The thickness of ... Design and preparation of frequency doubling antireflection coating with different thicknesses of interlayer were investigated for LIB3O5 (LBO) substrate. The design was based on the vector method. The thickness of the inserted SiO2 interlayer could be changed in a wide range for the four-layer design with two zeros at 1064 and 532 nm. The coatings without any interlayer and with 0.1 quarter-wave (λ/4), 0.3 λ/4, 0.5 λ/4 SiO2 interlayer were deposited respectively on LBO by using electron beam evaporation technique. All the prepared coatings with SiO2 interlayer indicated satisfying optical behavior. This expanded our option for the thickness of an interlayer when coating on LBO substrate. The prepared films with SiO2 interlayer showed better adhesion than that without any interlayer. The thickness of the interlayer affected the adhesion, the adhesion for the coating with 0.5 λ/4 SiO2 interlayer was not as good as the other two. 展开更多

We investigate the influence of interface charge on electrical performance of NbAIO/A1GaN/GaN metal-oxide- semiconductor high electron mobility transistors (MOSHEMTs). Through C-V measurements and simulations, we find that the donor-type interface fixed charge density Qit of 2.2 × 10^13 cm^-2 exists at the NbA10/A1GaN interface, which induces the shift of the threshold voltage much more negative. Furthermore, a trap density of approximately 0.43 × 10^13-1.14 ×10^13 cm^-2 eV^-1 is obtained at the NaA10/AlGaN interface, which is consistent with the frequency-dependent capacitance and conductance measurement results. 展开更多

The special answer of the non-homogeneous differential equation and the common answer of the homogeneous differential equation are deduced by applying logistic equation and special function, and the dominant wavelength theory of equal thickness multi-layer folds sandwiched in different thickness and same character media. In order to fulfill users' accuracy requirements on the transverse thickness of silicon steel and improve the production yield, the factors influencing transverse thickness difference were analyzed. Then the work roll shape, control strategy and incoming hot-rolled strips were optimized. Since the optimization measures were implemented in the actual production, the thickness difference of non-oriented silicon steel has been reduced greatly and fulfilled the requirements placed by users. The hot rolling and cold rolling control models of silicon steel strip were examined.Shape control of silicon steel strip of hot rolling was a theoretical analysis model,and the shape control of cold rolling was a data-based prediction model.The mathematical model of the hot-rolled silicon steel section,including the crown genetic model,inter-stand crown recovery model,and hot-rolled strip section prediction model,is used to control the shape of hot-rolled strip.The cold rolling shape control is mainly based on Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy network,which is used to simulate and predict the transverse thickness difference of cold-rolled silicon steel strip.Finally,a predictive model for the transverse thickness difference of silicon steel strips is developed to provide a new quality control method of transverse thickness of combined hot and cold rolling to improve the strip profile quality and increase economic efficiency.The qualified rate of the non-oriented silicon steel strip is finally obtained by applying this model,and it has been steadily upgraded to meet the needs of product quality and flexible production. 展开更多

Lead-free ferroelectric K_(0.5)Na_(0.5)NbO_(3)(KNN)films with different thicknesses were prepared by polyvinlypyrrolidone(PVP)-modified chemical solution deposition(CSD)method.Their residual stresses were studied with two methods of X-ray diffraction(XRD)and nanoindentation fracture.It was found that the tensile stress occurs in KNN films with small thickness of 1.3μm after all kinds of stresses were neutralized,which is mainly originated from the interaction across grain boundaries.With increasing the thickness to 2.5μm and above it,the residual stress changed from tensile stresses to compressive stresses,and the compressive stress decreased with the thickness increased.These results could explain why a thicker KNN film can show improved electrical properties and the larger the thickness,the better the ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties. 展开更多

Effect of Width-to-Thickness Ratio and Thickness Profile Changing on the Critical Instable Shape During Cold Strip Rolling 被引量:1

Based on the volume constancy with equal flow-per-second and elastic sheet stability theory, a coupling relationship among lateral thickness difference, width-to-thickness ratio of cold rolling strip steel under ideal and actual working conditions, and shape is concluded according to the comprehensive influence principle of various factors on the critical instable shape analyzed in-depth. Firstly, the influence model under actual working condition is developed by referring to the basic relationship between lateral thickness difference and shape under ideal condition. The test results prove that for thin strips with thickness below 0.3 mm, their lateral thickness differences have significant effect on the shape. After then, the combined influence of lateral thickness difference and width-to-thickness ratio on the critical instable shape is concluded according to the elastic sheet stability model, with the synthetic effect of these three factors analyzed. Test data indicate that for cold rolling strip steel with width-to-thickness ratio above 3 000, the critical instability stress difference decreases significantly. Actual measurements are conducted on the lateral thickness differences of two rolls of typical strip manufactured by a sixhigh cold mill, with the influence law of lateral thickness variation and width-to-thickness ratio comprehensively investigated. It is demonstrated that during the production of ultrathin strip steel with different width-to-thickness ratios, the loading roll shapes should be fine adjusted according to the lateral thickness difference of input strips.Therefore, the variation of lateral thickness difference of output strips can meet the requirement of shape stability,so as to obtain fine shape. 展开更多
