“The 10th Anniversary of the Blue Book on Human Rights and the Concepts,Discourses and Theories of Human Rights in China” Symposium Summary

The China Society of Human Rights Studies and the Human Rights Research Center at Nankai University jointly hosted a seminar on"The 10th Anniversary of the Blue Book on Human Rights and the Chinese Human Rights Concept,Discourse and Theory"on December 19th,2020.Experts at the meeting expressed their views and discussed the organization,style,and system of the Blue Book on Human Rights;the concept,expression,and dissemination of the Chinese human rights discourse;the paradigm,principle,and structure of the Chinese human rights theory;and the objectives,paths,and development of the Chinese human rights enterprise.

Analysis of New Senior English for China Student’s Book 1

This article will firstly discuss the context overview of English teaching and learning in China. Under thiscircumstance, a problematic element will be examined of the New Senior English for China Student’s Book 1 and critical appraisal ofhow this element relates to other elements of curriculum development will be analyzed. The recommended changes and demonstrationmechanisms for evaluating the changes are put forward in the last two parts.

Disclosing of Thousand Years＇ Mystery-- Origin of the Book of Changes

The Book of Changes is stemmed fi＇om accurate recognition and description on life system and movement, e.g. it can （1） describe the structure, movements and changes of life core system--five abdominal Zang organs and five abdominal Fu organs with Yin-yang four-season five elements, 10 heavenly stems, Hetu, internal 8 hexagrams and host evolutive phase of five evolutive phases; （2） describe the structure, movements and changes of outside system of life form with Yin-yang six climatic factors five elements, 12 earthly branches, Luoshu, external 8 hexagrams, host climatic factor of six climatic factors; （3） describe the system of life form core structure combined with outside system with 12 energy channels system and 64 hexagrams system; （4） describe the four gradations in life form with Taiji-2 status-4 images-8 hexagrams system and moral system; （5） describe the power system of development and growth--longitudinal four seasons of life form via 60 Jiazi system （a cycle of 60 years） of year, month, day and hour; （6） the horizontal four-season movements of life form generate TCM host evolutive phase and host climatic factor, whilst the longitudinal four-season movements generate TCM guest evolutive phase and guest climatic factor. With the disclosing of origin of The Book of Changes, the universe secretes are being fully discovered.

Extract and Simple Explanation on the Principles of Taiji Studies

Taiji studies are a field of study that has its roots in the philosophical thought of the Yi Jing or Book of changes.It integrates the self‑cultivation traditions of Confucianism,Buddhism,and Daoism,and centers its academic system mostly on the perspective of the“states view”(jing jie guan).From the standpoint of its philosophical theory,Taiji studies divide the understanding of Dao into three theoretical states:the state of existence(you jie),the state of existence‑nonexistence(you wu jie),and the state of nonexistence(wu jie).It also establishes a theoretical structure that mainly includes“three states and nine axioms,”“One Dao and Nine theory sections,”and“Three practice levels and Nine secrets.”Based on traditional Chinese culture and philosophy,Taiji studies are continuously integrating the essence of them for better understanding and raising,and finally set up a rational school of Taiji Da Dao。

The Universal Grand Unified Theory Based on Life and Thought

The universe is life, which includes galaxies, living beings, society and man-made worlds. The universe is unified in life and thought. The universal grand unified theory is a theory to completely unify all phenomena in the universe with a fundamental mode （structural mode, operational mode, generation mode and evolution mode）. The book of changes of China： The great ultimate - two states - four images - eight hexagrams are life science and thought science theories, which represent the fundamental mode of universal unification, i.e. represent l） structural mode, operational mode, generation mode and evolution mode of life; 2） the four states that life has simultaneously： 0 dimension, ] dimension, 2 dimension, 3 dimension, and these four states have different structural and operational modes respectively; 3） the breathing and four seasonal trajectories of celestial bodies; 4） three generation modes of life： generation by transformation, generation by augmentation, and self-generation; 5） five dynamics systems inside life; 6） the sublimation and degration of life in the universe, the unification of religion and science; 7） the classification mode of the universal being; 8） the derivation mode of life; 9） the transformation between different forms of life in the universe; 10） the unification of six grand forces in the universe. All life systems in the universe： galaxy, organism, society, man-made worlds as well as cognitive science, natural science, social science are all in conform with the mode of the book of changes.

The Chinese Yin-Yang Thinking in Antoni Tàpies’Artistic Creation

The writings and artistic works of Antoni Tàpies(2009;2011)mirror the influences of the cosmic vision of the Chinese yin-yang.Signs,numbers,and creative procedures related to this correlative thought prevail in his art.Tàpies integrated different iconological codes from the ancient Chinese thinking into his art to question the existential meaning of the universe and to express his thoughts on the cultural and socio-political controversies of his time.In other words,the images,media,and techniques that he utilized for his works were extensions of his life experiences intertwined with various socio-historical facts and his personal feelings.

The Logic of Change of the CPC’s Human Rights Discourse Since the Founding of the People’s Republic of China

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China70 years ago,the human rights discourse of the Communist Party of China has been constantly updated.In the early years of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the CPC spontaneously formed a collective discourse on human rights with the right to subsistence and self-determination as its core;in the 1980 s,in the process of reflection and refutation,the CPC paid more attention to individual rights,and gradually increased the sense of a human rights discourse with Chinese characteristics;since the 1990s,the CPC has combined the specific national conditions and the international environment to form a human rights discourse.The system of human rights discourse has been constructed in terms of the order of priority of human rights protection,path of human rights development,relationship between human rights and sovereignty,and development of the world human rights cause.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC has put forward the idea that"living a happy life is the primary human right"at home and the idea of building a Community with a Shared Future for Human Beings for the world,and the discourse system of human rights with Chinese characteristics has gradually been improved.The independent variable of the change of human rights discourse of the CPC is the specific national conditions at different stages and the recognition of national identity formed on this basis.The other variable is the international environment and external relations that China is facing.

老化处理纸张用于古籍修复用补纸的研究

本研究对竹纸、构皮纸等古籍修复常用手工纸进行紫外光、干热、湿热等条件组合的人工加速老化实验。结果表明,紫外光老化与150℃干热老化组合使用可使实验纸样在300 h内显著变色,接近古籍书叶颜色。老化过程会使纸张酸度增大,使用弱碱性饮用水浸泡可使酸度降低至近中性。与颜色近似的古籍书叶相比,实验纸样的纤维保存状态可能更好,但某些情况如古籍书叶污染而变深色时,同色实验纸样纤维保存状态可能更差。老化实验纸张在光、热条件下的颜色稳定性好于传统染色纸张。

陆游诗歌善用《周易》关联意象,叠加组合以抒怀达志,如通过“床头《周易》”保持心性平和,通过“病观《周易》”疗疾养生,借《易》占筮砥砺人生等。《周易》由此成为陆游坎坷人生尤其是晚年的“精神伴侣”,在追求道德完善、心性调和等内圣化并形成闲适放达人格的过程中,发挥着重要而积极的作用,成为“放翁”形象塑造的主要动因与内核,是古典经籍厚植人文情怀、涵养恢廓人格功能的具体呈现。

从明清闽南地区正音书系“异文”看闽南方言词汇的变化更替

明清时期闽南地区存在一系列为学习官话而编撰的方言与正音相互对照、依义类汇编词语的正音书。它们既展现明末至晚清200多年官话词汇和闽南方言词汇的真实面貌,也呈现出同一类文献的多版本、多文本现象。这些正音书记录着一批表达同一概念的“异文”语料,研究者可以从中管窥明清闽南方言词汇的构词语素变化、异形词来源及正音词和方言词之间的竞争发展现象,进而证明尽管闽南方言具有较强的存古保守性,但其词汇却处于动态变化中,表现出构词方式灵活多变、词汇形式不稳定、方言词与通语词交替互换等特点。

从“传承”到“传播”:非遗新闻报道的话语变迁——以《四川日报》2013年至2022年报道为例

官方媒体对非物质文化遗产的报道能够反映政府对非遗的总体态度,该文选取了《四川日报》942篇有关非物质文化遗产的新闻,以话语分析和内容分析为研究方法,采用梵·迪克的宏观话语分析理论,结合诺曼·费尔克拉夫的“文本—话语实践—社会实践”分析框架,分析从2013年到2022年《四川日报》的非遗话语变迁,以此来探究近十年我国非遗保护和传承的发展变化。研究发现:在文本层面,非遗新闻报道的叙事发生了从共情化叙事到建设性叙事、从故事化叙事到互动化叙事的转变;在语境层面,全媒体记者的出现使得非遗报道的内容和形式从严肃转向了“网络化”和“流行化”。非物质文化遗产报道话语的变迁背后是国家非遗保护观念从“传承”到“传播”的重心转变。

批评性语篇分析的互文性范畴研究

互文性是批评性语篇分析的一个重要范畴。在互文性理论发展初期,国外学者首先将互文性划分为明示互文性和构成互文性。随后学者们以此为基础,分别论证了互文性不仅是进行社会变革的有力工具,也是权力在语篇中得以实现的重要工具;同时,互文性也可有效揭示语篇背后隐含的社会不平等和不公正现象。国内学者则在国外学者研究的基础上进一步推进了互文性理论的发展,提出了具体互文性和体裁互文性、篇际互文性、媒体互文等概念,细化和完善了互文性的分类。国内外学者关于互文性理论的研究折射出互文性映射语篇间关系、表现形式多样、再现社会、历史和文化的特点。鉴于互文性疏于对多模态语篇的探究、研究范式固化等不足,可采用不变与变的辩证思维对互文性进行修正,在互文性实践中可从理论融合和多模态研究范式两个方面加强对互文性的理论建构。未来互文性在中国的实践研究应增加对反映中国文化或社会问题的语言模态汉语语篇、多模态汉语语篇及大规模样本的定量分析的研究。

得体乎?未得乎?——宋明理学对邵雍“老子得易之体”一语的讨论与争辩

伴随着理学的兴起与发展,尊儒教、辟异端(主要指释老之学)成为理学家的重要任务.对于老子其人其学,北宋邵雍有一句评语曰“老子知易之体”,此语后被朱熹转述为“老子得易之体”.邵雍的体用论自成一系,与程朱所秉持的“体用一源”的体用论并不相同.“老子知易之体”表达的是老子得易之虚体而未得易之神用.在未深究邵雍体用论的前提下,后世儒者将该语带入“体用一源”的框架内进行理解,将邵雍之意理解为扬老抑儒.朱熹、胡居仁、湛若水、纪大奎等人对此语严加攻驳,而王畿、田艺蘅等人则各辟蹊径,对邵雍之说加以肯定.老子究竟得“易之体”与否?其人其学究竟是体用兼该还是有体无用?这些问题在理学家群体中所引发的持久争辩,反映的是学者对易学主旨、儒道优劣、皇王正道与权谋智术之关系等问题的不同理解.

董仲舒正谊明道的思想影响初探

正谊明道,是董仲舒思想体系的重要组成部分。宋代以来,学者以正谊明道解释《周易》《春秋》、诸子等思想,阐释其内容,发掘其意义,追根溯源,古今融通,体现出正谊明道继往开来的地位与影响。以正谊明道与义利观、治学、道德、佛教、报应等思想相联系,提供衡量尺度,解释其思想,衍生出新思想,相得益彰,促进了相互发展,扩大了正谊明道的影响。前贤今哲对正谊明道思想,既有颂扬、弘扬者,又有质疑、批判者,不同的观察视野,相异的看法主张,形成研究正谊明道的合力,推动正谊明道研究的深化,丰富其思想内涵,扩大其传播领域,使正谊明道产生了深远而广泛的思想影响。

基于易经地理思想的国家空间治理结构顶层设计

以国土空间治理能力现代化助推高质量发展,是保障中华民族伟大复兴、推进中国式现代化的必然要求。本文在继承和发展易经地理思想的基础上,构建了“太极空间治理结构模型”,确定山海关为“东亚太极点”。中国国家空间治理结构的顶层设计,应围绕“山海关”而层层展开。在中央核心区,按照“东亚陆海中心+陆地屏障+海洋屏障”的环首都治理结构,将北京扩容至山海关,河北省扩容至大兴安岭中央主峰,天津直辖市扩容至渤海海峡。在四方支撑区,各布局1个直辖市(上海、重庆、天骄、威虎),并增设云北省,扼控各方向的关键节点。在外围屏障区,增设澎湖、昆仑2大直辖市和楼兰、北庭2大特别行政区,形成最有利于中国长治久安的边疆治理结构。

《易林》对《周易》的承继与新变

《易林》一书,无论是其外在的四千零九十六条林辞的形式,还是其内在的运用《周易》象和数、卦爻辞义旨乃至易学思想的本质,都是一本衍易之作,其对《周易》既有诸多承继,又能结合时代特征做出许多新变。这种承继和新变,主要体现在《易林》对《周易》占筮方法的沿用和变革,对《周易》卦象的承继与新变,对易学思想的吸纳与创新等方面。

中国环境形象建构的话语历史分析——基于《中国日报》气候变化报道语料库的研究

气候变化已成为全球关切的焦点问题,相关报道在很大程度上影响并塑造着国家环境形象。本研究以2011年至2020年《中国日报》有关中国气候变化的报道为语料,在沃达克(Wodak,2001)话语历史分析法的基础上,结合LDA主题模型和语料库方法,探析该话语实践所建构的中国环境形象。通过对报道主题、互文关系、语言表现形式的分析,本研究发现《中国日报》凭借六大主题和多样话语策略,成功塑造了绿色低碳、勇担责任、言出必行、开放共享的中国环境形象。希望本研究能丰富国家环境形象建构研究,并为外宣媒体提出可行性建议。

职业权威何以可能:图书编辑职业权威的内涵、来源与合法性建构——基于87篇图书编辑职业反思性书写文本的分析

基于87篇编辑职业话语文本,探讨编辑在职业话语言说中表达的职业权威建构问题。编辑权威作为一种被合法化的权力,指导着编辑通过专业知识、道德准则和职业规范与社会达成契约,在编辑实践中运用知识和智慧做出正确的判断和决策。制度保障为编辑提供的决策权和影响力、编辑自身修炼的专业知识与技能以及相关社群的支持与信任共同建构起编辑的职业权威。认知合法性、道德合法性与同行共识合法性这三种合法性机制共同塑造了编辑权威的社会认可基础,揭示了构成编辑权威的复杂社会机制。
