With the increasing popularity of new media,new media marketing plays an increasingly important role in the marketing of tourism scenic spots,bringing a new marketing opportunity to tourism scenic spots.Based on the 4...With the increasing popularity of new media,new media marketing plays an increasingly important role in the marketing of tourism scenic spots,bringing a new marketing opportunity to tourism scenic spots.Based on the 4R theory in marketing theory,this paper takes Quzhou Jianglang Mountain as the research object and finds that the following problems exist in the new media marketing of Quzhou Jianglang Mountain:1.The new media users are not closely enough connected;2.the response to the new media market changes is not fast enough;3.the new media marketing relationship interaction is not timely enough;and 4.the return of new media marketing is not ideal.The new media marketing strategy of Quzhou Jianglang Mountain Scenic Spot is proposed from four perspectives:association,reaction,relationship,and return.Finally,the research on the new media marketing strategy of Quzhou Jianglang Mountain Scenic Spot based on the 4R theory is summarized.展开更多
The hospital medical crisis management is the strategy adopted by hospitals for medical crisis.It aims to minimize the loss brought about by medical crisis to the hospital through management.By using 4R theory of cris...The hospital medical crisis management is the strategy adopted by hospitals for medical crisis.It aims to minimize the loss brought about by medical crisis to the hospital through management.By using 4R theory of crisis management and taking the incident of"sky-high medical expenses"happened in Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University as an example,we study how to improve and perfect the medical crisis management strategy of hospitals in our country.As a result,we think hospitals can improve the crisis management strategy from four aspects of curtailment,preparation,reaction and resilience,so as to solve this issue appropriately,protect the legitimate rights and interests of patients to the greatest extent and promote the sustainable development of the hospital.展开更多

The calculated results are in very good agreement with the exp...By means of an improved ligand-field theory, the ＂pure electronic＂ PS and the PS due to EPI of R line of MgO： V^2＋ have been calculated, respectively. The calculated results are in very good agreement with the experimental data. The behaviors of the pure electronic PS of R line of MgO：V^2＋ and the PS of its R line due to EPI are different. It is the combined effect of them that gives rise to the total PS of R line, which has satisfactorily explained the experimental results. The mixing-degree of ｜t2^2（^3T1）e^4T2〉 and ｜t2^3 ^2E〉 in the wavefunetion of R level and its variation with pressure have been calculated and analyzed. The comparison between the feature of R-line PS of MgO：V^2＋ and that of MgO：Cr^3＋ has been made.展开更多
Due to unusual climatic events,more and more strong typhoons(or hurricanes)appear,thus,governments have to formulate suitable crisis management for the visits of typhoons.Recently the visit of typhoon Hato has already...Due to unusual climatic events,more and more strong typhoons(or hurricanes)appear,thus,governments have to formulate suitable crisis management for the visits of typhoons.Recently the visit of typhoon Hato has already caught public’s attention on the effectiveness of Macao SAR Government’s crisis management.The study bases on news coverage of typhoon Hato and the theoretical framework,derived from crisis stage theory and 4R model of crisis management,to review Macao’s crisis management.Expectedly,Macao SAR Government is requested to strengthen corresponding infrastructure and collaboration with neighboring cities in crisis warning system.Senior management accountability and urban renewal policy are also demanded by Macao residents.展开更多
