed as determined by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. The investigations of the interfacial Cu-L2,3, Al-L2,3 and 0-K energy loss near-edge structures, which are proportional to the site- and angular-momentum-projected unoccupied density of states above the Fermi level, indicate the existence of metallic Cu-AI bonds at the Cu/AI2O3 interface independent of the substrate orientation. 展开更多

Optical and electrical characterizations of nanoparticle Cu_2S thin films

Copper sulfide thin films are deposited onto different substrates at room temperature using the thermal evaporation technique. X-ray diffraction spectra show that the film has an orthorhombicchalcocite (7-Cu2S) phase. The atomic force microscopy images indicate that the film exhibits nanoparticles with an average size of nearly 44 nm. Specrtophotometric measurements for the transmittance and reflectance are carried out at normal incidence in a spectral wavelength range of 450 nm-2500 nm. The refractive index, n, as well as the absorption index, k is calculated. Some dispersion parameters are determined. The analyses of el and e2 reveal several absorption peaks. The analysis of the spectral behavior of the absorption coefficient, c~, in the absorption region reveals direct and indirect allowed transitions. The dark electrical resistivity is studied as a function of film thickness and temperature. Tellier's model is adopted for determining the mean free path and bulk resistance. 展开更多

The stacks were pretreated at different tem- peratures (200℃, 300 ℃, 350 ℃, and 400 ℃) for 0.5 h and then followed by sulfurization at 500℃ for 2 h. Then, the structures, morphologies, and optical properties of the as-obtained Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) films were studied by x-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy, UV-Vis-NIR, scanning electron microscope (SEM), and energy-dispersive x-ray spectroscopy (EDX). The XRD and Raman spectroscopy results indicated that the sample pretreated at 350℃ had no secondary phase and good crystallization. At the same time, SEM confirmed that it had large and dense grains. According to the UV-Vis-NIR spectrum, the sample had an absorption coefficient larger than 10^4 cm-1 in the visible light range and a band gap close to 1.5 eV. 展开更多

By introducing the applied strain, a modified grain boundaries (GBs) in the REBCO film is developed. lattice model combining the strain and misorientation of A good agreement of the calculation on the lattice model with the experimental data shows that the lattice model is able to well describe the reversible effect of axial strain on the critical current of the REBCO film, and provides a good understanding of the mechanism of the reversible effect of the strain. Moreover, the effects of the crystallographic texture of the REBCO film and the residual strain εr on the variation of the critical current with the applied strain are extensively investigated. Furthermore by using the developed lattice model, the irreversible strain εirr of the REBCO film can be theoretically determined by comparing the calculation of the critical current-strain curve with the experimental data. 展开更多

We perform molecular beam epitaxy growth and scanning tunneling microscopy study of copper diselenide (CuSe2 ) films on SrTiO3 (001). Using a Se-rich condition, the single-phase pyrite CuSe2 grows in the Stranski-Krastanov (layer-plus-island) mode with a preferential orientation of (111). Our careful inspection of both the as-grown and post-annealed CuSe2 films at various temperatures invariably shows a Cu-terminated surface, which, depending on the annealing temperature, reconstructs into two distinct structures 2 ×√3 and √x ×√3-R30°. The Cu termi- nation is supported by the depressed density of states near the Fermi level, measured by in-situ low temperature scanning tunneling spectroscopy. Our study helps understand the preparation and surface chemistry of transition metal pyrite dichalcogenides thin films. 展开更多

High Ga content Cu(In,Ga)Se2 thin films incorporated sulfur were prepared by sequential evaporation from CuGaSe2 and CuInSe2 ternary compounds and subsequently Ga2Se3, In2Se3 and In2S3 binary compounds. High Ga content Cu(In,Ga)Se2 thin films incorporated sulfur were prepared by sequential evaporation from CuGaSe2 and CuInSe2 ternary compounds and subsequently Ga2Se3, In2Se3 and In2S3 binary compounds. The In2S3/(Ga2Se3+ In2Se3) ratio was varied from 0 to 0.13, and the properties of the thin films were investigated. XRD studies demonstrated that the prepared thin films had a chalcopyrite Cu(In,Ga)Se2 structure. The S/(Se+S) mole ratio in the thin films was within the range from 0 to 0.04. The band gaps of Cu(In,Ga)Se2 thin films increased from 1.30 eV to 1.59 eV with increasing the ?In2S3 /(Ga2Se3+ In2Se3) ratio. 展开更多

Cux(Cu2O)1-x(0.09 x 1.00) granular films with thickness about 280 nm have been fabricated by direct current reactive magnetron sputtering. The atomic ratio x can be controlled by the oxygen flow rate during Cux(Cu2O)1-x deposition. Room-temperature ferromagnetism(FM) is found in all of the samples. The saturated magnetization increases at first and then decreases with the decrease of x. The photoluminescence spectra show that the magnetization is closely correlated with the Cu vacancies in the Cux(Cu2O)1-x granular films. Fundamentally, the FM could be understood by the Stoner model based on the charge transfer mechanism. These results may provide solid evidence and physical insights on the origin of FM in the Cu2O-based oxides diluted magnetic semiconductors, especially for systems without intentional magnetic atom doping. 展开更多

超细粒子因其具有明显的体积效应和表面效应,在催化、功能材料等领域得到了广泛的应用[1~3],这在一定程度上促进了其制备科学的发展。超细粒子的制备方法较多,通常分为物理法、化学法和综合法三大类。其中化学沉淀法是一种最经... 超细粒子因其具有明显的体积效应和表面效应,在催化、功能材料等领域得到了广泛的应用[1~3],这在一定程度上促进了其制备科学的发展。超细粒子的制备方法较多,通常分为物理法、化学法和综合法三大类。其中化学沉淀法是一种最经济、最常用的制备超细氧化物粉体的方法。目前,采用沉淀法制取CuO系列催化剂多以Cu(NO3)2 为原料,而以其它二价铜盐为原料来考察制备条件对所得粉体催化活性影响的研究报道尚少[4,5]。为此,我们以CuCl2 为原料,采用沉淀法制备CuO 催化剂,结果意外地得到了一种对分解H2O2 具有极高催化活性的Cu2(OH)3Cl-CuO超细粉体,并发现反应液pH 值是控制该粉体物相、粒子大小及催化活性的关键。此结果为Cu 系催化剂的研究、开发,特别是对O2 展开更多
