This article explores the development path and mechanism of“double-qualified”teachers in private universities under digital transformation.Through literature review,theoretical analysis,and other research methods,this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the impact of digital technology on the development of“double-qualified”teachers in private colleges and universities and puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions.Research shows that digital transformation provides new opportunities and challenges for developing“double-qualified”teachers in private colleges and universities.To adapt to this trend,teachers must continuously improve their digital skills,and schools should establish a complete incentive mechanism and evaluation system,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education to promote the comprehensive development of“double-qualified”teachers,and provide a useful guideline for private universities to promote the development of“double-qualified”teachers in digital transformation.

Analysis of the Digital Transformation Development Path for Travel Enterprises

The travel industry is witnessing rapid changes due to the advent of digital technologies. Traditional travel enterprises face challenges from online travel agencies, sharing economy platforms, and new customer expectations. As a result, adapting to the digital age has become a necessity for their survival. This paper discusses the development path and related countermeasures of the digital transformation of tourism enterprises. In the literature review, the concept and significance of digitalization, industrial transformation and tourism digital transformation are analyzed. In the description of the evaluation index selection, the evaluation index of the digital development level of the tourism enterprises is determined, and the evaluation method of the entropy value method and the grey relative correlation degree analysis are introduced. Through data calculation and result analysis, the digital level and contribution of China’s tourism industry is evaluated. In the restriction analysis, the paper focuses on the constraints of online tourism, sustainable development, infrastructure, development potential and information technology level. Finally, the key measures to strengthen customer demand insight, strengthen the construction of information technology infrastructure, promote the application and innovation of new technologies, and strengthen the development of social responsibility projects are put forward in the path selection and countermeasures. This study has important guidance for promoting the digital transformation and sustainable development of tourism.

Development Path of Urban-rural Integration

Only through joint balanced development of the two can we achieve overall economic optimization and social welfare maximization. As a new light spot and form of current agricultural development,the sixth industry is a new way to solve the problems of rural development.This paper first introduced current situations of the development of the sixth industry in Jingzhou of Hubei Province,analyzed the related problems,and then came up with some feasible development paths.First of all,the local government should formulate the financial support policies for the sixth industry.Second,local government should focus on strengthening the cultivation of new type of agricultural business entities and carrying out agricultural brand strategy.Finally,local government should develop leisure agriculture,ecological agriculture and promote the integration of rural tourism in the whole region.

Development Paths of Characteristic Towns in Underdeveloped Areas in Central China——A Case Study of Yichun,Jiangxi

The demonstration effect triggered by the construction of Zhejiang's characteristic towns has attracted attention and learning from all over the country,and has set off a boom in building characteristic towns across the country. Under the dual constraints of industrial development and resource intensive use,the undeveloped areas of central China must find suitable development paths for characteristic towns. Taking Yichun City as an example,this article analyzes the advantages of Yichun City for developing characteristic towns combining its natural and economic conditions. In addition,the characteristic town development paths,such as vigorously promoting the construction of urban facilities,highlighting the characteristics relying on existing small towns,constructing an industrial chain of " ecology + leisure",highlighting cultural charm,and improving development grade,are proposed to provide useful reference for the development of characteristic towns in this type of underdeveloped cities in central China.

Development Paths of Low-carbon Landscape Design

Through interpreting significance of low-carbon landscape, and analyzing common problems in landscape design industry, paths of low-carbon landscape design were explored from the following perspectives: establishing low-carbon index system for the landscape construction of eco-city; constructing scientific and reasonable spatial layout; using landscapes to interpret low-carbon concepts; enhancing the carbon sink function of urban green spaces; choosing reasonable landscape materials; reducing landscape maintenance cost. The study aims at applying low-carbon concepts in all design projects to achieve sustainable development of urban landscapes.

Inherent Rules and Development Path for Marine Cultural Industry Cluster

Marine cultural industry is a special part of cultural industry and is a frontier research field of local cultural industry. Using theoretical study combined with field survey,this paper listed Lu Jiazhi,Daishan Dongsha Town,Putuo Mountain,Zhujiajian,Shenjiamen,Changzhi Island,Mayi Island,Taiyang Valley,Zhujiajian Baishan,and Taohua Island in Zhoushan Islands. From three core rules of cultural industry cluster,namely,rules of combination and extension of industry chain,rules of location advantage and selection,and rules of industrial agglomeration and linkage,to fully reveal inherent rules and development ideas for marine cultural industry cluster in Zhoushan Islands. It came up with recommendations for developing marine cultural industry cluster in accordance with resource endowment characteristics of each island. It is of certain directive significance for the development of marine cultural industry cluster in Zhoushan Islands.

Study on the Development Path of Rural Tourism under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

To deeply carry out the strategic plan of rural revitalization,promote rural tourism improving quality and efficiency,and realize sustainable development of rural tourism,five revitalization goals under the strategy of rural revitalization were taken as the decision-making level. Combining PEST analysis of influence factors at macro level,GEM model of national perspective and basic theory of tourism,nine influence factors of rural tourism were taken as two-level indexes. Under nine influence factors,13 corresponding three-level indexes were found. The weight was calculated by entropy weight method. The development path of driving the revitalization of rural tourism was proposed from multiple perspectives of revitalization,to promote sustainable development of rural tourism.

Chinese Childrenswear Brand Development Path Based on Differentiated Positioning

Sorting and collecting the data by questionnaire survey and literature analysis,the childrenswear brand elemental analysis is completed.The development goal of differentiated positioning of Chinese childrenswear brands is decided.Four modules which influence the brand differentiated development were extracted to establish the hierarchical analysis framework for the differentiated positioning development of Chinese childrenswear brand.Judgment matrix diagram is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).According to the data analysis and judgment,the core elements,basic elements and auxiliary elements are identified which support the development of differentiated positioning of Chinese childrenswear brands.The clear development path of differentiated positioning of Chinese childrenswear brands is formed,namely to enhance the core essential factors as the key point,to grasp the elements’spirit exactly in differentiated positioning of brand style,childrenswear color feature,green and security of products quality and retail prices which influence the brand differentiated development.The Chinese existing technical advantages was given full play by providing the basic support for the differentiated development of childrenswear brands.Auxiliary elements were heleped to grow by making auxiliary elements play a greater role.The goal was achieved to improve the market competitiveness by development of differentiated positioning of Chinese childrenswear brands.

The restructuring of the manufacturing industry and the development of career path:The dual effect of the sharing economy

With the development of information and communications technology,the sharing economy grows dramatically.For example,the transaction value in China’s sharing economy was about 42942 billion RMB in 2018,increased of 41.6%over the previous year.Critique of the sharing economy points that the presence of the sharing economy prevents its traditional counterpart from developing sustainably by creating unemployment in traditional industries related to the sharing economy.This paper is therefore to study the dual effect of the sharing economy on the restructuring the manufacturing industry and the development of career path.By constructing an economic model,we particularly investigate the change in the labor market structure due to the presence of the sharing economy and the welfare in such a case.We show that the presence of the sharing economy can bring two effects,i.e.,DIVERSIFICATION and INCLUSIVENESS,into the workplace,which enriches the job structure and allows more labor with relative low skills to join.Regardless of the labor skill,the rapid development of the sharing economy provides new paths for their career development.In addition,we demonstrate that the above two effects crucially rely on the characteristic of CORRECTNESS of the government’s policy.The results of the theoretical model explain the necessary of promoting moderate sharing economy in terms of career development and can also be applied in the traditional manufacturing industry to explain the effect of the sharing economy on such industry.
