基于密度泛函理论的S掺杂碳载体负载Pt催化剂对氧还原反应的影响

采用密度泛函方法对比研究了Pt/C催化剂中碳载体掺S前后对氧还原反应(ORR)的影响。从电荷分布、态密度及d带中心等性质出发,分析了金属-载体间相互作用,研究了ORR各物种在催化剂上的吸附并计算了ORR过电势。结果表明:S掺杂使得碳载体表面发生了电子转移,S上的电子转移到邻近的C原子上,负载Pt纳米颗粒后,Pt金属上的电子转移给了碳载体;Pt在S掺杂碳载体上的吸附更强,形成了Pt—C键和Pt—S键,Pt纳米颗粒的分散度和稳定性得到了提升;掺S使得催化剂d带中心下降,对ORR各中间体的吸附减弱,ORR过电势降低,表明掺S能提高催化剂的催化活性。

“S”型隧道近距离上穿既有盾构隧道的变形控制方法

依托呼和浩特市新建“S”型地下连接通道近距离上穿既有地铁2号线工程,采用有限元数值模拟和现场监测相结合的方法,对砂袋压重范围、砂袋压重高度以及中隔壁拆除方式进行了对比分析,得出了对既有盾构隧道变形控制的最优方案。研究表明:(1)既有盾构隧道各阶段最大变形位置随新建隧道的掘进而动态变化,施工完毕后最大变形出现在既有盾构隧道远端,这是由于新建隧道开挖至盾构正上方时,该位置受到的施工扰动影响最大,是变形控制的重点区域;(2)采用砂袋压重对既有盾构隧道的变形控制效果较为明显,变形控制效果基本在25%~30%之间,但增加压重范围和压重高度对减小隆起变形幅度影响不大,基本在4%~6%之间,考虑到施工经济性,选用压重范围为49~87榀,压重高度为2.0 m的压重措施方案;(3)采用不同的中隔壁拆除方式对隧道隆起变形有较大影响,为了便于及时形成稳定的受力体系,选用了“隔一拆二”的拆除方式。通过采取合理的砂袋压重措施和中隔壁拆除方式,在上穿施工中有效控制了既有盾构隧道的隆起变形,施工完毕后既有盾构隧道道床变形为2.68 mm,接近道床实测数据2.51 mm,满足规范要求(4.00 mm),可为类似工程提供相关借鉴经验。

基于IMO分级的MASS岸基操控人员法律地位探析

随着AI技术的发展,人工智能与传统设备的结合已深刻改变了人类的生产生活。MASS(Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships)全称为海上自主水面船舶,其作为人工智能的产物,代表着未来船舶的发展趋势,也推动MASS岸基操控人员这一新兴海事主体的产生。“自动化”并不意味着在MASS的操作过程中完全消除人员因素的干扰,在IMO所定义的MASS发展四阶段中,人在循环中的角色是不断变化的,其职能、责任、法律地位均有所不同,关于岸基操控人员法律地位的认定,具有基础性和高度优先性。L1级别MASS无需岸基操控人员;L2级别MASS岸基操控人员可视作L3级别岸基操控人员的实习或见习期;L3级别岸基操控人员可视为船长或“外部船长”;L4级别MASS系统的优先程度高于人,岸基操控人员仅具有“监督”与作出“降级”决定的职责,不排除其成为新兴海事主体的可能性。

Production of microbial oils co-fermented by Trichoderma.koningii and Trichosporon cutaneum with Daqu distiller's grains

Abstract： Daqu distiller＇s grains were co-fermented as raw materials by Trichoderma.koningii and Trichosporon cutaneum to produce microbial oils, which can provide raw materials for bio-diesel development. The single factor tests were used to investigate the effects of ratio of strains, inoculum size, culture temperature and culture time on the production of microbial oils. The best processing conditions were obtained by orthogonal test through measuring the content of microbial oils in product. The result shows that the microbial oils content of the co-fermented product under the ratio of Trichoderma.koningii to Trichosporon cutaneum of 1：1, the inoculum size of strains of 11% at 28 ℃ for 6 d is 7.15 g/L. It is shown that the production of microbial oils co-fermented by Trichoderma.koningii and Trichosporon cutaneum with Daqu distiller＇s grains is possible. The research provides a new idea for the reuse of Daqu distiller＇s grains and also provides a new way for the development of microbial oils.

Fractional Optical Solitons and Fractional Noether’s Theorem with Ortigueira’s Centered Derivatives

This paper shows that the centered fractional derivatives introduced by Manuel Duarte Ortigueira in 2006 are useful in the description of optical solitons. It is shown that we can construct a fractional extension of the nonlinear Schrödinger (NLS) equation which incorporates Ortigueira’s derivatives and has soliton solutions. It is also shown that this fractional NLS equation has a Lagrangian density and can be derived from a variational principle. Finally, a fractional extension of Noether’s theorem is formulated to determine the conserved quantities associated to the invariances of the action integral under infinitesimal transformations.

以S公司的人力资源管理变革为研究对象,通过收集相关人力资源变革资料后发现,按照责任中心划分,S公司的人力资源变革经历了成本中心-利润中心-投资中心3个阶段。S公司在规模逐渐扩大后,通过建立人力资源共享服务中心在内部向其提供服务的业务单位实行虚拟收费,完成其向利润中心型人力资源管理转变;待其成熟后,将其投资设立为人力资源服务全资子公司,对内对外提供人力资源服务,自负盈亏,至此人力资源管理展现迈向投资中心的趋势。

基于Andersen行为模型的农村老年人日间照料中心养老意愿及影响因素分析

[目的]分析农村老年人日间照料中心养老意愿及影响因素。[方法]以Andersen行为模型为指导,于2022年9-11月,通过问卷调查收集农村老年人资料,运用Logistic回归模型从倾向性因素、使能因素、需求性因素分析农村老年人养老意愿的影响因素。[结果]490位老年人中,有270位老年人愿意日间照料中心养老。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示:与男性老年人相比,女性老年人日间照料养老意愿是其2.477倍;与养老观念的开放程度中不赞同及非常不赞同相比,不确定、比较赞同、非常赞同老年人日间照料养老意愿是其20.883倍、86.527倍和161.23倍;与家人不赞同相比,家人赞同的老年人日间照料养老意愿是其89.204倍;与子女往来不密切的相比,与子女关系良好,节假日均会探望的老年人日间照料养老意愿是其0.255倍;与步行老年人日间照料中心不到15分钟相比,步行到中心需要30~45分钟、45分钟以上老年人日间照料养老意愿是其0.18倍和0.096倍;与无慢性病老年人相比,患有3种慢性病的老年人日间照料养老意愿是其0.173倍。[结论]农村老年人日间照料中心养老意愿一般,性别、养老观念的开放程度、家人的态度、子女关系、步行到老年人日间照料中心时间、慢性病患病种数对农村老年人日间照料中心养老意愿有显著影响。

Non-Perturbative Guiding Center and Stochastic Gyrocenter Transformations:Gyro-Phase Is the Kaluza-Klein 5^(th) Dimension also for Reconciling General Relativity with Quantum Mechanics

The non perturbative guiding center transformation is extended to the relativistic regime and takes into account electromagnetic fluctuations. The main solutions are obtained in covariant form: the gyrating particle and the guiding particle solutions, both in gyro-kinetic as in MHD orderings. Moreover, the presence of a gravitational field is also considered. The way to introduce the gravitational field is original and based on the Einstein conjecture on the feasibility to extend the general relativity theory to include electromagnetism by geometry, if applied to the extended phase space. In gyro-kinetic theory, some interesting novelties appear in a natural way, such as the exactness of the conservation of a magnetic moment, or the fact that the gyro-phase is treated as the non observable fifth dimension of the Kaluza-Klein model. Electrodynamics becomes non local, without the inconsistency of self-energy. Finally, the gyrocenter transformation is considered in the presence of stochastic e.m. fluctuations for explaining quantum behaviors via Nelson’s approach. The gyrocenter law of motion is the Schrödinger equation.

200 Gbit/s SR4光收发模块的研究与设计

针对互联网的高速发展,现代数据中心寻求一种高速率、高带宽的信息传输方式。光纤通信因其大容量以及低损耗的特点脱颖而出。光收发模块是光纤通信系统中完成光电信号转换的关键部件。该文重点分析了200 Gbit/s SR4光收发模块的基本原理,主要阐述了模块的发射单元、接收单元、管理单元及数字处理芯片4个部分。测试了200 Gbit/s SR4光收发模块的主要指标,测试结果表明,模块可以满足协议的各项要求。

综合性国家科学中心“四象限双循环”建设路径研究

科学技术已经成为影响和改变全球竞争格局的关键变量。为了强化战略科技力量,国家决策建设综合性国家科学中心,实践正在行动,理论探讨却很不够。在回顾世界科学中心转移及有关综合性国家科学中心研究既有文献的基础上,参照布鲁金斯学会提出的二维象限模式,提出了改进的四象限模型。在此基础上,对正在建设的四大综合性国家科学中心建设内容进行了归类和比较,立足于建设目标与建设实践界定了综合性国家科学中心内涵和功能,进一步提出了中国综合性国家科学中心的“四象限双循环”建设逻辑。最后,围绕建设主体、建设内容、建设逻辑、建设保障、建成运营提出了五点建设路径思考,试图打通基础科学研究、技术科学研究、技术研发、技术商业化和人才培养及科学普及的内在逻辑,为中国综合性国家科学中心建设提供参考。

“一所看得见未来的儿童大学”:教授校长治校理念的创生与探索

为发挥大学服务基础教育均衡发展的作用,2021年,上海师范大学委派笔者担任上海师范大学附属第五实验学校的创校校长。基于多年的基础教育研究和管理经验,笔者确立了“一所看得见未来的儿童大学”的办学理念,以及“为未来而教,为未来而学”的教学目标,树立儿童主体性地位,培养服务儿童未来发展的教师,开发服务儿童未来生活的课程,旨在培养与未来同行的大格局、宽视野、优表达、精实践、强创造的儿童。
