This paper expounds a data-fitting algorithm for the double-weight neural network,and presents a new algorithm for the system's power management on the base of that.The double-weight neural network learns knowledge from the past idle periods of the system,and predicts the lengths of the coming idle periods.As a result of that,the system can switch its running states and re- duce the power dissipation according to the predictive values.The results of the experiments prove that this algorithm shows a better performance in increasing the right rate of shutting down and reducing the power consumption than other traditional ones. 展开更多

The closed-loop reservoir management technique enables a dynamic and real-time optimal production schedule under the existing reservoir conditions to be achieved by adjusting the injection and production strategies. This is one of the most effective ways to exploit limited oil reserves more economically and efficiently. There are two steps in closed-loop reservoir management: automatic history matching and reservoir production opti- mization. Both of the steps are large-scale complicated optimization problems. This paper gives a general review of the two basic techniques in closed-loop reservoir man- agement; summarizes the applications of gradient-based algorithms, gradient-free algorithms, and artificial intelligence algorithms; analyzes the characteristics and application conditions of these optimization methods; and finally discusses the emphases and directions of future research on both automatic history matching and reservoir production optimization. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Nutritional support for patients hospitalized in the intensive care unit(ICU)is an important part of clinical treatment and care,but there are significant implementation difficulties.AIM To introduce a modified nutritional support management system for ICU patients based on closed-loop information management and psychological counseling.METHODS The division of functions,personnel training,system construction,development of an intelligent decision-making software system,quality control,and improvement of the whole process were carried out to systematically manage nutritional support for ICU patients.RESULTS Following the implementation of the whole process management system,the scores of ICU medical staff’s knowledge,attitudes/beliefs,and practices regarding nutritional support were comprehensively enhanced.The proportion of hospital bed-days of total enteral nutrition(EN)in ICU patients increased from 5.58%to 11.46%,and the proportion of EN plus parenteral nutrition increased from 42.71%to 47.07%.The rate of EN initiation within 48 h of ICU admission increased from 37.50%to 48.28%,and the EN compliance rate within 72 h elevated from 20.59%to 31.72%.After the implementation of the project,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale score decreased from 61.07±9.91 points to 52.03±9.02 points,the Self-rating Depression Scale score reduced from 62.47±10.50 points to 56.34±9.83 points,and the ICU stay decreased from 5.76±2.77 d to 5.10±2.12 d.CONCLUSION The nutritional support management system based on closed-loop information management and psychological counseling achieved remarkable results in clinical applications in ICU patients. 展开更多

The saving of non-renewable energies, as well as the reduction of emissions into the environment, are two crucial objectives of industrial production. The recovery of post-consumer products associated with the use of end-of-life products is part of a context of optimization of these objectives. This recovery maximizes the use of resources from end-of-life products in a circular logic while recording the environmental footprint. This study considers a recycling strategy adapted to the need and urgency to reduce greenhouse gas emissions caused by global warming. The proposed model aims to optimize the profits of the circular manufacturing strategies while minimizing operational costs (collection, sorting, recycling), transport, GHG emissions and recycling. In this paper, a compromise between the gains of CM and the costs associated with it was studied. The robustness of the designed model was tested using a case study based on real-world scenarios. A sensitivity analysis was carried out to study the impact of the emission cost on the overall objective, considering the two options currently offered to industries. The obtained results support companies to take the ecological aspect into account and integrate sustainable development into their strategic axes for their logistics supply chains. 展开更多

The parameters of particles were encoded firstly, then the constraint conditions and fitness degree were processed, and the calculation steps of the improved PSO algorithm were presented. Finally, the issues with the adoption of the improved PSO algorithm were solved and the results were analyzed. The results show that it is beneficial to obtaining the optimal solution by increasing the number of particles but that will also increase the operation time. On the aspects of solving continuous differentiable non-linear optimization model with equality and inequality constraints, the optimization result of PSO algorithm is the same as that of the interior point method. Compared with genetic algorithms (GA), PSO algorithm is more effective in the local optimization, and unlike GA, it will not be early maturity. Meanwhile, PSO algorithm is also more effective in the boundary optimization than genetic algorithm. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Double-balloon endoscopic retrograde cholangiography (DB-ERC) is widely performed for biliary diseases after reconstruction in gastrointestinal surgery,but there are few reports on DB-ERC after hepatectomy or living donor liver transplantation (LDLT).AIM To examine the success rates and safety of DB-ERC after hepatectomy or LDLT METHODS The study was performed retrospectively in 26 patients (45 procedures) who underwent hepatectomy or LDLT (liver operation:LO group) and 40 control patients (59 procedures) who underwent pancreatoduodenectomy (control group).The technical success (endoscope reaching the choledochojejunostomy site),diagnostic success (performance of cholangiography),therapeutic success(completed interventions) and overall success rates,insertion and procedure(completion of DB-ERC) time,and adverse events were compared between these groups.RESULTS There were no significant differences between LO and control groups in the technical [93.3%(42/45) vs 96.6%(57/59),P=0.439],diagnostic [83.3%(35/42) vs83.6%(46/55),P=0.968],therapeutic [97.0%(32/33) vs 97.7%(43/44),P=0.836],and overall [75.6%(34/45) vs 79.7%(47/59),P=0.617] success rates.The median insertion time (22 vs 14 min,P <0.001) and procedure time (43.5 vs 30 min,P=0.033) were significantly longer in the LO group.The incidence of adverse events showed no significant difference [11.1%(5/45) vs 6.8%(4/59),P=0.670].CONCLUSION DB-ERC after liver operation is safe and useful but longer time is required,so should be performed with particular care. 展开更多

Aquaponics are feedback and two player systems, in which fish and crops mutually benefit from one another and, therefore require close monitoring, management and control. Vast amount of data and information flow from the aquaponics plant itself with its huge amount of smart sensors for water quality, fish and plant growth, system state etc. and from the stakeholder, e.g., farmers, retailers and end consumers. The intelligent management of aquaponics is only possible if this data and information are managed and used in an intelligent way. Therefore, the main focus of this paper is to introduce an intelligent information management (IIM) for aquaponics. It will be shown how the information can be used to create services such as predictive analytics, system optimization and anomaly detection to improve the aquaponics system. The results show that the system enabled full traceability and transparency in the aquaponics processes (customers can follow what is going on at the farm), reduced water and energy use and increased revenue through early fault detection. In this, paper the information management approach will be introduced and the key benefits of the digitized aquaponics system will be given. 展开更多

数据具有边际报酬递增乘数效应,是打造新质生产力的新增长极。通过数据制度松绑将赋能新质生产力,助力高质量发展与中国式现代化。借助双重机器学习模型,选取2010—2022年省级面板数据,探讨大数据管理机构设立对新质生产力的影响,考察... 数据具有边际报酬递增乘数效应,是打造新质生产力的新增长极。通过数据制度松绑将赋能新质生产力,助力高质量发展与中国式现代化。借助双重机器学习模型,选取2010—2022年省级面板数据,探讨大数据管理机构设立对新质生产力的影响,考察制度松绑、数字治理生态与新质生产力的内在联系与建链路径。研究发现:①以大数据管理机构设立为代表的制度松绑能有效促进新质生产力发展。大数据管理机构的设立推动数字政策环境、数字经济环境与数字社会环境优化,从而作用于新质生产力发展;②进一步分析发现,制度松绑带来的驱动效应受到异质性因素干扰,其中在高政府效率、高人力资本、高信息化水平地区的作用效果更强。研究结论为新质生产力嵌入制度变迁视角提供理论解读,为通过制度路径和治理体系推动新质生产力发展提供现实依据。 展开更多

目的利用Meta分析的方法评价支气管封堵器与双腔气管导管用于成人胸科手术气道管理安全性。方法检索PubMed、MedLine、the Cochrane Library、中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库,收集2024年7月前关于支气管封堵器与双腔气管导管... 目的利用Meta分析的方法评价支气管封堵器与双腔气管导管用于成人胸科手术气道管理安全性。方法检索PubMed、MedLine、the Cochrane Library、中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库,收集2024年7月前关于支气管封堵器与双腔气管导管用于成人胸科手术的随机对照试验,按改良Jadad量表评价研究质量,提取相关数据后采用Stata 18.0进行Meta分析。结果共纳入14篇文献,883例研究对象(其中封堵器组445例,双腔管组438例)。Meta分析结果显示,封堵器的首次插管成功率高于双腔管(RR=1.10,95%CI:1.03~1.16,P=0.002);封堵器的气道峰压低于双腔管(SMD=-4.67,95%CI:-5.11~4.24,P<0.001);封堵器的围术期并发症少于双腔管(RR=0.53,95%CI:0.44~0.65,P<0.001)。封堵器和双腔管的插管定位时间、肺萎陷质量差异无统计学意义。结论支气管封堵器用于成人胸科手术气道管理的安全性好,同时并发症少。 展开更多

电/氢混合储能对离网风光发电系统的功率调节能力起到不可忽视的作用,但未充分考虑能量管理的综合性能。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于动态优化周期的改进能量管理策略。首先,以系统运行成本最小为目标进行日前优化。然后,在日内滚动优... 电/氢混合储能对离网风光发电系统的功率调节能力起到不可忽视的作用,但未充分考虑能量管理的综合性能。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于动态优化周期的改进能量管理策略。首先,以系统运行成本最小为目标进行日前优化。然后,在日内滚动优化的过程中自适应调节权重因子,合理协调短期功率平抑和长期状态优化,并对滚动优化周期进行动态调节,在减少冗余调节的同时,提升控制器的实时响应能力。最后,在实时校正层分别使用逐次变分模态分解和双层模糊控制对混合储能功率进行初次分配和二次分配,充分利用混合储能的运行特性并提升系统鲁棒性。算例分析表明,与传统策略相比,改进能量管理策略可使系统运行成本、能量失衡率和计算时间分别降低38.3%、63.1%和57.9%,提高了系统能量管理的经济性、可靠性和实时性。 展开更多

鸟类在输电铁塔上筑巢、栖息或飞行的行为可能导致与输电设备的接触,从而增加了短路、火灾和停电的风险。针对驱鸟装置供电方式单一与可靠性差的问题,设计了一种多源能量采集器,将摩擦纳米发电机与太阳能电池进行了集成式设计。采用双... 鸟类在输电铁塔上筑巢、栖息或飞行的行为可能导致与输电设备的接触,从而增加了短路、火灾和停电的风险。针对驱鸟装置供电方式单一与可靠性差的问题,设计了一种多源能量采集器,将摩擦纳米发电机与太阳能电池进行了集成式设计。采用双层摩擦结构的摩擦纳米发电机来提高风能的利用率,并结合太阳能电池实现输电铁塔上风能和光能的收集。实验结果表明外层发电结构的峰值功率是4500μW,内层发电结构的峰值功率是400μW,双层摩擦结构使发电效率提高了接近10%,在氙灯光照强度为20 W/dm^(2)下太阳能电池的最大开路电压为11.2 V,最大短路电流为40 mA。同时,基于LTC3588芯片设计了一种双通道功率管理电路,将摩擦纳米发电机与太阳能电池收集的能量经过能量存储、能量管理后为用电设备稳定提供3.3 V电压。采用该多源能量采集器驱动了计算器与蜂鸣器,为驱鸟供电与传感系统提供了新思路。 展开更多
