常规的规划可靠性算法是基于元件的稳态统计参数评估方法,它只反映了系统某些固定模式下的长期可靠性水平,而忽略了实时运行条件对可靠性的影响。因此,基于当前运行状态,预测系统在未来短期时间内的可靠性水平与连锁故障风险是非常有必要的。提出一种基于双重方差减少技术(dual variance reduction,DVR)的模拟方法,该方法综合控制变量和Dagger抽样对电力系统进行短期可靠性评估。其中基于离线计算的方差减少(offline calculation based variance reduction,OCVR)是以保存的状态可靠性试验函数为控制变量;而Dagger抽样则进一步提高了抽样效率。通过RTS-79系统的10种情况分析发电机组、输电线路、系统负荷水平及Dagger抽样参数Na对短期可靠性评估算法效率的影响,证明该算法达到了短期可靠性快速评估的要求,在保证计算精度的基础上,提高了收敛速度。
