Nb3Sn超导复合股线在强磁场工程中有着重要的应用,其拉伸强度为保证和评估其长期服役安全的一个关键参数.论文从"剪滞"理论出发,利用基于Weibull/Possion统计理论的复合材料纤维断裂的Curtin-Zhou模型,较好地描述复合股线中Nb3Sn超导纤维碎片化过程,建立了分析超导复合股线统计拉伸强度和失效概率的模型.计算结果表明,青铜法Nb3Sn超导复合股线的拉伸强度随着初始损伤参数的增大而迅速减小;在4.2K服役温度下,当Weibull模量为8时,随着初始损伤参数的增加,股线的拉伸强度约从900MPa衰减至480MPa,与已有实验结果吻合良好;初始损伤参数约为1时,正规化方差最大.初始损伤和Weibull模量对Nb3Sn复合股线统计拉伸强度和失效概率函数的分布有着显著影响. 展开更多

目的对新疆南疆地区维吾尔族地方性克汀病患者进行血清甲状腺激素的测定,了解地方性克汀病患者的甲状腺功能,为其诊断、治疗和预防提供依据。方法2014年9—10月,以新疆南疆地区维吾尔族地方性克汀病患者188人为病例组(根据病理类型... 目的对新疆南疆地区维吾尔族地方性克汀病患者进行血清甲状腺激素的测定,了解地方性克汀病患者的甲状腺功能,为其诊断、治疗和预防提供依据。方法2014年9—10月,以新疆南疆地区维吾尔族地方性克汀病患者188人为病例组(根据病理类型进一步分为神经型、黏液水肿型、混合型组,分别为144、19、25人),当地健康者121人为对照组,地方性克汀病病例组的母亲125人为母亲组,所有研究对象抽取3ml静脉血,使用全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪对研究对象的促甲状腺激素(TSH)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(隅)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(A-TG)、抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(A-TPO)7项甲状腺功能指标进行检测。结果神经型、黏液水肿型、混合型克汀病患者和对照组4组人群甲状腺功能5项指标(T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH)比较差异均有统计学意义(F=22.92、42.58、38.84、56.31、103.29,P均〈0.05),神经型地方性克汀病患者T3、T4、TF4[(2.41±0.48)、(118.72《中国黄金珠宝》编辑部20.92)nmol/L,(5.25±0.98)、(15.81±2.60)pmol/L]均明显高于黏液水肿型地方性克汀病患者[(1.51±0.73)、(39.25±16.95)nmol/L,(3.02±1.05)、(6.42±1.99)pmol/L,P均〈0.05],TSH低于黏液水肿型患者[(2.26±1.04)比(58.56±24.83)mU/L,P〈0.05];混合型地方性克汀病患者T3、T4、FT3、FT4[(2.38±0.38)、(120.77±21.55)nmol/L,(5.14±0.83)、(15.58±2.99)pmol/L]均明显高于黏液水肿型地方性克汀病患者(P均〈0.05),TSH低于黏液水肿型患者[(2.83±0.91)mU/L,P〈0.05];黏液水肿型患者T3、T4、FT3、FT4均明显低于对照组[(2.53±0.50)、(121.93±22.01)nmol/L,(5.49±0.82)、(15.93±2.76)pmol/L,P均〈0.05],而TSH高于对照组[(2.94±1.17)mU/L,P〈0.05]。神经型患者TSH[(2.05±1.45)mU/L]明显低于其母亲组[(2.27±1.63)mU/L,t=10.57,P〈0.05];黏液水肿型患者T3、T4、FT3、FT4[(1.81±0.66)、(56.73±29.56)nmol/L,(2.97±1.34)、(5.95±2.74)pmol/L]均明显低于其母亲组[(2.16±0.35)、(125.48±24.78)nmol/L,(4.29±0.42)、(14.90±2.38)pmol/L],而TSH[(57.72±44.69)mU/L]高于其母亲组[(2.35±0.56)mU/L],差异有统计学意义(t=7.59、7.07、16.07、10.95、245.23,P均〈0.05]。3种类型的克汀病患者及对照组4组人群A-TG、A—TPO阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(x2=1.60、3.64,P均〉0.05)。结论3种类型的地方性克汀病患者中神经型患者和混合型患者具有正常的甲状腺功能,黏液水肿型患者表现明显的甲状腺功能减低。 展开更多

The production-oriented approach (POA) has been developed over a decade. It is driven by the need to improve English classroom instruction for university students in China (Wen, 2016). It is also motivated by the ... The production-oriented approach (POA) has been developed over a decade. It is driven by the need to improve English classroom instruction for university students in China (Wen, 2016). It is also motivated by the aspiration to enhance the quality of foreign language education in other similar pedagogical contexts outside China. A volume of research has been done by Wen Qiufang and her research team, to formulate the theory of POA and to test its effectiveness in classroom pedagogy (e.g. Wen, 2016, 2015; Yang, 2015; Zhang, 2015). At the moment, the POA is still at an early stage of theory building and almost all empirical research is done in the Chinese context. In order to improve the quality of this theory and to make it intelligible to the international academic community, a one-day symposium was held in Beijing Foreign Studies University on May 15, 2017. The symposium was entitled 'The first international forum on innovative foreign language education in China: Appraisal of the POA'. In the forum, leading experts in applied linguistics were invited to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the POA and the directions for its future development. The symposium was the first attempt for the POA research team to discuss its latest work with international scholars. This Viewpoint section collects the responses of four experts who participated in the symposium, listed in alphabetical order. The collection of articles covers three topics related to the POA: its pedagogical application, its use for teacher training, and its research. Alister Cumming is Professor Emeritus and the former Head of the Centre for Educational Research on Languages and Literacies, University of Toronto, Canada. His article focuses primarily on POA research as an exemplary case of design-based research. Rod Ellis is Research Professor in the School of Education at Curtin University, Australia. He discusses POA in terms of pedagogy, teacher training and research, with both critiques and constructive suggestions. Paul Kei Matsuda is Professor of English and Director of Second Language Writing at Arizona State University, the writed states. He responds to POA from the perspective of an expert researcher and teacher of L2 writing. Charlene Polio is Professor and Associate Chair in the Department of Linguistics & Germanic, Slavic, Asian & African Languages atMichigan State University, the writed states. She conceptualises POA as a useful method to address some issues in pre-service teacher development. Overall, the articles in this section are insightful and reader-friendly. They are not only useful for the development of POA in particular, but may also be valuable to a broad range of researchers as they touch upon pertaining issues, as well as emerging topics, in the field of applied linguistics.
