Development of multi-functional anchorage support dynamic-static coupling performance test system and its application

In underground engineering with complex conditions,the bolt(cable)anchorage support system is in an environment where static and dynamic stresses coexist,under the action of geological conditions such as high stresses and strong disturbances and construction conditions such as the application of high prestress.It is essential to study the support components performance under dynamic-static coupling conditions.Based on this,a multi-functional anchorage support dynamic-static coupling performance test system(MAC system)is developed,which can achieve 7 types of testing functions,including single component performance,anchored net performance,anchored rock performance and so on.The bolt and cable mechanical tests are conducted by MAC system under different prestress levels.The results showed that compared to the non-prestress condition,the impact resistance performance of prestressed bolts(cables)is significantly reduced.In the prestress range of 50–160 k N,the maximum reduction rate of impact energy resisted by different types of bolts is 53.9%–61.5%compared to non-prestress condition.In the prestress range of 150–300 k N,the impact energy resisted by high-strength cable is reduced by76.8%–84.6%compared to non-prestress condition.The MAC system achieves dynamic-static coupling performance test,which provide an effective means for the design of anchorage support system. 展开更多

However, computational instability may occur for high vertical resolution versions if the stratification parameter C0 taken as a constant. In this paper, the possible cause leading to the instability is discussed and an improved scheme presented where C0 is generalized to be a function of both height and latitudes. Hence the reference atmosphere gets closer to the real atmosphere and the temperature deviation field to be expanded becomes smoother everywhere. Test by real case forecasts shows good computational stability of the new scheme and better prediction performance than-usual schemes of spectral model. 展开更多

A complex Laboratory Developed Test(LDT)is a clinical test developed within a single laboratory.It is typically configured from many fea-ture constraints from clinical repositories,which are part of the existing Lab-oratory Information Management System(LIMS).Although these clinical repositories are automated,support for managing patient information with test results of an LDT is also integrated within the existing LIMS.Still,the support to configure LDTs design needs to be made available even in standard LIMS packages.The manual configuration of LDTs is a complex process and can generate configuration inconsistencies because many constraints between features can remain unsatisfied.It is a risky process and can lead patients to undergo unnecessary treatments.We proposed an optimized solution(opt-LDT)based on Genetic Algorithms to automate the configuration and resolve the inconsistencies in LDTs.Opt-LDT encodes LDT configuration as an optimization problem and generates a consistent configuration that satisfies the constraints of the features.We tested and validated opt-LDT for a local secondary care hospital in a real healthcare environment.Our results,averaged over ten runs,show that opt-LDT resolves 90%of inconsistencies while taking between 6 and 6.5 s for each configuration.Moreover,positive feedback based on a subjective questionnaire from clinicians regarding the performance,acceptability,and efficiency of opt-LDT motivates us to present our results for regulatory approval. 展开更多

Objective To compare the eye-movement patterns of Chinese children with developmental dyslexia(DD children) with those of non-dyslexic children as they perform the Stroop Color and Word Test(SCWT), and to explore the relationship between their eye-movement patterns and interference effect. Methods An EyeLink II was used to record the eye-movement parameters of 32 DD children and 37 non-dyslexic children as they performed the SCWT. The independent samples t-test and repeated measures were used to analyze behavioral and eye-movement parameters. Results Compared to the control group, Chinese DD children presented lower accuracy(F = 8.488), slower response time(F = 25.306), and larger interference effect(t = 2.29); Chinese DD children also exhibited lower frequency of fixations(F = 6.069), greater numbers of saccades(F = 7.914) and fixations(F = 5.272), and shorter mean saccade distance(F = 4.03). All behavioral and eye-movement parameters differed significantly among the three tasks in the SCWT. There was significant interaction between groups and tasks in accuracy(F = 5.844), and marginally significant interaction in response time(F = 3.040). Chinese DD children tended to have lower accuracy and longer response time than the control group in the 'color-word naming' task. Conclusion Compared to non-dyslexic children, Chinese DD children are subject to a stronger interference effect. When performing the SCWT, Chinese DD children exhibit abnormal eye-movement patterns, namely shorter mean saccade distance, lower frequency of fixations, and more fixations and saccades. These abnormal eye movements may be relatively stable oculomotor patterns of DD children performing visual processing, and not influenced by impaired interference effect. 展开更多

目的:编制汉语发展性阅读障碍评估测验(C-DDAT),并进行效度和信度检验。方法:根据美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第5版(DSM-5)关于阅读障碍核心特征描述以及阅读理论编制汉语发展性阅读障碍评估测验,包含汉字阅读准确性、流畅性以及阅读理... 目的:编制汉语发展性阅读障碍评估测验(C-DDAT),并进行效度和信度检验。方法:根据美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第5版(DSM-5)关于阅读障碍核心特征描述以及阅读理论编制汉语发展性阅读障碍评估测验,包含汉字阅读准确性、流畅性以及阅读理解3个因子。在1925名1~6年级儿童中检验结构效度、内部一致性信度、复本信度,在63名典型发展儿童和26名发展性阅读障碍儿童中检验重测信度。结果:三因子结构模型拟合良好(χ^(2)/df=5.91,CFI=0.996,TLI=0.992,SRMR=0.014,RMSEA=0.056)。效标关联效度为0.51~0.98。汉字阅读准确性测验的内部一致性信度为0.99,汉字阅读流畅性和汉字阅读准确性的复本信度分别为0.94和0.98,重测信度为0.73~0.98。对临床样本进行ROC曲线分析发现,阅读商数(阅读测验综合评分)的区分灵敏性和特异性分别为0.92和0.98。结论:汉语发展性阅读障碍评估测验的效度、信度达到心理测量学要求,可用于基础研究中对儿童基本阅读技能的评估以及临床实践中对儿童阅读障碍诊断的参考。 展开更多

目的 为研究采动影响下顶板导水裂隙带高度及其发育形态,方法 以司马煤矿三采区1303工作面为研究对象,开展相似模拟试验,并以此为基础,对顶板的岩性组合加以改变,结合数字照相量测系统对不同岩性组合顶板导裂带高度和发育形态进行分析,... 目的 为研究采动影响下顶板导水裂隙带高度及其发育形态,方法 以司马煤矿三采区1303工作面为研究对象,开展相似模拟试验,并以此为基础,对顶板的岩性组合加以改变,结合数字照相量测系统对不同岩性组合顶板导裂带高度和发育形态进行分析,并进行理论验证。结果 结果表明:(1)工作面推进长度为160 m时,硬岩岩性顶板模型、硬-软岩岩性组合顶板模型以及软岩岩性顶板模型的导水裂隙带最大发育高度分别为69.6,55.6,61.1 m;(2)3种模型的导水裂隙带发育形态分别为底角50°的正梯形、前底角62°后底角60°的近似正梯形、前底角50°后底角60°的梯形;(3)根据模型试验和数据统计结果,给出适用于长治二岗山断褶带以南井田导水裂隙带发育高度预测式;(4)运用材料力学方法分析垮落角形成规律,垮落角与导水裂隙带发育高度呈反正切函数关系,并计算得到3种模型导水裂隙带前底角发育角度,分别为49.24°,61.21°和51.12°。通过导高计算公式得到3种模型导水裂隙带发育高度分别为74.1,51.1,59 m,均与相似模拟试验结果吻合。结论 研究结果对各类岩性顶板煤矿导水裂隙带发育高度预测具有参考意义。 展开更多

儿童药物难治性癫痫的遗传学及临床特征分析

背景目前儿童药物难治性癫痫(DRE)在儿童癫痫中的占比维持在30%左右,且常合并精神发育迟滞,影响患儿生活质量,因此DRE的诊疗仍然是神经病学的重大挑战。目的分析儿童DRE的遗传学特点及临床特征,为临床进行基因检测提供理论依据。方法回... 背景目前儿童药物难治性癫痫(DRE)在儿童癫痫中的占比维持在30%左右,且常合并精神发育迟滞,影响患儿生活质量,因此DRE的诊疗仍然是神经病学的重大挑战。目的分析儿童DRE的遗传学特点及临床特征,为临床进行基因检测提供理论依据。方法回顾性选取2020—2022年于河北省儿童医院住院治疗且完善基因检测的95例DRE患儿为研究对象,根据基因检测结果分为基因突变阳性组(44例)和基因突变阴性组(51例)。收集患儿的一般资料(包括性别、发病年龄、用药情况、发热惊厥史、癫痫家族史等)、临床特征(发作类型、癫痫综合征、发育情况)、辅助检查[基因检测、视频脑电图(VEEG)检查、神经影像学检查],分析DRE的遗传病因及临床特征。结果95例DRE患儿中,男55例(57.9%)、女40例(42.1%),中位发病年龄为1.00(0.50,4.00)岁,用药数量为3(2,4)种;基因突变阳性组患儿发病年龄小于基因突变阴性组(Z=-5.322,P=0.001);两组患儿性别、发热惊厥史、癫痫家族史、用药数量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。38例(40.0%)的患儿确诊为癫痫综合征,其中76.3%(29/38)在新生儿或婴儿期发病;基因突变阳性组患儿癫痫综合征占比高于基因突变阴性组(χ^(2)=12.065,P=0.001)。临床发作类型多样,最常见的为2种及以上发作类型,占52.6%(50/95),其次为单一局灶性发作,占33.7%(32/95);两组DRE患儿发作类型比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.920,P=0.404)。57例患儿完善了发育筛查,其中43例(75.4%)在发病后出现不同程度的发育迟缓,33例(76.7%)表现为全面性发育迟缓;基因突变阳性组患儿发育迟缓占比高于基因突变阴性组(χ^(2)=5.728,P=0.017)。44例患儿检出变异基因,阳性检出率为46.3%,其中以离子通道类变异为主,SCN1A为最常见的单基因突变。90例(94.7%)患儿VEEG检查异常,以局灶性癫痫放电为主;基因突变阳性组患儿高峰失律占比高于基因突变阴性组(χ^(2)=7.425,P=0.006)。25例(26.3%)患儿存在结构性病因,其中基因突变阳性组12例,基因突变阴性组13例;两组DRE患儿结构性病因比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.039,P=0.844)。结论遗传因素为儿童DRE的重要病因,提示发病年龄小、发育迟缓与遗传性病因有关,应积极早期完善基因检测,有助于早期诊断DRE并精准治疗。 展开更多

With the continuous development of deep oil and gas,minerals,geothermal resources,and other resources,there are increasingly more stringent requirements for equipment.In particular,the ultra-highpressure dynamic seals of deep mining device need to be developed.Therefore,considering the use of dynamic seals in unique deep mining environments,an ultra-high-pressure rotating combined dynamic seal was designed and developed and its sealing performance was experimentally measured and analyzed.The results show that the experimental device can operate stably under a pressure of up to150 MPa and a rotating speed of 76 r/min,and can also operate normally under a rotating speed of up to 140 r/min and a sealing pressure of 120 MPa.During the operation of the ultra-high-pressure rotating combined dynamic seal,the sealing ring does not show obvious damage,which vouches for its sealing performance.No leakage of flow and pressure was detected in the all seal structures within the sealing pressure range of 0-150 MPa.Therefore,the dynamic sealing performance of the device is intact under ultra-high-pressure conditions and can be applied in deep mining environments at a certain depth.The research and development of this device can aid future deep energy exploration and exploitation. 展开更多

Relationship between Star-Wave Test and Visual/Motor Maturity in Young Children

The developmental maturity (M) scale using the Star-Wave Test that was independently developed by Yalon and Zion indicates poor learning abilities if the M-scale score is low, which may be caused by developmental delays, such as intellectual disability and learning disorder or organic mental disorder. Furthermore, the distress (D) scale is thought to be influenced by mild neurological disorders, hand coordination problems, and environmental factors. In this study, we conducted a Star-Wave Test on 44 nursery school children in Japan and examined the M scale, the D scale, as well as the level of stress induced by coordination problems and the environment. The t-test was conducted on the M scale and D scale of the group without coordination problems and that with coordination problems, and we found a significant difference at 1% level. From this result, we can confirm the relationship of the M scale and the D scale with Visual and motor maturity. 展开更多

目的:探究早产儿出现振幅整合脑电图(aEEG)改变的临床意义及影响因素分析。方法:选取2021年10月~2022年7月弋矶山医院新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)收治的出生胎龄在28~36^(+6)周的早产儿作为研究对象,于出生后72 h及1周进行aEEG监测,监测时... 目的:探究早产儿出现振幅整合脑电图(aEEG)改变的临床意义及影响因素分析。方法:选取2021年10月~2022年7月弋矶山医院新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)收治的出生胎龄在28~36^(+6)周的早产儿作为研究对象,于出生后72 h及1周进行aEEG监测,监测时长3~5 h。所有早产儿在纠正胎龄(40~44周)采用0~6岁儿童智能发育筛查测验(DST)随访神经发育。比较不同胎龄早产儿aEEG异常率、aEEG监测结果异常早产儿的一般临床资料。比较不同aEEG异常程度早产儿与DST结果是否具有一致性。采用受试者工作(ROC)曲线分析早期aEEG监测对早产儿神经发育的评估价值。结果:随着胎龄增长,早产儿72 h和1周时aEEG严重程度均逐渐降低(P<0.001);不同aEEG监测结果早产儿分组一般临床资料比较中出生体质量、碱剩余(BE)、喂养方式、开奶量、呼吸支持时长差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析进一步显示,鼻饲喂养(OR=5.151,95%CI:1.800~14.741)是aEEG异常的独立危险因素(P<0.05),高BE(OR=0.773,95%CI:0.600~0.995)是aEEG异常的独立保护因素(P<0.05)。早产儿DST的评分结果与aEEG分级呈高度相关性(P<0.001);ROC曲线分析显示,早期aEEG监测对早产儿神经发育具有较高的评估价值,曲线下面积(AUC)为0.822(95%CI:0.741~0.903,P<0.001),截断值为0.5分,灵敏度为92.3%,特异性为65%。结论:早期aEEG监测可有效评估早产儿脑发育情况,预测近期神经发育结局;尽早进行经口喂养以及维持稳定的内环境,可能在一定程度改善早产儿神经发育结局。 展开更多

目的·了解社区儿童早期发育情况并探究影响婴幼儿发育的危险因素。方法·采用整群抽样的方法,对上海市静安区常住12月龄儿童行丹佛发育量表筛查。运用Logistic回归分析探究儿童智能发育影响因素。结果·该调查共收集样本4 ... 目的·了解社区儿童早期发育情况并探究影响婴幼儿发育的危险因素。方法·采用整群抽样的方法,对上海市静安区常住12月龄儿童行丹佛发育量表筛查。运用Logistic回归分析探究儿童智能发育影响因素。结果·该调查共收集样本4 102例,抽检异常率为1.0%,可疑异常率为4.3%。Logistic回归分析结果显示低出生体质量(OR=6.24,95%CI 1.69~22.98,P=0.006)、头围偏小(OR=5.22,95%CI 1.20~22.84,P=0.031)、母亲高龄(OR=3.61,95%CI 1.32~9.84,P=0.012)、存在脑损伤史(OR=3.96,95%CI1.55~10.10,P=0.003)是筛查出现异常结果的危险因素。Spearman秩相关分析显示,母乳喂养时长(0~12月)与筛查可疑异常结果呈负相关(ρ=-0.031,P=0.046)。结论·应重视婴儿早期发育筛查和干预,特别是针对母亲为高龄产妇、非正常出生体质量、头围偏小及存在产前或新生儿期高危因素的儿童。母乳喂养有助于降低发育不良结果的检出率。 展开更多

目的研制新的上海市DenverⅡ发育常模,使儿童保健监测手段能适应社会发展的需要。方法采用定额样本,整群分层随机抽取0~6.5岁的上海市常住户口的正常健康儿童进行发育测定,以及问卷调查。完成人数2826名,分布于75个年龄组,男女分别为1... 目的研制新的上海市DenverⅡ发育常模,使儿童保健监测手段能适应社会发展的需要。方法采用定额样本,整群分层随机抽取0~6.5岁的上海市常住户口的正常健康儿童进行发育测定,以及问卷调查。完成人数2826名,分布于75个年龄组,男女分别为1414名和1412名。结果用SAS软件包进行Logistic回归,依次对125个项目逐条求解其回归方程,建立相应的拟合曲线,确定25%、50%、75%和90%的通过年龄,对问卷内容采用逐步回归分析对每条项目的影响,相关因素分析显示具有显著意义的因素主要集中在母亲孕期接触电脑、母亲孕期患病、性别、儿童患病情况、儿童的集散居情况等。结论①制定上海丹佛Ⅱ儿童发育量表;②上海与丹佛儿童发育比较中,揭示种族差异、社会文化背景、养育方法、经济状况的不同导致两国儿童发育上存在着明显的差异。 展开更多

[目的]对深圳市部分小学生视觉运动统合能力发育进行测查,为制定深圳市儿童视觉运动整合发育常模作准备。[方法]整群抽取深圳市某小学1337名学生,剔除由于躯体残疾、智力问题等因素造成发育障碍、学习困难等25名学生,共采集6岁0月~12岁11个月样本1312个,其中男704例,女608例。运用视觉运动统合发育测验(The Beery Buktenica Developmental Test of Visual—Motor Integration,VMI)进行测试。[结果]各年龄VMI测试原始分数分别为:17.66±2.38(6岁)、19.11±2.63(7岁)、19.86±2.64(8岁)、20.89±2.67(9岁)、21.64±2.71(10岁)、22.44±2.77(11岁)、23.16±2.62(12岁);与台湾常模样本比较,VMI测试原始分数8岁前高于台湾常模,9岁后低于台湾常模样本标准,且在一些年龄段有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。在测评过程中发现某些图形失误率较高,较明显的是第20图。学业成就的研究显示儿童VMI得分与数学、语文成绩等级高度相关(P〈0.01)。[结论]深圳市小学生视觉运动统合能力随年龄增长而增进,其VMI成绩表现与台湾儿童比较有差异,某些图形的难度顺序可能需重新排列,VMI测验对评价儿童的学习能力有一定的实用价值,有必要制定地方常模。 展开更多
