IRP/DSM and Sustainable Development

This paper introduces the energy consumption status in China, elaborate the affects of the unreasonable energy consumption structure on energy environment and sustainable development of economy. Simultaneously, it points out the solution, i.e., to implement integrated resources planning (IRP)/demand side management (DSM), and gives some recommendations on the way of implementing IRP/DSM.

The development and role of microbialhost interactions in gut mucosal immune development

At birth the piglet＇s immune system is immature and it is dependent upon passive maternal protection until weaning.The piglet＇s mucosal immune system develops over the first few weeks but has not reached maturity at weaning ages which are common on commercial farms. At weaning piglets are presented with a vast and diverse range of microbial and dietary/environmental antigens. Their ability to distinguish between antigens and mount a protective response to potential pathogens and to develop tolerance to dietary antigens is critical to their survival and failure to do so is reflected in the high incidence of morbidity and mortality in the post-weaning period. A growing recognition that the widespread use of antibiotics to control infection during this critical period should be controlled has led to detailed studies of those factors which drive the development of the mucosal immune system, the role of gut microbiota in driving this process, the origin of the bacteria that colonise the young piglet＇s intestine and the impact of rearing environment. This review briefly describes how the mucosal immune system is equipped to respond ＂appropriately＂ to antigenic challenge and the programmed sequence by which it develops. The results of studies on the critical interplay between the host immune system and gut microbiota are discussed along with the effects of rearing environment. By comparing these with results from human studies on the development of allergies in children, an approach to promote an earlier maturation of the piglet immune system to resist the challenges of weaning are outlined.

The Stable Mechanism and Motive System for the Development of Green Enterprises

The Change of Ecological Footprint and Its Effect on Sustainable Development in Beijing of China

Speeding up the environmental protection and construction is one of the major issues in ＂Greener Olympic Games＂ held in Beijing in 2008. Making a thorough study to find out the reliable measures to ecological resumption in Beijing has an important scientific and practical significance. It can provide scientific basis for making a better decision for ＂Greener Olympic Games＂ held in capital Beijing and development in harmony for society and economy, as well as management for ecological environment. By studying of change of ecological footprint from 1990 to 2003 in Beijing, the paper shows that ecological footprint per capita has a strong relativity with population and GDP, and both of the correlation coefficient between them is about 0.92, as well as the fossil energy land has a position in the lead in ecological footprint items. The study also shows that the ecological capacity per capita in Beijing occupied about 1.25% in global ecological capacity per capita. Began 1990, the ecological deficit in Beijing was about 0.72 hm2, which is at strong unsustainable development at present. Finally, the paper suggests social and economic structure should be adjusted as soon as possible, resources should be strengthen sustainable used and population increasing should be controlled strictly, as well as arable land also should be under control used for built-up areas. Simultaneity, the utilizing ratio of energy sources should be increased, and the consumption of energy sources and ecological deficit in Beijing should be reduced in order to speed up the society and economy development in harmony and sustainment.

Real Time Speech Based Integrated Development Environment for C Program

This Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) is the process which converts an acoustic signal captured by the microphone to written text. The motivation of the paper is to create a speech based Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for C program. This paper proposes a technique to facilitate the visually impaired people or the person with arm injuries with excellent programming skills that can code the C program through voice input. The proposed system accepts the C program as voice input and produces compiled C program as output. The user should utter each line of the C program through voice input. First the voice input is recognized as text. The recognized text will be converted into C program by using syntactic constructs of the C language. After conversion, C program will be fetched as input to the IDE. Furthermore, the IDE commands like open, save, close, compile, run are also given through voice input only. If any error occurs during the compilation process, the error is corrected through voice input only. The errors can be corrected by specifying the line number through voice input. Performance of the speech recognition system is analyzed by varying the vocabulary size as well as number of mixture components in HMM.

Ask Me Any Type:Type Inference Plugin for Partial Code on the Web and in the Integrated Development Environment

Inferring the fully qualified names(FQNs)of undeclared receiving objects and non-fully-qualified type names(non-FQNs)in partial code is critical for effectively searching,understanding,and reusing partial code.Existing type inference tools,such as COSTER and SNR,rely on a symbolic knowledge base and adopt a dictionary-lookup strategy to map simple names of undeclared receiving objects and non-FQNs to FQNs.However,building a symbolic knowledge base requires parsing compilable code files,which limits the collection of APIs and code contexts,resulting in out-of-vocabulary(OOV)failures.To overcome the limitations of a symbolic knowledge base for FQN inference,we implemented Ask Me Any Type(AMAT),a type of inference plugin embedded in web browsers and integrated development environment(IDE).Unlike the dictionary-lookup strategy,AMAT uses a cloze-style fill-in-the-blank strategy for type inference.By treating code as text,AMAT leverages a fine-tuned large language model(LLM)as a neural knowledge base,thereby preventing the need for code compilation.Experimental results show that AMAT outperforms state-of-the-art tools such as COSTER and SNR.In practice,developers can directly reuse partial code by inferring the FQNs of unresolved type names in real time.

Research on theory and method in parallel designing environment based on coupling

Understanding the relation between multiple agents is very important in developing a multi agent system. Two concepts, multi agent system architecture and multi agent system architecture prototype are brought forward, and the method of descrbing the relation between agents using the concepts is explored. The structure and components are designed. Based on the fact that cooperation between distributed agents is erratic, a controlled natural language communication function is designed and realized. Applying the offered interfaces, the user′s workload consumed in agent communication and management is reduced, and at the same time, robustness of the multi agent system is improved.
