Research on IPv6 Transition Evolvement and Security Architecture of Smart Distribution Grid Data Communication System

Smart distribution grid needs data communication systems as a support to complete their important functions. The smart distribution grid of the data and information are increasingly adopting internet protocol and Ethernet technology. The IP addresses are more and more important for the smart distribution grid equipment. The current IPv4 protocol occupies a dominant position; therefore, the challenges of the evolution to IPv6 and network security are faced by data communication systems of the smart distribution grid. The importance of data communications network and its main bearer of business were described. The data communications network from IPv4 to IPv6 evolution of the five processes and four stages of the transition were analyzed. The smart distribution grid data communications network security and types of their offensive and defensive were discussed. And the data communications network security architecture was established. It covers three dimensions, the security level, the communications network security engineering and the communications network security management. The security architecture safeguards the evolution to IPv6 for the smart distribution grid data communication systems. 展开更多

A Distributed Compressed Sensing for Images Based on Block Measurements Data Fusion

Compressed sensing (CS) is a new technique for simultaneous data sampling and compression. In this paper, we propose a novel method called distributed compressed sensing for image using block measurements data fusion. Firstly, original image is divided into small blocks and each block is sampled independently using the same measurement operator, to obtain the smaller encoded sparser coefficients and stored measurements matrix and its vectors.? Secondly, original image is reconstructed using the block measurements fusion and recovery transform. Finally, several numerical experiments demonstrate that our method has a much lower data storage and calculation cost as well as high quality of reconstruction when compared with other existing schemes. We believe it is of great practical potentials in the network communication as well as pattern recognition domain. 展开更多

配电网作为供电环节中的最后一环,其运行水平决定了供电服务质量,因此配电网运行评价是供电单位的重要工作。但配电网运行评价工作受到跨业务数据资源难以融合、评价指标选择难以反映实际配电网运行状况等条件限制,现有评价方法难以实... 配电网作为供电环节中的最后一环,其运行水平决定了供电服务质量,因此配电网运行评价是供电单位的重要工作。但配电网运行评价工作受到跨业务数据资源难以融合、评价指标选择难以反映实际配电网运行状况等条件限制,现有评价方法难以实施应用。针对这一问题,提出一种基于多源数据深度融合的配电网运行评价方法,首先对区域配电网进行网格化划分,然后基于地址分级匹配算法对跨业务的多源异构数据进行深度融合。在此基础上,提取并设计配电网运行评价指标体系,构建基于多层权重约束的配电网运行综合评价模型,求解配电网综合评价结果。最后研发配电网运行评价系统,支持配电网各业务系统的多源异构数据的统一接入,实现配电网评价功能的可视化、智能化应用。研究成果配电网运行评价系统已采用某省级电网公司数据中台的相关数据进行配电网运行状态评估试验验证,以实际运行数据验证了所述方法的准确性和适用性。 展开更多

In this work,a novel performance analysis method for evaluating the robustness of emerging power distribution networks(PDNs),which involve deployable renewable energy sources,is proposed.This is realized with the aid of the outage probability(OP)criterion in the context of cooperative communications,which is widely considered in modern wireless communication systems.The main usefulness of this method is that it allows the involved components to communicate to each-other by means of a robust and flexible wireless sensor network architecture.In this context,any conventional medium voltage(MV)bus of the PDN is represented as a wireless relay node where data signals gathered from each MV bus can be forwarded reliably to a control station for the subsequent processing.The received signals at wireless nodes are decoded and then forwarded to ensure minimal errors and maximal robustness at the receiving site.The considered OP analysis denotes the probability that the power of a received information signal drops below a pre-defined threshold which satisfies the acceptable Quality of Service requirements of a reliable signal reception.To this end,simple closed-form expressions are proposed for the OP of a regenerative cooperative-based PDN in the presence of various multipath fading effects,which degrade information signals during wireless transmission.The offered results are rather simple and provide meaningful insights for the design and deployment of smart grid systems. 展开更多

极端灾害会对配电网造成一定的影响,严重时甚至破坏电网的安全稳定运行,灾害过程中会产生大量的配电网设备及运行方面的数据,这些数据信息量大且波动性强。为及时掌握极端灾害情况下对配电网设备的影响或破坏等信息,有效地协助配电网灾... 极端灾害会对配电网造成一定的影响,严重时甚至破坏电网的安全稳定运行,灾害过程中会产生大量的配电网设备及运行方面的数据,这些数据信息量大且波动性强。为及时掌握极端灾害情况下对配电网设备的影响或破坏等信息,有效地协助配电网灾后指挥及修复工作,提出了一种基于时空地理网格的配电网多源数据融合方法。首先根据时空网格划分方法对配电网所在区域进行时间、空间上的划分并建立配电网时空网格编码数据库;然后对极端灾害下配电网的多源数据进行特征分析,提取关键时间特征和空间特征;通过计算时空特征关联度,关联匹配时空网格和配电网多源数据并储存于时空网格编码数据库中;进而根据融合后的配电网多源数据构建配电网灾情网格化视图;最后,通过算例验证了该方法的有效性和合理性。 展开更多

In this paper,a new fully distributed state estimation(DSE)based on weighted least square(WLS)method and graph theory is proposed for power system.The proposed method is fully distributed so that the centralized facilities,e.g.,supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA)and centralized estimators,are not required.Also,different from the existing DSE methods,the proposed method is a bus-level DSE method,in which the power system is not required to be partitioned into several areas.In order to realize the proposed fully distributed DSE method,a novel information propagation algorithm is developed in this paper.This algorithm has great potential in future applications since it is useful to broadcast the local information of the nodes to the entire system in a fully distributed network.The proposed DSE method is compared with the conventional centralized state estimation method and existing multi-area DSE method in different models in this paper.The results show that the proposed method has better performance than the traditional methods. 展开更多

针对常规台区网格化方法不涉及电力设备运行相关信息且不能自动更新已建成台区配电网最低层级电网网格的问题,为满足台区电网优化调度的需求,提出一种基于聚类的多维数据交叉融合的台区网格化划分方法。综合用电单位负荷记录、报修数据... 针对常规台区网格化方法不涉及电力设备运行相关信息且不能自动更新已建成台区配电网最低层级电网网格的问题,为满足台区电网优化调度的需求,提出一种基于聚类的多维数据交叉融合的台区网格化划分方法。综合用电单位负荷记录、报修数据、台区气候情况等多维数据,结合CLARANS(clustering large application based upon randomized search)聚类、Chameleon聚类方法的特点,优化台区网格划分结果。实验结果表明:所提的划分方法更加适用于台区电网调度,实现了已建成台区配电网最低层级网格划分的自动化处理,提升了网格化规划的实用性、有效性。 展开更多
