At a seminar discussing ways to prevent chronic disease held in Shanghai on March 31, 2012, Chen Zhu, Minister of Health, revealed that the ministry was planning to include expenditures on counseling to stop smoking into the basic medical insurance system provided by the govern- ment, and would pay for drugs that help reduce dependence on tobacco.

Theory of eight palaces (八宫) or eight veins (八脉) is useful in understanding the basic sick subsystems that may be to fall ills as the root-cause. By using mathematical reasoning based on Yin Yang Wu Xing Theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), this paper demonstrates the treatment principle: “Even if all changed, it is hard to change one’s nature” (江山易改, 本性难移). The eight palaces or eight veins can be used to diagnose basic sick subsystems that may be to fall ills as the root-cause. The first or second transfer law of human body energies of the eight palaces or eight veins according to the different blood pH values of a human body whether in the normal range or not, respectively, assuming that the range of blood pH value is divided into four parts from small to large. Both second and third are for a healthy human body. Both the root-cause and symptoms come from the first transfer law of human body energies. And both first and fourth are for an unhealthy human body. Both the root-cause and symptoms come from the second transfer law of human body energies. A disease treatment should protect and maintain the balance of two incompatibility relations: the loving relationship and the killing relationship. As an application, acupuncture is used to treat atrial premature beats as a congenital heart disease.

Theory of Sixty JiaZi (60 甲子) is useful in understanding a human body disease. By using mathematical reasoning based on Yin Yang Wu Xing Theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), this paper demonstrates the treatment principle: “seize the momentum of development, hasten lucky avoids disaster” (顺势而为, 趋吉避凶). Sixty JiaZi is hidden behind eight palaces. The first or second transfer law of human body energies of Sixty JiaZi changes according to the different blood pH values of a human body whether in the normal range or not, respectively, assuming that the range of blood pH values of a human body is divided into four parts from small to large. Salivation features depending on gender identity of patients

Objective To study the salivation features depending on gender identity of patients currently is of great interest because homeostasis in the oral cavity may change under the influence of social lifestyle,psychology and physiology of patient's gender. Given this,the study of the most important biological environment of the organism is relevant in different physiological stages of life. The aim of our study is to evaluate the characteristics of salivation depending on gender and sexual identity of patients,taking into account age and physiological periods of life. Methods One hundred and seventy-five people,115 women and 60 men aged from 18 up to 75 years participated in the research conducted by us. Carried out dental inspection of patients,carried out questioning according to Fox's test for identification of existence or lack of a kserostomiya and also carried out collecting the mixed saliva at rest. Results Our results from people requested dental care revealed that there were more women with xerostomia than men and their symptom intensity was stronger. The frequency of manifestation of xerostomia was associated with physiological periods of their lives,with greater emotionality and exposure to stresses,and also with long medication intake. Men were less analyzing the state of their health and noted better stress resistance to a different life situations. Xerostomia was found in them in the case of comorbidity,excessive consumption of sugar rich food and drinks,and less frequently as a result of stress. Conclusion For all patients suffering from false xerostomia were recommended the use of a moisturizing line "Kin Hydrate"to relieve the state of dryness in the mouth,as well as more thorough individual hygiene and intensive supervision by a dentist. The data collected require more careful attention of doctors to prevention of dental diseases,especially in vulnerable physiological periods of life,and changing lifestyle factors and social roles of men and women in today's society must be taken into account in the formation of prevention,treatment and dispensary observation at different levels of organization in the health care system.
