Either triethylamine or diethylenetriamine can be conveniently used as a dynamic modifier to suppress the adsorption of basic proteins in capillary zone electrophoresis. Sufficiently high column efficiencies (> 2x10(5) plates/m for cytochrome C) were obtained with either of them along with the improvement of the peak shapes and repeatability of migration time. The relationship between the adsorption suppression effect of the modifier and its structure was discussed. 展开更多

The compound crystallizes in the tetragonal system, space group I^-4 with a = 10.250(3), b = 10.250(3), c = 9.054(2) V = 951.2(5)A^3, Mr = 486.95, Z = 2, F(000) = 504, Dc = 1.700 g/cm&3,μ = 3.083 mm^-1, λ. = 0.71073A, the final R = 0.0226 and wR = 0.0642. The symmetric crystal smacture consists of a zinc complex cation [Zn(dien)2]^2+ and a zinc tetrachloride aniOn [ZnC14]^2-, forming a three, dimensional framework through intrmnolecular and intermolecular hydrogen bonds. 展开更多

Polyols are groups of organic compounds which contain carbon and are randomly linked to other atoms,especially carbon-carbon and carbon-hydrogen.These compounds are mainly used as reactants to make other polymers.Among biopolymers,lignin is regarded as the base of a new polymer in polyol construction.The present study aimed to investigate the effects of amine type(diethylenetriamine and ethylenediamine)on the modification of lignin-based polyols,so as to provide an alternative to petroleum polyols and,in turn,increase functional groups and reduce their harm to humans’health and the environment.To this aim,first,lignin was extracted from raw liquor.Next,the extracted lignin was reacted with diethylenetriamine(DETA)and ethylenediamine(EDA).Finally,the Mannich method was used for the reaction between amine lignin and propylene carbonate.The results of the Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy analysis showed that modification with DETA led to more structural change in lignin and peak 1100 indicates the presence of C–O bond related to urethane bonds in modified lignin.Moreover,adding propylene carbonate to aminated lignin did not result in much change in the results of the FTIR analysis.Additionally,urethane bonds can be seen in the results of GPC at 400℃–500℃.Furthermore,a slight decrease in thermal stability was observed in lignin modified with amine and propylene carbonate,compared to the raw lignin sample. 展开更多

BACKGROUND A 70-year-old man with hepatitis C virus-related recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma was admitted for further diagnosis of a 1 cm iso-hyperechoic nodule in segment(S)5.CASE SUMMARY Gadolinium ethoxybenzyl diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(EOB-MRI)revealed the nodule in S5 with a defect at the hepatobiliary phase,hyperintensity on diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)and hypointensity on apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)map.Contrast-enhanced computed tomography revealed hypervascularity at the early phase,and delayed contrast-enhancement was observed at the late phase.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound(US)revealed incomplete defect at the late vascular phase.Inflammatory liver tumor,lymphoproliferative disease,intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(small duct type)and bile duct adenoma were suspected through the imaging studies.US guided biopsy,however,showed a noncaseating hepatic sarcoid-like epithelioid granuloma(HSEG),and histopathological analysis disclosed spindle shaped epithelioid cells harboring Langhans-type multinucleated giant cells.One month after admission,EOB-MRI signaled the disappearance of the defect at the hepatobiliary phase,of hyperintensity on DWI,of hypointensity on ADC map,and no stain at the early phase.CONCLUSION That the patient had received BNT162b2 messenger RNA(mRNA)coronavirus disease 2019 vaccination 3 mo before the occurrence of HSEG,and that its disappearance was confirmed 4 mo after mRNA vaccination suggested that the drug-induced sarcoidosis-like reaction(DISR)might be induced by the mRNA vaccination.Fortunately,rechallenge of drug-induced DISR with the third mRNA vaccination was not confirmed. 展开更多

Clinical value of gadoxetic acid-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging in surgery for hepatocellular carcinoma- with a special emphasis on early hepatocellular carcinoma 被引量:1

Gadoxetic acid- or gadolinium ethoxybenzyl diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(EOB-MRI) achieves excellent lesion detection and characterization for both hypervascular hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) in arterial phase imagingand hypovascular early HCC(small well-differentiated HCC of the vaguely nodular type) in hepatobiliary phase imaging, and has become an indispensable imaging modality in the treatment of HCC. Early HCCs have been detected more frequently since the introduction of EOB-MRI into daily clinical practice. Early HCC is known to progress to conventional hypervascular HCC, and many risk factors have been identified for the hypervascularization of early HCC including the diameter of the tumor, presence of fat, and imaging findings of EOB-MRI. The rate of the development of hypervascular HCC was previously reported to be high in patients with chronic liver disease and early HCC. The presence of early HCC is regarded as a predictor for the recurrence of HCC following hepatic resection. On the other hand, although early HCC itself is currently not regarded as a target lesion for hepatic resection, early HCC at high risk of hypervascularity needs to be treated by local ablation therapy. If concomitant early HCC with progressed HCC is at high risk of hypervascularization and the functional liver reserve of a patient is sufficient, its simultaneous treatment at the time of hepatic resection for progressed HCC is recommended. Further studies on larger numbers of patients are needed before this strategy is adopted. 展开更多

Two different vanadium units exist in the crystal cell of [VO2(C17H11N3O2)][VO- (C4H13N3)(C6H5N3O)](C2H5OH) which crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 8.0104(17), b = 13.898(3), c = 14.955(3)A, α = 89.103(4), β = 79.551(4), γ = 78.352(4)°, V = 1603.3(6)A^3, Mr = 723.54, Dc = 1.499 g/cm^3, Z = 2, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 ]A,μ= 0.644 mm^-1, F(000) = 748, the final R = 0.0547 and wR = 0.0997 for 8920 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). According to structure analysis, two different molecules are arranged in the lattice and the two vanadium atoms adopt octahedral and square pyramidal coordination geometries, respectively. In the research, aminoethyl imidazolines of cottonseed oil fatty acids with diethylenetriamine have been synthesized using the ultrasonic device creating the effect of cavitation. The yield of imidazolines was 90% - 95%. The influence of the synthesized imidazolines on lubricity quality of low sulfur diesel fuels having low lubricating quality was studied. The results showed that at concentrations 200 - 250 ppm the synthesized imidazolines can be applied as additives enhancing lubricity quality of diesel fuels. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Biliary adenofibroma(BF)is a rare benign epithelial tumor with the possibility of malignant transformation.Its main pathological feature is a well-defined cystic or honeycomb mass.BF has no specific clinical manifestations or laboratory and imaging findings;thus,it is easily misdiagnosed before surgery.This report describes a case in which biliary cystadenoma was misdiagnosed preoperatively and BF was diagnosed postoperatively.The imaging features,particularly the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)features,were analyzed and summarized.CASE SUMMARY A 68-year-old Chinese man was admitted to our hospital with a 2-mo history of abdominal discomfort.Following admission to our hospital,laboratory examinations showed normal tumor marker concentrations and liver function.Hepatocellular carcinoma was considered after contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination.MRI suggested the possibility of cystadenoma of the bile duct.However,postoperative pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of BF.No local recurrence was found 1 mo after surgery.CONCLUSION Our objective is to highlight the imaging diagnostic value of BF,especially on an MRI enhanced scan with gadolinium ethoxybenzyl diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid. 展开更多

Polyamine-based scavenger resins containing 2, 3 and 4 nitrogen atoms have been prepared and their comparative efficacy to scavenge appropriate electrophilic chemicals (acids, acid chlorides, isocyanates and aldehydes) from solutions has been studied. As expected, the scavenging efficiency is directly proportional to the number of nucleophic nitrogens present on the resin. The results have been compared with the performance of the popular scavenger resin, namely, tris(2-aminoethyl)amine resin, to conclude that the low-cost polyamine resins now prepared can be conveniently used as effectively as the expensive commercial product. 展开更多
