Action Plan to Promote All-Round Progress in China's Human Rights Cause——An Interview with Wang Chen,director of the State Council Information Office

EDITOR＇S NOTE： The National Human Rights Action Plan of China （2009-2010） has won favorable comments in China and abroad since its publication by the Information Office of the State Council on April 13, 2009. Here is a transcript of an interview given to our reporters by Wang Chen, director of the Office, on the Action Plan, which we hope will help our readers gain a better understanding of China＇s human rights cause and its development.

The Only Thing Important Is Physics–An open talk with Academicians C.C.Ting and WANG Yifang

Prof.C.C.Ting,Nobel Laureate and Foreign Member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS),during his visit to the CAS Institute of High Energy Physics(IHEP)in Beijing,attended the High Energy Physics Forum held by IHEP.After giving a lecture reviewing his experiences in experimental particle physics,he had an open talk with the audience together with CAS Member Prof.WANG Yifang,the Director of IHEP and one of his former PhD students.Here we recorded Ting and WANG’s responses to some questions from the listeners.

民国时期,"管理中英庚款董事会"用英国退赔庚款在青海创建"管理中英庚款董事会湟川中学";时任"管理中英庚款董事会"董事长的朱家骅,亲点湖北黄冈留德博士王文俊前来青海建校;学校第一次系统引入国际新式教育理念,其教学与各项活动在青海教育界起到了示范性"模板"作用;湟川中学的建立成为青海教育史上一件标志性文化事件,深远地影响了青海社会近代化进程;王文俊、顾颉刚、朱家骅等人为此建功卓著。学术界对这一问题的研究尚属空白,本文首次依据档案材料及创建者回忆文章作一初步探析。

论王延松版《原野》知觉现象学的导表演视野

王延松版《原野》从导表演观念上自觉不自觉地确立了非体验式的借助演员“身体本身的空间性”的完型“身体图式”呈现方式。所谓“身体本身的空间性”就不是物理实在的“位置空间性”,而是基于具身性知觉现象学意义上的“处境的空间性”,即“身体面对其任务的处境”。这就是一种身体姿态的“新的存在”表演。无论是陶俑的造型及其处境晦暗的表演,还是44分钟两张条凳“处境的空间性”的展开,都契合了曹禺《原野》剧作的现象学视野。但王延松囿于坚持与知觉现象学相左的斯坦尼斯拉夫斯基导表演观念,因而,虽然从表演效果上看,他的确迈出了走出斯坦尼斯拉夫斯基导表演观念的重要一步,但从导表演观念的创新上而言,他并没有实质性的突破。

从《十七岁的单车》看新生代导演

“新生代”导演是继“第五代”之后最为人所关注的一批导演,他们继续了在国际电影节上获奖的神话,但是在国内却始终无法摆脱边缘位置而进入主流话语系统。《十七岁的单车》作为“新生代”主将之一的王小帅的近期力作,其本身就是“新生代”们自身成长过程和生存状态的写照,而且从中可以发现“新生代”开始尝试由边缘向中心的突围。

王晓燕主任治疗抽动症经验总结

目的:总结王晓燕主任治疗儿童抽动症的临床经验。方法:通过跟师学习,收集、整理、归纳王晓燕主任对本病病因病机的认识以及治疗方法。结果:抽动症可伴发多种行为障碍,并不同程度地损害儿童的认知功能和身体及心理发育,进而影响其智力发育和学习、社会适应能力。王晓燕主任认为在治疗该病过程中应该以平抑肝风、熄风止痉以及疏肝柔肝、养阴活血祛痰为其主要治疗原则,结合患儿的临床不同表现进行辨证治疗和用药,同时应在日常生活中给予生活调理和饮食指导,只有药物治疗和心理治疗相结合才能取得满意疗效。结论:王晓燕主任治疗儿童抽动症理论依据充分,临床疗效满意,值得借鉴。

王兰英主任以阳虚痰凝论治乳腺癌经验探析

王兰英主任认为阳虚痰凝是乳腺癌发生的根本病机,脾肾之阳气虚衰,气化无力,寒湿内生,寒痰凝聚,阴寒内结,发为癥瘕积聚。中医治疗应以温阳托透为原则,阳动而散,散结化瘀;再用辛散透表法发散阴寒之邪。临床以《伤寒论》麻黄附子细辛汤为主方治疗,温阳透表,托毒外出,消炎镇痛。根据病情发展的不同阶段又分为脾肾阳虚、痰湿蕴结、痰郁化火、痰瘀互结等证型,分证论治,也体现了乳腺癌由轻到重的病机发展过程。
