目的验证三维多回波数据联合成像(three dimensional multi-echo data imagine combination with selective water excitation,3D MEDIC WE)和三维快速自旋回波成像(three dimensional sampling perfection with application optimized ...目的验证三维多回波数据联合成像(three dimensional multi-echo data imagine combination with selective water excitation,3D MEDIC WE)和三维快速自旋回波成像(three dimensional sampling perfection with application optimized contrasts by using different flip angle evolution,3D SPACE STIR)序列在腰骶丛神经根成像中的可行性和重复性。方法将55例受试者分为腰椎无异常表现的正常对照组(20例)、单纯性腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)组(20例)和慢性炎性脱髓鞘性多发性神经根神经病症(chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy,CIDP)组(15例),分别应用两种腰骶丛神经根成像,评价图像质量参数信噪比(signal to noise ratio,SNR)、对比噪声比(contrast to noise ratio,CNR)和对比度(contrast ratio,CR),并验证正常对照组、CIDP组和LDH组测量神经根直径的一致性。结果两序列测得神经根直径的一致性较高(正常组r=0.95,CIDP组r=0.99,LDH组r=0.97,P<0.001),图像质量评价指标显示,3D SPACE STIR序列在SNR、CNR和CR三项指标中占优,3D MEDIC WE定性评估图像质量评分较高。两序列均能清晰显示正常腰骶丛神经根、病变所致的弥漫性形态增粗神经根以及间盘突出受挤压变形的神经根。结论3D MEDIC WE和3D SPACE STIR序列可应用于腰骶丛神经根成像,两序列对正常和异常形态、走行的神经根评估具备很高的可行性和重复性。综合考量临床图像的定性、定量评价,可择优选择恰当的序列为腰骶丛神经根成像提供影像支持。展开更多
Background In this work,we focus on the label layout problem:specifying the positions of overlaid virtual annotations in Virtual/Augmented Reality scenarios.Methods Designing a layout of labels that does not violate d...Background In this work,we focus on the label layout problem:specifying the positions of overlaid virtual annotations in Virtual/Augmented Reality scenarios.Methods Designing a layout of labels that does not violate domain-specific design requirements,while at the same time satisfying aesthetic and functional principles of good design,can be a daunting task even for skilled visual designers.Presenting the annotations in 3D object space instead of projection space,allows for the preservation of spatial and depth cues.This results in stable layouts in dynamic environments,since the annotations are anchored in 3D space.Results In this paper we make two major contributions.First,we propose a technique for managing the layout and rendering of annotations in Virtual/Augmented Reality scenarios by manipulating the annotations directly in 3D space.For this,we make use of Artificial Potential Fields and use 3D geometric constraints to adapt them in 3D space.Second,we introduce PartLabeling:an open source platform in the form of a web application that acts as a much-needed generic framework allowing to easily add labeling algorithms and 3D models.This serves as a catalyst for researchers in this field to make their algorithms and implementations publicly available,as well as ensure research reproducibility.The PartLabeling framework relies on a dataset that we generate as a subset of the original PartNet dataset consisting of models suitable for the label management task.The dataset consists of 10003D models with part annotations.展开更多
目的探讨磁共振可变翻转角的三维快速自旋回波(3D-sampling perfection with application optimized contrast using different flip angle evolutions,3D-SPACE)序列检测大脑中动脉斑块内出血(intraplaque hemorrhage,IPH)的成像情况...目的探讨磁共振可变翻转角的三维快速自旋回波(3D-sampling perfection with application optimized contrast using different flip angle evolutions,3D-SPACE)序列检测大脑中动脉斑块内出血(intraplaque hemorrhage,IPH)的成像情况及其诊断价值。方法选取我院就诊的脑动脉粥样硬化的患者100例,所有患者均接受常规MRI检查、3D序列亮血时飞法MR血管成像(time-of-flight magnetic resonance angiography,TOFMRA),同时接受3D-SPACE序列检查。根据常规序列(T1WI、T2WI、3D TOF、T1WI-CE)图像综合评估IPH,并根据患者的临床、影像学结果对所有患者进行评估,将患者分为有症状组和无症状组。对比两组患者3D-SPACE序列评估斑块信号的高低情况,同时对比3D-SPACE及常规MRI各序列对IPH的评估效果。结果有症状组72例患者中通过3D-SPACE序列共检测出142个斑块,其中斑块病灶信号强化2级98个(69.1%),仅11个(7.7%)斑块无信号强化;无症状组28例患者中共检测出49个斑块,其中35个斑块(71.5%)表现为无强化或1级强化。有症状组患者中IPH的发生率显著高于无症状组,同时有症状组患者中3D-SPACE序列信号强化程度显著高于无症状组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。评估191个斑块中共有112个为IPH,结果提示TOF、T1WI、3D-SPACE序列评估IPH具有较高的敏感性、特异性和一致性,其中3D-SPACE显示IPH的一致性最高。结论3.0T MRI 3D-Space序列能够有效的提示MCA粥样斑块的IPH情况,为合并颅内血管脑动脉斑块患者的危险程度评估及治疗提供参考依据,具有较高的诊断和临床价值。展开更多
目的探讨术前增强3D SPACE STIR序列检查在减少L_(4~5)极外侧椎间融合术(extreme lateral interbody fusion,XLIF)术后股神经损伤中的作用。方法回顾分析2017年9月至2019年2月采用XLIF治疗37例L_(4~5)节段退行性疾病患者。传统组17例,男...目的探讨术前增强3D SPACE STIR序列检查在减少L_(4~5)极外侧椎间融合术(extreme lateral interbody fusion,XLIF)术后股神经损伤中的作用。方法回顾分析2017年9月至2019年2月采用XLIF治疗37例L_(4~5)节段退行性疾病患者。传统组17例,男9例,女8例;年龄41~82岁,平均(63.3±12.7)岁;术前行传统MRI检查确认责任节段,术中采用椎间隙中点(Ⅱ~Ⅲ区交界处)处进行穿刺入路。改良组20例,男13例,女7例;年龄48~85岁,平均(65.4±12.3)岁;术前先行增强3D SPACE STIR序列检查,个体化选择穿刺点进行穿刺入路。统计改良组穿刺点分布情况,两组术后即刻、3个月、6个月、1年股神经损伤例数,术前及术后3个月、6个月、1年疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)及Oswestry功能障碍指数(oswestry disability index,ODI)。结果传统组17例患者选择Ⅱ~Ⅲ区交界处作为穿刺点;改良组20例患者中,穿刺位置选择Ⅰ区内1例,Ⅰ~Ⅱ区交界处13例,Ⅱ~Ⅲ区交界处6例。所有患者术后均获得随访,随访时间1年。随着时间推移,术后VAS及ODI均较术前明显改善,两组患者都未出现融合器下沉、移位、血管损伤、输尿管损伤的并发症。改良组术后即刻股前区麻木、下肢运动障碍例数均小于传统组(P<0.05)。结论根据增强3D SPACE STIR序列检查制定个体化XLIF可减少XLIF术后股神经损伤。展开更多

Seamless navigation has attracted lots of attention and many methods have been reported in the literature or made available as commercial applications.The process of navigation can be interpreted as a continuous movem...Seamless navigation has attracted lots of attention and many methods have been reported in the literature or made available as commercial applications.The process of navigation can be interpreted as a continuous movement of 3D objects from one unoccupied 3D indoor/outdoor space to another.From a technical perspective,a 3D navigation model is one of the critical components that should be available to perform successful navigation.A major approach to build a unified navigation model to support seamless path computation is linking indoor navigation networks to outdoor road/street-based networks.Because of different sources of indoor and outdoor navigation networks,the major approach fails to build up true seamless navigation models.With regards to this,we propose a unified 3D space-based navigation model(U3DSNM).The presented model ensures all types of spaces for navigation(indoor,semi-indoor,semi-outdoor,and outdoor)have the same representation,management methods,and network derivation approach,thereby building up unified navigation networks to support seamless navigation paths planning.The model can be linked to the international standards(data models)that are also based on spaces,such as IndoorGML and the on-going version of CityGML 3.0.Three navigation path planning cases show the feasibility of U3DSNM.展开更多

Fire rescue challenges and solutions have evolved from straightfor-ward plane rescue to encompass 3D space due to the rise of high-rise city buildings.Hence,this study facilitates a system with quick and simplified on...Fire rescue challenges and solutions have evolved from straightfor-ward plane rescue to encompass 3D space due to the rise of high-rise city buildings.Hence,this study facilitates a system with quick and simplified on-site launching and generates real-time location data,enabling fire rescuers to arrive at the intended spot faster and correctly for effective and precise rescue.Auto-positioning with step-by-step instructions is proposed when launching the locating system,while no extra measuring instrument like Total Station(TS)is needed.Real-time location tracking is provided via a 3D space real-time locating system(RTLS)constructed using Ultra-wide Bandwidth technology(UWB),which requires electromagnetic waves to pass through concrete walls.A hybrid weighted least squares with a time difference of arrival(WLS/TDOA)positioning method is proposed to address real path-tracking issues in 3D space and to meet RTLS requirements for quick computing in real-world applications.The 3D WLS/TDOA algorithm is theoretically constructed with the Cramer-Rao lower bound(CRLB).The computing complexity is reduced to the lower bound for embedded hardware to directly compute the time differential of the arriving signals using the time-to-digital converter(TDC).The results of the experiments show that the errors are controlled when the positioning algorithm is applied in various complicated situations to fulfill the requirements of engineering applications.The statistical analysis of the data reveals that the proposed UWB RTLS auto-positioning system can track target tags with an accuracy of 0.20 m.展开更多
Objective Io evaluate changes in morphology of the cesarean scar and uterus between one and two years after cesarean section using high-resolution,three dimensional T2-weighted sampling perfection with application opt...Objective Io evaluate changes in morphology of the cesarean scar and uterus between one and two years after cesarean section using high-resolution,three dimensional T2-weighted sampling perfection with application optimized contrast using diflerent flip angle evolutions Magnetic Resonance Imaging(3DT2w SPACE MRI).Methods This prospective study was performed to investigate morphological changes in the cesarean scars and uterus from one to two years after cesarean section using high-resolution,3D T2w SPACE MRI.The healthy volunteers having no childbearing history were recruited as the controls.All data were measured by two experienced radiologists.All data with normal distribution between the one-year and two-year groups were compared using a paired-sample t test or independent t test.Results Finally,46 women took a pelvic MR examination one year after cesarean section,and a subset of 15 completed the same examination again after two years of cesarean section.Both the uterine length and the anterior wall thickness after two years of cesarean section(5.75±0.46 and 1.45±0.35 cm)were significantly greater than those measured at one year(5.33±0.59 and 1.25±0.27 cm)(t=-2.363 and-2.175,P=0.033 and 0.048).No significant difference was shown in myometrial thickness two years after cesarean section(1.45±0.35 cm)with respect to the control group(1.58±0.21 cm,P=0.170).Nine women who underwent MRI twice were considered to have scar diverticula one year after cesarean section,and still had diverticula two years after cesarean section.The thickness,height,and width of the uterine scar showed no significant change from one to two years(all P>0.05).Conclusions 3D T2w SPACE MRI provides overall morphologic details and shows dynamic changes in the scar and the uterus between one and two years after cesarean section.Scar morphology after cesarean section reached relatively stable one year after cesarean section,and uterine morphology was closer to normal two years after cesarean section.展开更多

文摘目的验证三维多回波数据联合成像(three dimensional multi-echo data imagine combination with selective water excitation,3D MEDIC WE)和三维快速自旋回波成像(three dimensional sampling perfection with application optimized contrasts by using different flip angle evolution,3D SPACE STIR)序列在腰骶丛神经根成像中的可行性和重复性。方法将55例受试者分为腰椎无异常表现的正常对照组(20例)、单纯性腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)组(20例)和慢性炎性脱髓鞘性多发性神经根神经病症(chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy,CIDP)组(15例),分别应用两种腰骶丛神经根成像,评价图像质量参数信噪比(signal to noise ratio,SNR)、对比噪声比(contrast to noise ratio,CNR)和对比度(contrast ratio,CR),并验证正常对照组、CIDP组和LDH组测量神经根直径的一致性。结果两序列测得神经根直径的一致性较高(正常组r=0.95,CIDP组r=0.99,LDH组r=0.97,P<0.001),图像质量评价指标显示,3D SPACE STIR序列在SNR、CNR和CR三项指标中占优,3D MEDIC WE定性评估图像质量评分较高。两序列均能清晰显示正常腰骶丛神经根、病变所致的弥漫性形态增粗神经根以及间盘突出受挤压变形的神经根。结论3D MEDIC WE和3D SPACE STIR序列可应用于腰骶丛神经根成像,两序列对正常和异常形态、走行的神经根评估具备很高的可行性和重复性。综合考量临床图像的定性、定量评价,可择优选择恰当的序列为腰骶丛神经根成像提供影像支持。
文摘Background In this work,we focus on the label layout problem:specifying the positions of overlaid virtual annotations in Virtual/Augmented Reality scenarios.Methods Designing a layout of labels that does not violate domain-specific design requirements,while at the same time satisfying aesthetic and functional principles of good design,can be a daunting task even for skilled visual designers.Presenting the annotations in 3D object space instead of projection space,allows for the preservation of spatial and depth cues.This results in stable layouts in dynamic environments,since the annotations are anchored in 3D space.Results In this paper we make two major contributions.First,we propose a technique for managing the layout and rendering of annotations in Virtual/Augmented Reality scenarios by manipulating the annotations directly in 3D space.For this,we make use of Artificial Potential Fields and use 3D geometric constraints to adapt them in 3D space.Second,we introduce PartLabeling:an open source platform in the form of a web application that acts as a much-needed generic framework allowing to easily add labeling algorithms and 3D models.This serves as a catalyst for researchers in this field to make their algorithms and implementations publicly available,as well as ensure research reproducibility.The PartLabeling framework relies on a dataset that we generate as a subset of the original PartNet dataset consisting of models suitable for the label management task.The dataset consists of 10003D models with part annotations.
文摘目的探讨磁共振可变翻转角的三维快速自旋回波(3D-sampling perfection with application optimized contrast using different flip angle evolutions,3D-SPACE)序列检测大脑中动脉斑块内出血(intraplaque hemorrhage,IPH)的成像情况及其诊断价值。方法选取我院就诊的脑动脉粥样硬化的患者100例,所有患者均接受常规MRI检查、3D序列亮血时飞法MR血管成像(time-of-flight magnetic resonance angiography,TOFMRA),同时接受3D-SPACE序列检查。根据常规序列(T1WI、T2WI、3D TOF、T1WI-CE)图像综合评估IPH,并根据患者的临床、影像学结果对所有患者进行评估,将患者分为有症状组和无症状组。对比两组患者3D-SPACE序列评估斑块信号的高低情况,同时对比3D-SPACE及常规MRI各序列对IPH的评估效果。结果有症状组72例患者中通过3D-SPACE序列共检测出142个斑块,其中斑块病灶信号强化2级98个(69.1%),仅11个(7.7%)斑块无信号强化;无症状组28例患者中共检测出49个斑块,其中35个斑块(71.5%)表现为无强化或1级强化。有症状组患者中IPH的发生率显著高于无症状组,同时有症状组患者中3D-SPACE序列信号强化程度显著高于无症状组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。评估191个斑块中共有112个为IPH,结果提示TOF、T1WI、3D-SPACE序列评估IPH具有较高的敏感性、特异性和一致性,其中3D-SPACE显示IPH的一致性最高。结论3.0T MRI 3D-Space序列能够有效的提示MCA粥样斑块的IPH情况,为合并颅内血管脑动脉斑块患者的危险程度评估及治疗提供参考依据,具有较高的诊断和临床价值。
文摘目的探讨术前增强3D SPACE STIR序列检查在减少L_(4~5)极外侧椎间融合术(extreme lateral interbody fusion,XLIF)术后股神经损伤中的作用。方法回顾分析2017年9月至2019年2月采用XLIF治疗37例L_(4~5)节段退行性疾病患者。传统组17例,男9例,女8例;年龄41~82岁,平均(63.3±12.7)岁;术前行传统MRI检查确认责任节段,术中采用椎间隙中点(Ⅱ~Ⅲ区交界处)处进行穿刺入路。改良组20例,男13例,女7例;年龄48~85岁,平均(65.4±12.3)岁;术前先行增强3D SPACE STIR序列检查,个体化选择穿刺点进行穿刺入路。统计改良组穿刺点分布情况,两组术后即刻、3个月、6个月、1年股神经损伤例数,术前及术后3个月、6个月、1年疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)及Oswestry功能障碍指数(oswestry disability index,ODI)。结果传统组17例患者选择Ⅱ~Ⅲ区交界处作为穿刺点;改良组20例患者中,穿刺位置选择Ⅰ区内1例,Ⅰ~Ⅱ区交界处13例,Ⅱ~Ⅲ区交界处6例。所有患者术后均获得随访,随访时间1年。随着时间推移,术后VAS及ODI均较术前明显改善,两组患者都未出现融合器下沉、移位、血管损伤、输尿管损伤的并发症。改良组术后即刻股前区麻木、下肢运动障碍例数均小于传统组(P<0.05)。结论根据增强3D SPACE STIR序列检查制定个体化XLIF可减少XLIF术后股神经损伤。

文摘In this paper, relations between directional derivatives are considered for smooth functions both in 2D and 3D spaces. These relations are established in the form of linear combinations of directional derivatives with their coefficients having simple form and structural regularity. By them, expressions based on directional derivatives for some typical differential operators are derived. This builds up a solid mathematical foundation for further study on numerical computation by the finite point method based on directional difference.

文摘Seamless navigation has attracted lots of attention and many methods have been reported in the literature or made available as commercial applications.The process of navigation can be interpreted as a continuous movement of 3D objects from one unoccupied 3D indoor/outdoor space to another.From a technical perspective,a 3D navigation model is one of the critical components that should be available to perform successful navigation.A major approach to build a unified navigation model to support seamless path computation is linking indoor navigation networks to outdoor road/street-based networks.Because of different sources of indoor and outdoor navigation networks,the major approach fails to build up true seamless navigation models.With regards to this,we propose a unified 3D space-based navigation model(U3DSNM).The presented model ensures all types of spaces for navigation(indoor,semi-indoor,semi-outdoor,and outdoor)have the same representation,management methods,and network derivation approach,thereby building up unified navigation networks to support seamless navigation paths planning.The model can be linked to the international standards(data models)that are also based on spaces,such as IndoorGML and the on-going version of CityGML 3.0.Three navigation path planning cases show the feasibility of U3DSNM.

This paper introduces a 3D-PIC code that computes the potential of the bunch in the rest frame by means of Poisson's equation. FFT is applied as Poisson solvers. The details and the results are presented as well as error analysis.
文摘Fire rescue challenges and solutions have evolved from straightfor-ward plane rescue to encompass 3D space due to the rise of high-rise city buildings.Hence,this study facilitates a system with quick and simplified on-site launching and generates real-time location data,enabling fire rescuers to arrive at the intended spot faster and correctly for effective and precise rescue.Auto-positioning with step-by-step instructions is proposed when launching the locating system,while no extra measuring instrument like Total Station(TS)is needed.Real-time location tracking is provided via a 3D space real-time locating system(RTLS)constructed using Ultra-wide Bandwidth technology(UWB),which requires electromagnetic waves to pass through concrete walls.A hybrid weighted least squares with a time difference of arrival(WLS/TDOA)positioning method is proposed to address real path-tracking issues in 3D space and to meet RTLS requirements for quick computing in real-world applications.The 3D WLS/TDOA algorithm is theoretically constructed with the Cramer-Rao lower bound(CRLB).The computing complexity is reduced to the lower bound for embedded hardware to directly compute the time differential of the arriving signals using the time-to-digital converter(TDC).The results of the experiments show that the errors are controlled when the positioning algorithm is applied in various complicated situations to fulfill the requirements of engineering applications.The statistical analysis of the data reveals that the proposed UWB RTLS auto-positioning system can track target tags with an accuracy of 0.20 m.
文摘Objective Io evaluate changes in morphology of the cesarean scar and uterus between one and two years after cesarean section using high-resolution,three dimensional T2-weighted sampling perfection with application optimized contrast using diflerent flip angle evolutions Magnetic Resonance Imaging(3DT2w SPACE MRI).Methods This prospective study was performed to investigate morphological changes in the cesarean scars and uterus from one to two years after cesarean section using high-resolution,3D T2w SPACE MRI.The healthy volunteers having no childbearing history were recruited as the controls.All data were measured by two experienced radiologists.All data with normal distribution between the one-year and two-year groups were compared using a paired-sample t test or independent t test.Results Finally,46 women took a pelvic MR examination one year after cesarean section,and a subset of 15 completed the same examination again after two years of cesarean section.Both the uterine length and the anterior wall thickness after two years of cesarean section(5.75±0.46 and 1.45±0.35 cm)were significantly greater than those measured at one year(5.33±0.59 and 1.25±0.27 cm)(t=-2.363 and-2.175,P=0.033 and 0.048).No significant difference was shown in myometrial thickness two years after cesarean section(1.45±0.35 cm)with respect to the control group(1.58±0.21 cm,P=0.170).Nine women who underwent MRI twice were considered to have scar diverticula one year after cesarean section,and still had diverticula two years after cesarean section.The thickness,height,and width of the uterine scar showed no significant change from one to two years(all P>0.05).Conclusions 3D T2w SPACE MRI provides overall morphologic details and shows dynamic changes in the scar and the uterus between one and two years after cesarean section.Scar morphology after cesarean section reached relatively stable one year after cesarean section,and uterine morphology was closer to normal two years after cesarean section.
