Research on Grade Renewing of Cultivated Land at County Level:A Case Study of Daxing District,Beijing

To create a scientific way to renew the grades of cultivated land at county level, monitoring points were set up according to the monitoring control regions and grade types of cultivated land in Daxing District, Beijing, and soil samples were collected to carry out chemical analysis. Afterwards, the input and output data of cultivated land in each village were surveyed to renew the grades of cultivated land. The results indicate that the average natural grade of cultivated land was 8.4, which was equal to that of 2004; the average utilization grade was 8.1, which was slightly higher than that of 2004; the average economic grade was 9.9, which was lower than that of 2004. It is concluded that it is scientific to renew cultivated land grades through scientifically setting monitoring points according to the monitoring control regions and grade types of cultivated land.

Big Data Analysis and Optimization Suggestions of Cultural Facilities in Shijingshan District,Beijing City

With the successful holding of Beijing Winter Olympic Games in 2022,the planning and cultural services of Shijingshan District have been reviewed,but the systematic planning theory has not been fully applied.Through the big data research method,the location advantages and disadvantages of Shijingshan District were analyzed,and the distribution of its cultural facilities was defined.Feasible optimization schemes were proposed according to its advantages and disadvantages as well as the experience and conditions of the Winter Olympics.

Epidemiological Characteristics of An Outbreak of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome in Dongcheng District of Beijing From March to May 2003

Objective To describe epidemiologic features of an outbreak of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) in Dongcheng District, Beijing occurred in a period between March and May 2003. Methods Data of SARS cases notified from Dongcheng District Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC )and supplemented by other channels were collected. Clinicians and officials of local hospitals were interviewed in groups and medical records of fatal cases of SARS were reviewed to verify the diagnosis. Stored serum specimens of the patients were detected for IgG antibody against SARS Co-V by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). All the data were input into dataset files by Microsoft Excel-2000 software and analyzed with SPSS version 10.0 software. Results Outbreak of SARS in Dongcheng District started on March 14, 2003 with a peak in mid- and late April, and dropped in early May. A total of 572 reported cases were collected during this period in Dongcheng District, Beijing, and 99 of them were excluded from SARS, because of diagnosis of common cold, regular pneumonia, measles and rubella, etc. Actually, 473 SARS cases, which included 390 (82.5%) probable cases and 83 (17.5%) suspect cases, were analyzed. About 90% of the probable cases were positive for IgG antibody. Attack rate of SARS in permanent residents of Dongcheng District was 28.3 per 100 000. Forty-one of them died, with a case-fatality rate of 8.7%. Persons were all susceptible to infection of SARS Co-V, with the highest proportion at ages of 20-50 years, which accounted for 68.7% of the total cases. Average age of the patients at their onset was 40.7 years. No gender difference in SARS cases was found. Number of SARS cases in health-care workers (HCWs) accounted for 18.0% and that in retired workers accounted for 15.4% of the total cases. Cases occurred in all 10 sub-districts of Dongcheng, with the highest in Beixinqiao and Andingmen Sub-districts. Totally, 230 of the 572 notified cases (40.2%) were hospitalized at local hospitals under the jurisdiction of Dongcheng District. Eighteen of 85 cases of SARS occurred in HCWs of local hospitals, accounting for 4.5% of the total number of HCWs working at wards caring for SARS patients or fever clinics. There were 34.7% of SARS cases without any histories of contact before the onset of the disease. Familial aggregation phenomena were observed in 41.8% of the cases and 18.1% of households. And 7.4% (attack rate ) of those exposed to SARS cases suffered from the illness during the periods of quarantine. Conclusions SARS appeared to be infectious in origin and caused outbreak in Dongcheng District, Beijing introduced by an imported case traveling from Hong Kong in a period between March and May 2003. People are all susceptible to infection of SARS Co-V, which mainly threatens the young adults and the middle-aged, as well as HCWs and the retired workers. The main mode of transmission is direct exposure to SARS patients in a near distance at hospitals or families via droplets spread. Prevention and control of SARS should be focused on early isolation of patients and quarantine for close contacts. Current available measures to prevent and control SARS are proved to be effective.

GAS harbors a host of virulence factors that contribute to its complex pathogenicity and differences in the disease severity and frequency. M protein, one of the major virulence factors, is encoded by the emm gene induces a type of specific host immune response and confers antiphagocytic properties.

Investigation on Mental Health Status among High School Students at Grade 3 in Haidian District of Beijing

Objective.To understand and analyze the mental health status of key Senior School Students at grade 3 in Haidian District of Bey ing and Senior Three Students in General Schools,so as to provide basis for mental health education and psychological intervention.Methods.A total of 263 senior three students were randomly selected from a general school and two key school in Haidian District of Beijing.A questionnaire survey was conducted using the Mental Health Scale for Chinese Middle School Students(MSSMHS).Results.Of the 260 students surveyed,54.2%had mental health problems,36.5%had mild problems,8.8%had moderate problems,and 0.5%had slightly and deeply serious problems.The first three factors about examined rates of factors of mental health were anxiety,learning and interpersonal relationship.The detection rates accounted for 23.5%,23.1%and 18.8%respectively.There was no significant difference in the scores of each factor between key and ordinary middle school students(P>0.05).The scores of interpersonal,depression,anxiety and emotional factors of middle school girls were higher than those of boys,with statistical significance(P<0.05)?Conclusion.There are some mental health problems among senior students at grade 3 in Haidian District of Beijing,and female students9 are serious.Schools,families and societies should pay attention to this problem and strengthen mental health education with a focused goal.

Planning of Industrial Land for Green Belts in Chaoyang District of Beijing:Its Effects, Dilemmas, and Solutions

Beijing's green belt policy is three-fold:fi rstly to protect farmers' interests during urbanization, secondly to control the urban expansion, and thirdly to improve the ecological environment. The planning of industrial land for green belts has thus emerged as a way to help achieve these goals during Beijing's urban growth from morphological, social, and economic perspectives. First of all, this paper introduces the implementation mechanisms of the planning of industrial land for green belts, from which it abstracts a model of land adjustment and urban-rural cooperation. Secondly, the paper analyzes the effects and current dilemmas during the implementation of the planning of industrial land for green belts. Thirdly, results are compared with other spontaneously developed industries in the rural-urban fringe area to illustrate the changes brought about by the planning. Finally, the paper proposes three measures for future improvement, including balancing the industrial land use quotas between different townships, conducting cooperative land adjustment, and encouraging spontaneously developed industrial projects.

Streets Place-Making in Beijing’s Innovative Districts: From the Perspective of Public Assets and Property Rights

Around the globe, streets and sidewalks in cities are being contested as spaces that should be used for more than transportation. This paper analyzes street spaces as public goods, or their nature as a 'public pool,' from the perspective of property rights. After conducting a picture for the use of public street spaces in two innovative districts in Beijing via big data description and field investigation, this paper analyzes the use of public spaces from the perspective of property rights, spatial supply and demand, and the distribution and management of public goods. It further proposes three strategies for street design transformation, including refined management, design integrity, and planning priority transformation.

考虑微生物要素的土壤质量综合评价——以北京市平谷区为例

为探讨北京市平谷区土壤质量现状,本研究在传统的土壤质量综合评价体系基础上考虑了微生物要素,基于实地网格土壤采样的228个样本,从土壤肥力、土壤环境、土壤微生物3个维度选取11项土壤指标,采用土壤质量指数法定量分析各指标并计算土壤质量指数,综合评价北京市平谷区的土壤质量。结果表明:平谷区土壤质量综合指数(ISQI)在良好到优等范围内(0.60~0.96),平均值为0.74,平均土壤质量综合评价等级为良好。空间分布上整体呈现南低北高、西低东高的特征,北部熊儿寨乡、黄松峪乡及东部金梅湖镇等地区多为山地或林地,植被丰富,人为活动强度弱,土壤肥力水平高且微生物较为丰富,土壤质量综合评价等级相对较高;而西南部马坊镇、马昌营镇等地区土壤肥力水平低,微生物数量较少,综合质量评价等级相对较低。熊儿寨乡的ISQI最高,为0.81;平谷镇的ISQI最低,为0.64。平谷区不同土地利用类型ISQI排序为果园>林地>荒地>菜地>农田。研究表明,北京市平谷区土壤质量综合评价等级为良好,但空间差异明显,东北部多为山地和林地,综合评价等级为优等,中部及西南部多为农田菜地,综合评价等级为良好和中等,未来应注重科学施肥和土壤质量管理。

体育设施多维度时空供需匹配与优化——以北京市石景山区为例

体育设施的时间属性较强,时空供需失配较严重,需从时空间行为角度对其时空供需匹配进行分析。构建包含总量、时间、空间、项目“1+3”层面的体育设施时空供需匹配程度分析与优化研究框架,提出基于多源数据的体育设施时空供应量测度方法、基于居民体育生活方式的体育运动总量和分项目需求测度与供需匹配分析方法、基于手机信令活动特征的分时段需求测度与供需匹配分析方法、基于循环两步移动搜索法的分空间单元供需匹配分析方法、开放内部体育设施的潜在收益模拟测算方法。使用上述方法对北京市石景山区的体育设施供需匹配进行分析。分析结果显示,该区的人均公共体育用地指标虽已高于《北京城市总体规划(2016年—2035年)》目标,但体育设施时空供需总量,以及分时间段、分空间单元、分项目类型的时空供需间均存在缺口,缺口分别为需求总量的10.3%、16.7%、31.7%、38.3%。在分时间层面,缺口分布在一早一晚,且晨间缺口大于晚间缺口;在分空间层面,新开发区域供给缺口较大;在分项目层面,“三小球”的缺口最大,“三大球”次之。不同程度地开放学校体育设施可弥补总量33%~85%的缺口。
