Origins and Popularization of Traditional Chinese Therapies in Argentina at the End of 20th Century: the Case of Daniel Alegre

Various resources of the so-called traditional Chinese medicine, such as taijiquan, massage, diets, or acupuncture, have become widely available in the everyday therapeutic culture of contemporary Argentina. While these resources can be found in the first half of the 20th century, it is evident that from the 1960s onward their presence is more evident, with a strong emphasis from the 1980s on. This article aims to describe the reception and popularization of body and therapeutic techniques of traditional Chinese medicine in Argentina in the 1980s through the case of Daniel Alegre, a key figure in the dissemination of Chinese therapeutic techniques. To do so, it focuses on certain key mediators in the popularization of techniques such as taijiquan and Chinese massage: teachers, promoters, and specialized magazines. All these mediators are key artifacts in the processes of massification and dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine in a broader emerging horizon associated with two simultaneous processes, the Chinese cultural transnationalization and the boom of new forms of holistic management of personal well-being.

基于Daniel及Mann-kendall检验的辽西北地区降雨量趋势分析

为探索辽西北地区降雨特征及其发生规律,采用辽西北地区5个市21个气象站1952~2006年间的气象资料,应用Daniel及Mann-Kendall检验方法对辽西北地区降雨量的年际变化及季节变化趋势进行分析,并应用Mann-Kendall对降雨量进行突变性检验。分析结果表明:虽然两种方法是从不同时间段对辽西北地区降雨量进行检验,但二者结果基本吻合,整体上辽西北地区降雨量呈下降趋势,且变化比较稳定;辽西北地区虽个别城市在一些年份降雨出现了上升趋势,但整体上还是下降趋势较显著,这与趋势分析结果相似,也与实际情况相符。

年龄校正的D-二聚体联合Daniel心电图评分在急性肺栓塞中的诊断价值

目的探讨年龄校正的D-二聚体联合Daniel心电图评分在急性肺栓塞(APE)中的诊断价值。方法158例年龄校正的D-二聚体阳性疑似急性肺栓塞患者,根据肺动脉CT血管造影(CTA)检查结果分为急性肺栓塞组(急性肺栓塞患者)和对照组(无急性肺栓塞患者),每组79例。两组均进行Daniel心电图评分。比较两组Daniel心电图评分,并应用ROC曲线评估其对急性肺栓塞的诊断价值。结果急性肺栓塞组的Daniel心电图评分(3.97±2.19)分显著高于对照组的(1.52±1.42)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线下面积为0.832(标准误为0.033),面积95%CI=(0.767,0.897),Daniel心电图评分越大诊断肺栓塞的可能性越大,最佳界值为2分,在该处敏感性和特异度为最大,以≥2分诊断肺栓塞的敏感性为82.28%,特异度为75.95%。结论年龄校正的D-二聚体联合Daniel心电图评分在急性肺栓塞中具有较好的诊断价值。

修正Geneva评分与Daniel心电图评分对肺栓塞的诊断价值比较

【摘要】目的评价修正Geneva评分与Daniel心电图评分对肺栓塞的诊断价值，并探讨两者联用后对肺栓塞诊断的敏感度及特异度的影响。方法疑似肺栓塞患者41例。分别获得修正Geneva评分分值与及Daniel心电图评分分值，再进行肺动脉CTA检查以确诊。应用ROC曲线比较两者对肺栓塞的诊断价值。并观察联合应用后诊断肺栓塞的敏感度及特异度。结果修正Geneva评分对肺栓塞的最佳诊断分值为5分，以≥5分预测肺栓塞，敏感度85_7％。特异度92．3％。Daniel心电图评分对肺栓塞诊断的最佳分值为2分，以≥2分预测肺栓塞，敏感度83．1％，特异度76．9％。修正Geneva评分的AUC为0870±0．060（P〈0．001，95％Cl：0．752～0．987）。Daniel心电图评分诊断肺栓塞的AUC为0．875±0．065（P=0．002，95％CI：0．748～1．002。z=1．016，P〉0．05）。结论修正Geneva评分与Daniel心电图评分对肺栓塞均有良好的诊断价值（AUC均在0-7～0．9），但无差异，两者合用可提高肺栓塞诊断的敏感度。

On Daniel Bell's The Cultural Contradictions of Capitalism

This article makes a brief introduces to Daniel Bell's The Cultural Contradictions of Capitalism which explores how a bourgeois economy coexists with an anti-bourgeois culture. This article is comprised of four parts including the concept of culture、the disjunction of three realms(economics, politics and culture)、the cultural contradictions of capitalism and the evaluation on Daniel Bell's theory. It offers a close look into the inner relation between different spheres in the capitalist society illustrated in Bell's book, and Bell's theory in terms of cultural contradictions of capitalism will be concretely elaborated.

Anti-Melanogenesis Effect of Daniellic Acid Isolated from <i>Daniellia oliveri</i>(Rolfe) Hutch. &Dalziel (Leguminosae) Oleoresin of Burkina Faso

Over the past years, natural products have been used as useful candidates for prevention and treatment of skin disorders such as skin darkening. In this current research, Daniellia oliveri which was a potential source of cosmeceutical agent was selected to investigate its active components. Daniellic acid isolated from the oleoresin was characterized by using data from 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, HSQC, IR, and online chemo-informatic analysis. The daniellic acid antioxidant, anti-proliferative, and tyrosinase inhibition capabilities were evaluated. This compound possessed an anti-DPPH and iron (III) reducing effect compared to quercetin. It was able to inhibit 9 tumor cells with IC50 going from 0.03 mM (U373) to 0.14 mM (Malme-3M). Interestingly daniellic acid inhibits tyrosinase activity with 1.20 mM as IC50. The tyrosinase inhibition mechanism was noncompetitive mixed-type with un-significant effect on cell melanogenesis. Daniellic acids induced a half-reduction of melanin production in B16F10 cell in IBMX stimulation (p < 0.05). The same observation was effective in Malme-3M melanin production with a significant daniellic acid action than kojic acid (p < 0.05) without reducing cell viabilities. This bioactive daniellic acid could explain the traditional uses of oleoresins from Daniellia oliveri for genitor-urinary tract diseases treatments, wound healing, and skin ailments in Burkina Faso.

为了研究平行钢丝拉索丹尼尔效应随钢丝数的变化规律，以85φ5mm钢丝拉索索力仿真计算为例，采用蒙特卡罗法分析了不同钢丝数目平行钢丝索的丹尼尔效应。应用Matlab软件生成钢丝抗拉强度随机样本，引入矩阵计算简化分析过程。通过回归分析得出拉索丹尼尔效应计算的计算式。研究结果表明，拉索钢丝抗拉强度的平均值、标准差及衰减因子随钢丝数增加而减小，其衰减规律服从多项式分布；当钢丝数在10—50之间时，拉索丹尼尔效应十分显著；当钢丝数在50—100之间时，丹尼尔效应逐渐减弱；当钢丝数大于100以后，随着拉索钢丝数的增加，钢丝的平均抗拉强度衰减缓慢，拉索丹尼尔效应趋于稳定。
