To this end, fluorinated semi-interpenetrating polymer networks(semiIPNs) were prepared using different catalyst amounts(denoted as F23-CLF-30-D). The involved curing and phase separation processes were monitored using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, a haze meter and a rheometer. Curing rate constant and activation energy were calculated using a theoretical model and numerical method, respectively. Results revealed that owing to its co-continuous micro-phase separation structure, the F23-CLF-30-D3 semi-IPN exhibited considerably higher tensile strength and elongation at break than pure fluororubber F2314 and the F23-CLF-30-D0 semi-IPN because the phase separation and curing rates matched in the initial stage of curing.An arc Brazilian test revealed that F23-CLF-30-D-based composites used as mock materials for PBXs exhibited excellent mechanical performance and storage stability. Thus, the matched curing and phase separation rates play a crucial role during the fabrication of high-performance semi-IPNs;these factors can be feasibly controlled using an appropriate catalyst amount.展开更多

[Method] in vitro anti-bacterial effects of 5 kinds of Chinese herb extracts like Galla Chinensis,Syzygium aromaticum,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Punica granatum L. and Terminalia chebula Retz on Ameromonas hydrophila were studied; furthermore,cure rates of the Chinese herb extracts with better anti-bacterial effects were determined to find out the optimal drug dosage. [Result] Under the same experimental conditions,Galla Chinensis,Punica granatum and Terminalia chebula Retz had relatively strong anti-bacterial effects on Ameromonas hydrophila,among them the anti-bacterial effect of Galla Chinensis was significantly higher than those of the others (P0.05). The optimal treatment dose of Galla Chinensis treating bacterial septicemia caused by Aeromonas hydrophila was that they were treated with medicated bath for 40 min by 0.5 mg/ml Galla Chinensis extract,and the cure rate was 100%. Considering the non-linear relationship between response variable and covariates, we propose a class of generalized transformation models motivated by Zeng et al. [1] transformed proportional time cure model, in which fractional polynomials are used instead of the simple linear combination of the covariates. Statistical properties of the proposed models are investigated, including identifiability of the parameters, asymptotic consistency, and asymptotic normality of the estimated regression coefficients. A simulation study is carried out to examine the performance of the power selection procedure. The generalized transformation cure rate models are applied to the First National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey Epidemiologic Follow-up Study (NHANES1) for the purpose of examining the relationship between survival time of patients and several risk factors.展开更多

[Method] Diarrhea piglets were randomly grouped, and the clinical prevention and treatment effects of Shenwudi oral liquid were observed. Meantime, the effects of Huangzhi oral liquid and levofloxacin mesylate and sodium chloride injection were determined and compared with that of Shenwudi oral liquid. Shenwudi powder was added into the specific feed of weaned piglets at the dose of 5 g/kg, to observe its diarrhea prevention and growth promotion effect on weaned piglets. Compound amoxicillin powder was added in drug control group at the dose of 0.3 g/kg; no drug was added in blank control group. [Result] The cure rate of sucking piglets by Shenwudi oral liquid was 88.57%, and its protection rate was 100%; the cure rate of weaned piglets by Shenwudi oral liquid was 90.00%, and the total effective rate was 95.00%; the protection rate of weaned piglet diarrhea by Shenwudi powder mixing feed was 100%, and the average daily feed intake on the 42^(nd) day was extremely higher than the blank control group(P〈0.01). [Conclusion] Shenwudi oral liquid can be used for prevention and treatment of sucking piglet diarrhea.Meantime, Shenwudi mixing feed has good prevention effect and significant growth promotion effect on weaned piglet diarrhea.展开更多

Methods: Eighty-five patients with unruptured andruptured EP were prospectively treated with an intramuscular injection of MTX (50 mg/m') without citrovorumfactor rescue to destroy embryo and villi, meanwhile, EP 1 decoction was given orally, in the case of rupturedEP with active internal hemorrhage resulted from EP mass rupture, or EP 2 decoction was given orally, In thecase of unruptured EP and ruptured EP without active internal hemorrhage resulted from EP mass rhexis andblood in the peritoneal cavity has already formed hematomas. The serum human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG)3-subunit were monitored regularly until they were undetectable. Serial B-ultrasound examinations were followedup by observing the gestational sac, fetal cardiac activity, EP mass absorption, etc. Of those who has the desireof being pregnant, after all EP mass disappeared, hysterosalpingogram may be performed. Results: The total of81 cases (95. 3 % ) were successfully treated without surgical operation, 4 cases (4. 7 % ) required surgical management of EP. The mean serum hCG 5-subunit clearance time was 18. 7 i 7. 2 days. Total disappearance of EPmass assessed by transvaginal ultrasonography, was 1. 2 1 0. 7 months. Hysterosalpingograms done on 20 patients of attempting pregnancy subsequently demonstrated tubal patency in 90. 0 % .(18 cases) on the affectedside.
