The effects of lanthanide ions and their complexes of citrate and DTPA ligandson the fluldity of dipathetoylphosphatidylethanolamine (DPPE) bilayers have been studiedby FT-Raman spectroscopy. The results show that lanthanide ions oflower concentrationndecrease the nuldity of acyl chains of DPPE bilayers and change the conformation of c C-C backbone from gauche to the trans lanthanide ions of higher concentration, however,increase the fluldity of acyl chains and increase the gauche population of C-C-C backbone.Lanthainde complex of citrate have no effect on the fluidity of acyl chains of DPPE bilayersin the region of experdriental concentration, but La-DTPA complex increase slightly thefluidity of acyl chains. The results also indicated that lanthainde ion of lower concentrationchanged the lattice packing of hydrocarbon chains from hexagonal form to orthorhombicform, but it is still in hexagonal or distorted hexagonal lattice cell in the gel state in thepresence of metaJ ions and lanthanide complexes of higher 展开更多

用傅里叶变换红外光谱法研究了稀土离子Nd^(3+)、Gd^(3+)和Yb^(3+)与二棕榈酰磷脂酰胆碱脂质体的相互作用。结果表明这三种稀土离子的掺入都使磷脂的凝胶-液晶相转变温度明显升高,同时相变的协同性降低。稀土离子与磷脂极性头部的PO_2^... 用傅里叶变换红外光谱法研究了稀土离子Nd^(3+)、Gd^(3+)和Yb^(3+)与二棕榈酰磷脂酰胆碱脂质体的相互作用。结果表明这三种稀土离子的掺入都使磷脂的凝胶-液晶相转变温度明显升高,同时相变的协同性降低。稀土离子与磷脂极性头部的PO_2^-基团产生了键合作用,这种键合稳定,不受磷脂脂质体相态的影响。无论在凝胶相或液晶相,稀土离子的掺入都增加了磷脂双分子层的构象有序度。 展开更多
