Tri-Engine Structure and Industrial Composition of Cultural Productivity

Cultural industry is an important practical link to cultural productivity.In China,the cultural industry is represented by three patterns due to the reliance upon different means of production during its course of development:traditional cultural industry,modern cultural industry,and eco-tech cultural industry.Different types of cultural industries differ a lot in terms of labor productivity and return on investment.The multi-engine structure and the diverse industrial categories of China’s cultural industry imply that cultural productivity is not developed evenly in the country.Therefore,the future-oriented cultural development should be geared to stimulate and maintain the vitality of culture to the greatest extent,while adhering to the overall development orientation based on the market,science and technology,creativity,and differentiation.

Reproduction of the Three-line Genic Male Sterile Line Parent Mian 7MB-1 （Brasscia Napus L.） and Seed Production of F1 Based on Somatic Tissue Culture

[Objective] The aim was to study the reproduction of the three-line genic male sterile （GMS） lineparent Mian7MB-1 （B. NapusL.） and the seed production of F1 through somatic tissue culture. [Methed] Through hybridization, a new breeding material Mian 7MB-1 in three-line genic temporary maintainer line propagated by tissue culture was used to improve the sterile plant rate of rapeseed in dual-purpose recessive GMS line, such as Mian 7AB type, S45AB type, and etc. And then the variety comparative test was performed. [Result] In order to avoid some fertility restoration phenomena occurring during the process of self-reproduction, Mian 7AB was propagated in bulk with somatic tissue culture of temporary maintainer line plant stem. The propagated temporary maintainer line seedlings were applied to the breeding and seed production of net room male sterile line parent, promoting the sterile plant rate of the male sterile line parent to 91.7% -93.5%. The male sterile line parents per hectare were enough for the seed production of hybrid F1 in 7 500 -15 000 hm^2. [ Conclusion ] Compared with the original dual-purpose GMS line, the seed production ultilizing male sterile line with high sterile plant rate greatly reduced the labor, significantly improved the seed yield, ensuring the seed quality and forming a perfect breeding and seed production system.

Effects of Culture Conditions on Growth and Docosahexaenoic Acid Production from Schizochytrium limacinum

The effects of temperature, initial pH, salinity of culture medium, and carbon and nitrogen sources on growth and doco- sahexaenoic acid (C22 : 6 n-3, DHA) production from Schizochytrium limacinum OUC88 were investigated in the present study. The results revealed that the optimal temperature, initial pH and salinity level of the medium for DHA production were 23℃, 7.0 and 18, respectively. Glucose was proved the best carbon source for the growth and DHA production from S. limacinum. Among the nitrogen sources tested, soybean cake hydrolysate, a cheap by-product, was found to be effective for the accumulation of DHA in S. lima- cinum cells. In addition, increasing the concentration of carbon sources in the medium caused a significant increase in cell biomass; however, accumulation of DHA in cells was mainly stimulated by the ratio of C/N in the medium. Under the optimal culture condi- tions, the maximum DHA yield achieved in flasks was 4.08 g L-1 after 5 d of cultivation.

Biological characteristics of marine bacterium S-9801 strain and its culture conditions of pigment production

Strain of Flavobacterium sp.(S-9801),was screened from 207 strains of marine bacteria isolated from the Bohai Sea continental shelf and the Zhujiang Estuary,for its red pigment production.The biological characteristics of strain S-9801 and culture conditions of pigment production have been checked out in this study. The color of the bacterial colony on 2216E medium was from coccineus to rose bengal. Optimum culture conditions were sodium chloride concentration(g/dm3),10～30;pH,3～8;temperature,25～28℃;tryptone and yeast extract as nitrogen sources and glucose as carbon source. Under optimum conditions,pigment accumulation started after 12 h,reaching a maximum rate of synthesis at 36 h.

The Cultural Ecology Protection and Management of Urban Forests in China

Forests have economic,ecological,social and cultural functions.Forests Cultural ecology,the counterpart of forest ecology,is the integration of human spirit formed on the basis of natural forest and living systems.In recent years,China's urbanization rate has increased from 28%in 1993 to 45.68%in 2008,and ecological protection of urban forest has made great progress,but insufficient attention was paid to the forest cultural ecology protection and the relevant regulatory was not well performed.In order to strengthen the protection of forest cultural ecology and the management,the study showed that the social economic development of China has become mature and entered the consumption phase,besides,cultural ecology protection of forest will be the essence of urban forestry development in the future,so more and more attention will be paid to the protection of urban forest cultural ecology,especially with the enhancement of urbanization in China.The study suggests that protection of urban forest cultural ecology should be included into the forest legislation and management.The development planning of urban forest development should be strengthened to highlight the organic combination of material wealth production and spiritual wealth production,and finally promote protection of urban forest culture and the development of green culture.

Research on the Supervision and Regulation Mode of Production Safety in China, Germany and Canada

China is a developing country with rapid economic development and has made many remarkable achievements. However, the foundation of production safety is relatively weak, and the situation of production safety is still severe behind the rapid economic growth, and there is still a certain gap compared with Germany, Canada and other developed countries. Therefore, this article expounds the theory of safety production supervision mode, and then taking the supervision mode of production safety of Chinese government as the basic research object, from the development course, organization setup and management configuration and so on combing the current (until 2017) safety production supervision mode in Chinese government, and puts forward the status quo in the face of regulatory problems. In addition ,based on the research and analysis of the safety production supervision mode of the German and Canadian governments, the advanced experience and methods of the safety production supervision mode of the two governments are summarized, and through comparison, some suggestions on the supervision mode of production safety suitable for China’s national conditions are put forward, which provide theoretical support for the Chinese government or enterprise managers to do a good job in the management of production safety.

Vertical Zonation of Horticultural Farming in the Alaknanda Basin of Garhwal Himalaya, India

Horticultural practice in the Himalayas has great importance not only for economic development but also for environmental restoration. In the entire Himalayan mountain system, from Jammu and Kashmir Himalaya to Assam Himalaya, the practice of horticulture is centuries old, which includes varieties of fruits along with availability of high quality and quantity. In terms of the Alaknanda Basin, which is centrally located in the Himalayan system, the practice of horticulture does not get commercial level; only it is cultivated domestically. The climatic conditions ranging from sub-tropical (low-lying river valleys) to alpine and frigid (highly elevated regions) are suited for varieties of fruit cultivation, yet the benefit of this could not be utilized by the residents who are working in the agricultural fields. Besides, less proportion of land is devoted for fruit cultivation along with domestic production of fruits. The varieties of fruit cultivated in the basin range from mango-guava-papaya, stone-net, citrus to apple at the different elevations. Along with the cultivated fruits, varieties of wild fruits are also found in the jungle. There are four climatic zones suitable for the production of various fruits as below:? Sub-tropical zone including the lower part of the Alaknanda, Pindar, Nandakini, and Mandakini rivers is suitable for mango, guava, and papaya; ? Sub-temperate zone in the middle basin of the Alaknanda, Pindar, Nandakini and Mandakini rivers is a good place for citrus fruits, particularly orange and lemon; ? Temperate zone occupying the Dauli, Vishnu Ganga, Upper Pinder, Nandakini and Mandakini rivers is highly productive for apple, nut and stone fruits; ? Alpine meadows in the highly elevated region are known as Bugyal famous for herb culture. Each of these zones has distinct physical features, environmental conditions and socio-economic identity for fruit cultivation. The present paper aims to discuss about the vertical zonation of the horticultural farming and its nature, in terms of development, in the Alaknada Basin.

Protection of Geographical Indication and Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Chinese Food Product Resources

The geographical Indications intellectual property and intangible cultural heritage are the general focus of attention of the world today. In the Chinese food product resources, there are 44 kinds of national geographical indication products, 41 national geographical indication trademarks, 9 kinds of national and 212 kinds of provincial-level intangible cultural heritage. This article introduces the geographical indication protection and geographical indication trademark registration of the Chinese food products, the protection of intangible cultural heritage of traditional craftsmanship; discusses the countermeasures for the protection of geographical indication intellectual property and intangible cultural heritage; finally puts forth several recommendations.

The Value Insistence of the Cultural Production in the Big Data Era

The ultimate value of cultural production should be realizing human's comprehensive and free development,and deconstructing the ultimate value would result in human alienation.In the era of big data,every domain of human's social life,even the mode of thinking,has been transformed significantly.However,when the big data technology entirely penetrates the field of cultural production especially inducts the cultural production depending on the demand forecasting techniques,it would inevitably lead to a worry about value of the cultural production.This paper formulates that the cultural production's essence in the era of big data remains for the purpose of maximizing profit of commercial manipulation based on the modeling analysis of cultural production mechanism in the big data times.If the tendency is not corrected,the two main factors of cultural consumerism prevalence and the instrumental reason dictatorship will gradually deconstruct the ultimate value of cultural production and bring about the alienation of human being.For the sake of avoiding the trend,we should cope with two relationships:one is the people as a means and as a purpose;the other is the instrumental reason and the value rationality,finally giving rise to human's comprehensive and free development rather than human alienation.

A Study Into Marketing Strategies for Promoting Cultural and Creative Products of Emperor Qinshihuang’s Mausoleum Site Museum in New Era

China’s booming economy and the growing demand of urban middle class are creating a favorable situation for the development of domestic cultural and creative industry.The consumption pattern has changed and families spend more outlay on cultural products and services.Within this flourishing industry,many museums caught development opportunities and began to get profit through successfully promoting their own cultural and creative products.However,it is unusual that Emperor Qinshihuang’s Mausoleum Site Museum,enjoying high social status and a reputation for world cultural heritage as well as a national 5A level tourist attraction,regretfully,did not achieve noticeable achievements in this area.Therefore,based on STP theory,the purpose of this paper is to study the reasons why this museum fails to fulfill its potential in promising cultural and creative industry and give some suggestions to the development and promotion of its cultural and creative goods.

Design Strategies of Cultural and Creative Products Based on Regional Culture

Research on the Development of Cultural and Creative Products in Jingzhou Museum

Museum cultural creation meets people’s needs for cultural experience,and has gradually become a hot topic in academic research.To promote the sustainable development of cultural and creative products of Jingzhou Museum,it analyzed the resource advantages of its cultural and creative products,the types of cultural and creative products,and the business methods of cultural and creative products,and discussed the problems in the development of cultural and creative products.Therefore,development strategies such as broadening marketing channels,deep excavation and close integration of Jingchu cultural connotations,enhancing artistic aesthetic value,and enhancing interactive participation experience were proposed.

A novel 3-layer mixed cultural evolutionary optimization framework for optimal operation of syngas production in a Texaco coal-water slurry gasifier

Optimizing operational parameters for syngas production of Texaco coal-water slurry gasifier studied in this paper is a complicated nonlinear constrained problem concerning 3 BP(Error Back Propagation) neural networks. To solve this model, a new 3-layer cultural evolving algorithm framework which has a population space, a medium space and a belief space is firstly conceived. Standard differential evolution algorithm(DE), genetic algorithm(GA), and particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO) are embedded in this framework to build 3-layer mixed cultural DE/GA/PSO(3LM-CDE, 3LM-CGA, and 3LM-CPSO) algorithms. The accuracy and efficiency of the proposed hybrid algorithms are firstly tested in 20 benchmark nonlinear constrained functions. Then, the operational optimization model for syngas production in a Texaco coal-water slurry gasifier of a real-world chemical plant is solved effectively. The simulation results are encouraging that the 3-layer cultural algorithm evolving framework suggests ways in which the performance of DE, GA, PSO and other population-based evolutionary algorithms(EAs) can be improved,and the optimal operational parameters based on 3LM-CDE algorithm of the syngas production in the Texaco coalwater slurry gasifier shows outstanding computing results than actual industry use and other algorithms.

Application and Research of Huashan Rock Paintings in Cultural and Creative Products

Huashan rock painting is a representative of the rock art complex in Zuojiang River in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and it is the largest and the most well preserved rock painting found in China,with a wide distribution of locations and the richest content of images.Due to its grand scale,spectacular scenes,and numerous images,it has become a typical representative of rock painting in Zuojiang River basin of Guangxi and is famous all over the world.In 1988,it was announced as a key cultural relics protection unit by the State Council,and in 2016,“Zuojiang River Huashan Rock Art Cultural Landscape”was successfully applied for the List of World Heritage,which makes it important to the inheritance and protection of Huashan rock paintings.In the past 10 years,with the successful holding of China-ASEAN Expo,the distinctive tourist products of Guangxi Zhuang nationality and the culture creative product industry have been vigorously developed and recognized by domestic and foreign markets.The culture of Guangxi Zuojiang Huashan rock painting can be presented in the form of cultural and creative products,so that Guangxi Zuojiang River Huashan rock art can be known by more people.

Clean Production and Ecological Industry:A Key to Eco-city Development

Eco-city development is a healthy process towards sustainable development, within the carrying capacity of local ecosystem through changing production mode, consumption behavior and decision instrument based on ecological economics and system engineering. The key to its planning is an ecological integration to make trade-off between economic wealth and environmental health, between material and spiritual civilization, between natural and human eco-cybernetics. Integration, demonstration, citizens’ participation and scientists’ and technician’s catalyzing are the key instruments for the implementation of the ecocity plan. "Clean production" and "ecological industry" are key elements in comprehensive development towards an eco-city. Tourism-Oriented Cultural Product Design: A Case Study of Yami Culture in Lanyu

Due to the prevalence of modern commerce and mainstream culture, many indigenous cultures around the world are rapidly diminishing. These cultures, with their unique primitiveness distinct from modern culture, often attract tourists. This study integrates the indigenous Yami culture of Lanyu Island, Taiwan Region, into innovative designs from the perspective of tourists’ understanding of the local culture. In this way, tourists can experience the harmonious coexistence of the Yami tribe and nature, while these culturally rich products foster deeper experiential and emotional resonance. This study employs the Mandala thinking method for concept expansion and the Osborn checklist method for the analysis and transformation of design elements. Subsequently, designers were invited to conduct on-site travel experiences, leading to the creation of a series of Yami cultural products. Through the evaluation and validation of cultural product assessment indicators, functional commercialized products were ultimately produced. This study aims to establish a design process for cultural products through this design case. It seeks to help users recall their Lanyu Island travel experiences and appreciate the often-overlooked cultural beauty, thereby raising awareness of cultural preservation.
