Recently the improved robot working in very various fields,many researchers are trying to develop the robot to help people in the service field.However people who meet a robot in the first time generally get heterogeneous feeling.To resolve this,we suggest an interactive game with robots to increase the friendliness.The game,called 'Divi-Divi-Dip' with 3 different body poses,is first introduced in a Korean TV program.The robot is using the visionary technology to recognize the pose with camera for the interactive game. 展开更多

A three-nested-deformation model is proposed to describe crack-tip fields in rubber-like materials with large deformation. The model is inspired by the distribution of the measured in-plane and out-of-plane deformation. The in- plane displacement of crack-tip fields under both Mode 1 and mixed-mode (Mode I-II) fracture conditions is measured by using the digital Moir6 method. The deformation character- istics and experimental sector division mode are investigated by comparing the measured displacement fields under differ- ent fracture modes. The out-of-plane displacement field near the crack tip is measured using the three-dimensional digital speckle correlation method. 展开更多

目的探讨线粒体分裂-动力相关蛋白1(Drp1)及其抑制剂Mdivi-1在醛固酮肾损伤小鼠足细胞中的作用及可能机制。方法 20只小鼠随机均分为假手术组(A组)、Mdivi-1处理组(B组)、醛固酮损伤组(C组)和醛固酮损伤+Mdivi-1处理组(D组)。采用Wester... 目的探讨线粒体分裂-动力相关蛋白1(Drp1)及其抑制剂Mdivi-1在醛固酮肾损伤小鼠足细胞中的作用及可能机制。方法 20只小鼠随机均分为假手术组(A组)、Mdivi-1处理组(B组)、醛固酮损伤组(C组)和醛固酮损伤+Mdivi-1处理组(D组)。采用Western blot检测Drp1、细胞色素C(Cyt C)及足细胞裂孔隔膜蛋白nephrin、podocin的表达,免疫荧光技术检测肾小球足细胞中Drp1定位,酶标仪检测半胱天冬氨酸蛋白酶3(Caspase-3)、Caspase-9的活性。结果与A组相比,C组Drp1表达及Caspase-3、Caspase-9活性增加,Cyt C向细胞质释放增多,nephrin、podocin表达降低(P<0.01);而D组Mdivi-1处理后能逆转C组各观察指标的变化过程(P<0.01)。结论 Drp1可能通过线粒体凋亡途径减轻醛固酮诱导的足细胞损伤。 展开更多
