To investigate the mechanism of the induced cell differentiation, an improved DDRT PCR technique was applied to screen the differentially expressed genes between K562 cells and the matrine treated cells. The sequences of the fragments of the differentially expressed genes were obtained by sequencing following the T A cloned fragments identified by restriction endonuclease, and analyzed with bioinformatics. The results indicated that the multiple gene expression known already changed in the process of induced cell differentiation and an unknown gene fragment was cloned. It suggested that the differentially expressed genes acted as cell differentiation related genes involved in the early phase of the induced cell differentiation.展开更多
