Analysis on atmospheric circulation showed that the movement of weather system affected the production of precipitation directly and resulted into the formation of drought and flood years. On the basis of analyzing general law above,a further analysis on the relationship of monsoon and drought-flood was carried out,as well as the effect of topography on rainfall.展开更多
