This study focuses on the systematic analysis of T_(2) spectra and T_(2) cut-off values in low-permeability reservoir rocks. Analysis of 36 low-permeability cores revealed a wide distribution of T_(2) cut-off values, ranging from 7 to 50 ms. Additionally, the T_(2) spectra exhibited multimodal characteristics, predominantly displaying unimodal and bimodal morphologies, with a few trimodal morphologies, which are inherently influenced by different pore types. Fractal characteristics of pore structure in fully water-saturated cores were captured through the T_(2) spectra, which were calculated using generalized fractal and multifractal theories. To augment the limited dataset of 36 cores, the synthetic minority oversampling technique was employed. Models for evaluating the T_(2) cut-off value were separately developed based on the classified T_(2) spectra, considering the number of peaks, and utilizing generalized fractal dimensions at the weight <0 and the singular intensity range. The underlying mechanism is that the singular intensity and generalized fractal dimensions at the weight <0 can detect the T_(2) spectral shift. However, the T_(2) spectral shift has negligible effects on multifractal spectrum function difference and generalized fractal dimensions at the weight >0. The primary objective of this work is to gain insights into the relationship between the kurtosis of the T_(2) spectrum and pore types, as well as to predict the T_(2) cut-off value of low-permeability rocks using machine learning and data augmentation techniques.展开更多

After the implementation of the latest fertility policy, the research on fertility related issues is urgent. Objective: The objective of this study is to explore the fertility values among women of childbearing age and the socio-demographic factors associated with it under the background of three-child policy, which is helpful to cope with the aging of the population. Methods: This study was conducted among 383 women of childbearing age who met the inclusion criteria using a general information questionnaire and the fertility values questionnaire from May to August 2021 in Hunan Province, China. Data were collected on the women’s socio-demographic characteristics and fertility values. The descriptive statistics, t-test and analysis of variance were used for data analysis. Results: The total mean score of the positive values was 43.55 ± 10.10, and that of the negative values was 50.87 ± 13.85. There were significant differences in the scores of the overall positive and negative values, as well as scores of each dimension (p The item mean score of the overall negative values (3.38 ± 0.93) was higher than that of the overall positive values (2.90 ± 0.67). Among the positive values, “emotional value” (4.26 ± 0.93) scored the highest, while “worrying about life changes” (3.88 ± 1.10) scored the highest among the negative values. There were significant differences in both the positive and negative values in terms of age, marital status, and “only-child” women or not (p Conclusion: The fertility values among women of childbearing age in Hunan Province were relatively negative, especially, excessive worries about life change since having a child, which may lead to further declines in fertility levels. Relevant support measures are urgently needed from the government to adapt to the three-child policy.展开更多

To this end, series of 18 kg of fresh feed were prepared and spread out in a stall for sun-drying using a randomized Fisher system. Preparations were made using either mango peels (75%) + absorbent (25%) or pulp + mango peels (67%) + sorbent (33%). The results show that mango Peel feed loses more water (WL) with lover production yields (PY), higher mango incorporation rates into dry feed (MRI), longer drying times (UDT) and lower production costs (CPkgPD) than mango peel + pulp. The average DM, MAT, ADF and NDF fiber contents were almost equal to those of mango peels + pulp feed. The average Crude Fiber (CF) (25.13%) and DEp (2839 kcal/kgDM) contents were higher for mango skin feed than for mango skin + pulp feed, at 8.59% and 2536 for MAT and DEp respectively. Mango peels + wheat bran (PSB25) and whole mango (MESB33) feeds recorded the highest and almost equal levels of TCP, NDF and MM. Production costs per kg of feed dry mater (CPkgDM) for feed produced at 25% were on average 33% higher than for whole mango (WM) feed. Excluding mango raw material, palm kernel meal (PK), rice bran (RB), maize bran (MB) and wheat bran (WB) can be ranked 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th in terms of cumulative performance of production parameters. Producers can then choose the type of sorbent they wish to use according to this ranking and the local availability of the sorbent. These feeds can be used for both ruminants and monogastrics, but are better suited to ruminant feeding due to their high fiber content.展开更多

文摘The transverse relaxation time (T_(2)) cut-off value plays a crucial role in nuclear magnetic resonance for identifying movable and immovable boundaries, evaluating permeability, and determining fluid saturation in petrophysical characterization of petroleum reservoirs. The primary objective of this work is to gain insights into the relationship between the kurtosis of the T_(2) spectrum and pore types, as well as to predict the T_(2) cut-off value of low-permeability rocks using machine learning and data augmentation techniques.
文摘Background:Drug-coated balloons(DCBs)have emerged as potential alternatives to drug-eluting stents in specific lesion subsets for de novo coronary lesions.Quantitative flow ratio(QFR)is a method based on the three-dimensional quantitative coronary angiography and contrast flow velocity during coronary angiography(CAG),obviating the need for an invasive fractional flow reserve procedural. This study aimed to assess the serial angiographic changes of de novo lesions post-DCB therapy and further explore the cut-off values of lesion and vessel QFR,which predict vessel restenosis(diameter stenosis[DS]≥50%)at mid-term follow-up.Methods:The data of patients who underwent DCB therapy between January 2014 and December 2019 from the multicenter hospital were retrospectively collected for QFR analysis. From their QFR performances, which were analyzed by CAG images at follow-up,we divided them into two groups:group A,showing target vessel DS≥50%,and group B,showing target vessel DS<50%.The median follow-up time was 287 days in group A and 227 days in group B.We compared the clinical characteristics, parameters during DCB therapy, and QFR performances, which were analyzed by CAG images between the two groups,in need to explore the cut-off value of lesion/vessel QFR which can predict vessel restenosis.Student's t test was used for the comparison of normally distributed continuous data,Mann-Whitney U test for the comparison of non-normally distributed continuous data, and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves for the evaluation of QFR performance which can predict vessel restenosis(DS≥50%)at mid-term follow-up using the area under the curve(AUC).Results:A total of 112 patients with 112 target vessels were enrolled in this study.Group A had 41 patients, while group B had 71.Vessel QFR and lesion QFR were lower in group A than in group B post-DCB therapy, and the cut-off values of lesion QFR and vessel QFR in the ROC analysis to predict target vessel DS≥50%post-DCB therapy were 0.905(AUC,0.741[95%confidence interval,CI:0.645,0.837];sensitivity,0.817;specificity,0.561;P<0.001)and 0.890(AUC,0.796[95%CI:0.709,0.882];sensitivity,0.746;specificity,0.780;P<0.001).Conclusions:The cut-off values of lesion QFR and vessel QFR can assist in predicting the angiographic changes post-DCB therapy. When lesion/vessel QFR values are<0.905/0.890 post-DCB therapy,a higher risk of vessel restenosis is potentially predicted at follow-up.
文摘Background: China is facing with a crisis of the aging population. Relevant support measures are urgently needed from the government to adapt to the three-child policy.

文摘With the development of economy, the impact of human activities on ecological environment is increasing, and environmental protection work is important.Trace elements(Co,Ni,Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Cr,and Sc)in surface fi ne-grained sediment samples from the Jiaozhou Bay catchment were selected to evaluate their 2015 environmental background values and the environmental quality.Using statistical analysis, the environmental background values(ranges)of Sc,Co,Ni,Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,and Cr were calculated, being 13.1(10.8-15.4),12.4(8.6-16.2),32.0(22.9-41.2),29.6(13.5-64.9),24.1(13.0-44.6),77.6(38.5-156.5),0.07(0.02-0.20),and 82.5(66.5-104.0)mg/kg,respectively.The enrichment factor, contamination factor, and pollution load index were used to evaluate the pollution status of the Jiaozhou Bay catchment. The environmental background values of most elements are higher than those of the upper continental crust and lower than those of global shale. At present, the pollution in the eastern Jiaozhou Bay is much higher than that in the western part. The results shall be helpful for future management for trace element pollution monitoring in the Jiaozhou Bay catchment.
文摘The aim of the study was to determine the best food absorbents between wheat, rice and maize bran and palm kernel cake, from a technical and economic point of view, in order to make a better recommandation for their use in the production process of food based on mango by-products (peels, peels + pulp). These feeds can be used for both ruminants and monogastrics, but are better suited to ruminant feeding due to their high fiber content.

文摘The present paper deals with the eigenvalues of complex nonlocal Sturm-Liouville boundary value problems. The bounds of the real and imaginary parts of eigenvalues for the nonlocal Sturm-Liouville differential equation involving complex nonlocal potential terms associated with nonlocal boundary conditions are obtained in terms of the integrable conditions of coefficients and the real part of the eigenvalues.
文摘Background:Anemia is a widespread public health problem associated with an increased risk of morbidity and mortality. This study was undertaken to determine the cut-off value of hemoglobin for infant anemia. Methods:A cross-sectional retrospective study was carried out at well-baby clinics of a tertiary care hospital.A total of 1484 healthy infants aged between 4 to 24 months were included in the study. The relationship of hemoglobin(Hb)levels with mother age, birth weight, weight gain rate, feeding, and gender was evaluated. Results:The Hb levels were assessed in four age groups(4 months,6 months,9-12 months, and 15-24 months)and the cut-off values of Hb were determined.Hb cut-off values(5th percentile for age)were detected as 97 g/L and 93 g/L at 4 months and 6 months, respectively. In older infants, the 5th percentile was 90.5 g/L and 93.4 g/L at 9-12 months and 15-24 months, respectively. The two values were lower than the World Health Organization criteria for anemia, which could partly due to the lack of information on iron status in our population. However, this difference highlights the need for further studies on normal Hb levels in healthy infants in developing countries.Hb levels of females were higher in all age groups;however,a statistically significant difference was found in gender in only 6 month-old infants. No statistically significant difference was found among Hb levels, mother's age, birth weight, weight gain rate, and nutritional status. Conclusion:Hb cut-off values in infants should be re-evaluated and be compatible with growth and development of children in that community.

文摘BACKGROUND Gait is influenced by race, age, and diseases type.Reference values for gait are closely related to numerous health outcomes. To gain a comprehensive understanding of gait patterns, particularly in relation to race-related pathologies and disorders,it is crucial to establish reference values for gait in daily life considering sex and age. Therefore, our objective was to present sex and age-based reference values for gait in daily life, providing a valuable foundation for further research and clinical applications.AIM To establish reference values for lower extremity joint kinematics and kinetics during gait in asymptomatic adult women and men.METHODS Spatiotemporal, kinematics and kinetics parameters were measured in 171 healthy adults(70 males and 101 females)using the computer-aided soft tissue foot model.Full curve statistical parametric mapping was performed using independent and paired-samples t-tests.RESULTS Compared with females, males required more time(cycle time,double-limb support time, stance time, swing time, and stride time),and the differences were statistically significant. In addition, the step and stride lengths of males were longer.Compared to males, female cadence was faster, and statures-per-second and stride-per-minute were higher. There were no statistical differences in speed and stride width between the two groups. After adjusting for height,it was observed that women walked significantly faster than men,and they also had a higher cadence. However,in terms of step length, stride length, and stride width, both genders exhibited similarities.CONCLUSION We established reference values for gait speed and spatiotemporal gait parameters in Chinese university students. This contributes to a valuable database for gait assessment and evaluation of preventive or rehabilitative programs.
文摘Life values are people’s understanding and view on life. After the COVID-19 outbreak,China quickly adopted policies such as lockdown to control the epidemic, while the west could not adopt. One of the important reasons is that Chinese and western life values are different.Through the comparative analysis on Chinese and western life values,it is found that Chinese traditional life values emphasize collective consciousness, while the west pays attention to individual value.Chinese traditional life values avoid death, while the west faces death directly.China emphasizes the present world, while the west pays attention to introspection. There are also similarities between Chinese and western life values. They both emphasize the realization of life values, desire to surpass life, and regard physical life as a natural process. The main reasons for their differences are different economic bases, different cultural influences, and different religious ideas. Therefore, the comparative analysis of Chinese and western life values has theoretical and practical value.
文摘Wisdom and Belief of the East-Understanding the Chinese Values Author:Han Zhen Price:RMB 95 Paperback,207 pages Published by Foreign Languages Press China is increasingly taking center stage in the international arena, and people from around the world are particularly interested in the path the country has taken and the direction it is heading in.More importantly, they want to know what China can contribute to the world. All this curiosity may be boiled down to a seemingly simple question:How to understand China? However,it is not a question that is easily answered in just a few words.
文摘Security is a value contained in most theories of personal values.Yet,while the relations among the most basic values are clear and reliable, the role of security in the system of values remains ambiguous.People striving for security are often also striving for tradition and conformity but sometimes they are focusing more on other values(such as health values, for example).Based on eight representative surveys(N=24,000)in several German cities between 1998 and 2022,the author shows that when measuring security without suggesting a particular meaning of this notion, security takes a relatively central position within the system of values and their components(shown by multidimensional scaling,MDS).People striving for security also emphasize the importance of law and order, working hard, and having a good family life as guiding principles in their lives.Conformity is not that important for them, and having an exciting life is even negatively correlated.Age has little impact on the MDS structure of values and their components, even though people exhibit substantial changes in the relative weights they assign to many values as they get older.
