Firstly, the electroelastic field inside and outside an...The effect of domain switching on anisotropic fracture behavior of polycrystalline ferroelectric ceramics was revealed on the basis of the micromechanics method. Firstly, the electroelastic field inside and outside an inclusion in an infinite ferroelectric ceramics is carried out by the way of Eshelby-Mori-Tanaka's theory and a statistical model, which accounts for the influence of domain switching. Further, the crack extension force (energy-release rate) G(ext) for a penny-shape crack inside an effective polycrystalline ferroelectric ceramics is derived to estimate the averaged effect of domain switching on the fracture behavior of polycrystalline ferroelectric ceramics. The simulations of the crack extension force for a crack in a BaTiO3 ceramics are shown that the effect of domain switching must be taken into consideration while analyzing the fracture behavior of polycrystalline ferroelectric ceramics. These results also demonstrate that the influence of the applied electric field on the crack propagation is more profound at smaller mechanical loading and the applied electric field may enhance the crack extension in a sense, which are consistent with the experimental results.展开更多

自2013年ICANN发起新通用顶级域名(new gTLD)的授权以来,域名系统(domain name system,DNS)中已增加了上千个new gTLD.已有工作表明new gTLD在为域名注册者带来了灵活性的同时,由于注册成本低等原因也经常被用于恶意行为,识别恶意new g...自2013年ICANN发起新通用顶级域名(new gTLD)的授权以来,域名系统(domain name system,DNS)中已增加了上千个new gTLD.已有工作表明new gTLD在为域名注册者带来了灵活性的同时,由于注册成本低等原因也经常被用于恶意行为,识别恶意new gTLD域名具有重要的意义.然而,由于new g TLD域名在域名长度等方面的独有特征,已有恶意域名识别方法应用于new gTLD恶意域名的识别时准确率低.针对这一问题,首先基于海量域名解析数据,从顶级域名对应二级域名(SLD)数量、查询量、查询失败率、内容复制和承载基础设施共享5个方面刻画了new gTLD域名解析行为.然后分析恶意域名的解析行为并发现其在内容承载基础设施集中性、SLD对应的完全限定域名(FQDN)数目、域名查询次数、请求用户网络空间分布、SLD长度分布等方面的特征.最后根据这些特征设计了一种基于随机森林的new g TLD恶意域名检测方法.实验结果表明,所提方法达到了94%的准确率,优于已有恶意域名检测方法.展开更多

A domain extension algorithm to correct the comparator offsets of pipeline analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) is presented, in which the 1.5-bit/stage ADC quantify domain is extended from a three-domain to a five-dom...A domain extension algorithm to correct the comparator offsets of pipeline analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) is presented, in which the 1.5-bit/stage ADC quantify domain is extended from a three-domain to a five-domain. This algorithm is designed for high speed and low comparator accuracy application. The comparator offset correction ability is improved. This new approach also promises significant improvements to the spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR), the total harmonic distortion (THD), the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and the minor analog and digital circuit modifications. Behavioral simulation results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm, in which all absolute values of comparator offsets are set to |3Vref/8|. SFDR, THD and SNR are improved, from 34.62-dB, 34.63-dB and 30.33-dB to 60.23-dB, 61.14-dB and 59.35-dB, respectively, for a 10-bit pipeline ADC.展开更多

The air pressur...To investigate the natural frequencies and towing behaviors of a 3-bucket foundation platform at different drafts, the decay and towing experiments were carried out in a towing tank on a scale of 1:20. The air pressure inside the bucket foundations, the water pressure at the bottom of the bucket foundations, the acceleration of the platform and the towing force were determined in the test process. The time-history curves of the measured parameters were obtained, and the frequency responses of the parameters at different drafts were analyzed by means of fast Fourier transform(FFT). The results showed that the platform natural frequency of heave decreased slightly with the rise of draft. The natural frequencies of roll and pitch are much lower than that of heave, and they increased slightly with the increase of draft. When towing in the following sea, the maximum acceleration of surge, sway and heave has downward trends with the increase of draft, but the change range decreased gradually with the increase of draft. When the draft is 5.0 m(the ratio of draft to bucket height is 0.56), the towing dynamic responses achieve the maximum, which is not conducive to the towing of the platform. When the draft is 6.0 m(the ratio of draft to bucket height is 0.67), the towing dynamic responses are the most stable.展开更多
